✗ Charged not received the Pack, Bad customer service!I did play for 10 minutes and I decided to buy a £5 pack, than I decided to buy a £9.99 pack called Tons of Silver and it’s confirmed money gone out and then purchase show success and press OK and nothing happened! I ask the game customer service and they said they can’t see that purchase in their system! I asked Apple Pay and for a refund they said I’m not eligible for a refund! I just lost a £9.99 in like 5 seconds and if another 100k players does the same the company win £1 million in 5 seconds!!! Than pretending they didn’t got the money! I do understand you didn’t got the money but if I proved you that my Apple Pay show the transactions and you said you didn’t get them means you are losing money and Apple Pay win money and you wold do something about it but yet you do nothing about it because you got the money! Stay away this is my advice! And this company has so many other games with the same background! If you find it just stay away spend some money in something else and don’t give away money for some virtual things and when you run into a problem they play doom!.DenayetVersion: 322.3
