✓ Vagaro, please make this app better!This app has so much potential! But asking clients to enter a password is silly and unnecessary. We need this app for times that we have stepped away from the desk but still need clients to check in and notify the provider of their arrival. Even if you purchase the ID cards, the client still has to enter a password after scanning the QR code. Please change the process so the client only has to enter in a name or phone number to check in. It could truly be wonderful..Wendyw18Version: 1.1.4

✓ Please redesign this appI totally agree with other comment. Please allow check in with only name and phone number, you are making it too complicated. Asking customer to create an account and password is quite silly. Unfortunate, I have to find a simpler check in app to use. ✓ So much potentialVagaro, I wish this was as seamless as it potentially could be. Please allow the clients to confirm just their number or email to log in, or even just select their name. With the appointment information already uploaded into the check in app, a quick number or email verification by the client would be much easier. I, personally, don’t remember my vagaro customer password and there’s no way around that at check in. I’m currently using a third party app for check in. On the main screen you select check in, a list of service providers (with pictures) pops up, you click on your service provider, select your name, and we receive a text if it’s our client. Easy, a few clicks, and that’s it. Logging in is unnecessary for clients at check in. Please make this easier!.KP1157Version: 1.1.6
