✓ Crashes as soon as it opensI have an iPad 7 and no other apps have problems on it, but Vimage won’t even open. Of course, there’s not a reason for that. No other apps are open. So I’ll be deleting this. There are plenty of other apps that do the same hung and don’t crash immediately when you open it..Version: 2.3.7

This app takes a photo and adds an artificial animated layer on top of it, which is its own separate thing and is unrelated to a cinemagraph or even its close relative, a plotagraph. ✓ Years of failed exports...I have been using Vimage to animate my book covers for a long time and usually things go okay. However, about 1 in every 4 exports causes the app to crash. This usually happens when I've used 3 or more effects, which the app will allow up to 5 effects, and if I want the Vimage to be longer than 5 seconds which is the lowest amount of time it can run for... this sadly means I can never really get the full usage of the app and I PAID for the yearly subscription... I even went a whole 6 months without using the app because it was making me so angry... And before anyone asks me to reach out to customer service. I did. Over a year ago when I first observed this issue and unfortunately they cannot help me with it because they act like they don't know what it is or why my account is reacting this way. So in the end I just have to use the app however I can and hope for the best..Version: 2.5.3

✓ Do you really want my feedback?I am an artist trained in advertising with MANY apps. You sent me a notification asking me why I am not using your app. I tapped on your notification to take your “survey “, a screen with questions popped up for about 3 seconds and then the nag screen in your app hit me in the face! No way to get back to your survey! The repetition of your nag screen is very irritating! So here is my feedback. A three day trial is not long enough for a busy person like myself to assess any app. I liked what little I was able to experience. But not enough experience to get me to subscribe. I suggest a limited functioning version as an option. I don’t like subscription apps (I only subscribe to 3). I prefer to pay once &/or buy components. Once or twice of your video on your nag screen is enough. Continuously repeating it is annoying and takes away from its quality and message. You are losing me as a possible customer because of these things. You have lots of competition out there. Please give your app and your customers the attention they deserve. ✓ Cant see finished productJust downloaded this app. So I add all my edits and stuff to my own picture and when i click the arrow that takes you to the screen where it should show your final vimage, save it, export it, etc., it doesnt pop up/ i dont see anything, and i cant save it or anything. I used a stock image and did the same edits and that worked, i could see the final product and save it. Im confused as to what the issue is because im not sure if its my photo or what. ✓ Paid for Premium but does not workI downloaded the app, started the premium trial and then paid for a full year. Every time I choose a premium filter it prompts me to pay again. I deleted and redownloaded the app, hit restore purchases and still no luck. Contacted the company and they advised a bug would be fixed in the next update and they gave me a free month to compensate. It’s now 45 days, they have my money and I still don’t have premium filters because the app has not been fixed. ✓ Genuinely one of the worst apps I’ve usedCrashes more often than not, meaning you lose progress. Quitting and saving doesn’t actually save, losing even more progress. ✓ Problem with appHello, I really like y’all app. I also have it on my Samsung phone. So I decided to get the app, on my iPad too. My problem is I purchased the 1 month pro subscription. I’m hoping to change that to a yearly subscription soon. I also purchased the Premium Subscription, so I could add more effects. The thing is it won’t let me add extra effects and if it does and then save my project, some of the texts or effects disappear.
