I downloaded this app about a month ago and so far I am 6 pounds down by simply following their diet plans and exercise routine. In regard to meal plans my gf and I really love the variety of easy recipes and how they cater to our weight loss goals. It really helps us to prepare our meals for 5 day ahead. We both work full time and can't devote extra time for gym but the app helps us to loose weight without any gym membership and machines.
