✓ Amazing app but It won't let me restore my purchase.Hi team Vimage, I have been using Vimage for the past 2 years now and I had purchased the life-time subscription to it back in 2019. This subscription works on my Samsung Galaxy S8 smoothly. Since I upgraded to iPhone, Vimage app doesn't approve my 'Restore' and I can't edit any photo without the watermark now on my iPhone. I still have the Samsung phone but It isn't accessible now. The app is amazing and one of the best investments I've ever made. Please help me with this issue so I can restore my purchase on my new phone..Version: 3.1.3

✓ Slow to loadI do love this app. The set out is clean and easy to use. 2 issues. When is there going to be an ipad version. It’s just cruel using it only on the iPhone. Second is if u have a large photo collection, I have 70,000, then it is virtually impossible to load a photo. Surely I am not the only iOS user with that many photos. I intend to resubscribe only if it becomes usable. Other Similar apps have no issue loading the photos on my phone or iPad..Version: 2.4.1
✓ Keeps asking me the passwordI was one of the beta testers, we had to use an email and password to be able to use it, now that is not a beta anymore I don't know why it keeps asking me to log in, I type the correct password and it doesn't work, there is no way to reset the password or contact the developer to get assistance on this issue. This has really made me not to use the app because if I open it, it will keep asking me to log in even if the app is on the background and not using it, that's sad, I paid for the premium version.Version: 0.9.0
✓ No EffectsThis USED to be one of my favorite Apps. The effects are more subtle, naturalistic and detailed than other similar Apps. Recently, however, a newer version of the App does not seem to include any effects for my iPad Pro using version 14.4. ZERO. Tech support has not replied to any of my messages. I paid for a year subscription but sadly I have to figure out a way to cancel it as it’s pretty much useless without the effects. PLOTOGRAPH has a much more sophisticated stretch tool. One Suggestion….This is a fun app…adds some spice into your photos…the only feature request I would have would be to add iPad landscape mode - currently it only works in iPad portrait mode. I use my iPad as a laptop (landscape) with a keyboard, etc - using Vimage in landscape mode would be a total win for me!.Version: 3.5.0

✓ Crashes quite a bitThis is a great app and I use it every day but occasionally the app will just close out. Thankfully it hasn’t happened yet when I’ve been working on a project.
