Pride Counseling for Positive User Reviews

Super helpfulEasy and straightforward counselling. I can say anything without being judged. Lots of tips and advice. I feel I’m moving forward..Version: 10.0

Top notch!Price is definitely worth it, and they’re kinda flexible with what you can afford. The option to easily change therapists is really nice since I was able to find the therapist I really liked, but i rly hope I didn’t hurt any of my previous therapists’ feelings when I did. It would be nice if the 1 session per week limit was per session was per therapist, so that I could have found the one faster, but then I could definitely see where that kind of rule could be abused. If you’re seeking therapy for treatment or prevention, this is definitely the app to use!.Version: 11.7

SamI was matched quickly with a counsellor and felt supported. My specific needs and preferences were taken into consideration when being matched with a counsellor. The app and 24/7 chat options were why I signed up in the first place. The diversity of communication options is really comforting. It’s also more affordable than any other mental health service out there..Version: 9.6

What a great resourceI’ve had this app for about a month and I think it’s excellent. The app is so easy to use and very convenient. My therapist is perfect for me and I love being able to message him any time as well as have a bunch of groupinars to attend throughout the week, which are constantly ongoing. Very easy to make appointments too. I like the daily journal as well..Version: 12.12

Great ResourceI was pretty skeptical about online therapy- I was uncertain about the quality of the therapist that could be provided, and how beneficial it could be. But in my case, as someone cannot afford in person therapy, Pride has been immensely helpful. My therapist responds to my personal issues quickly and intuitively. There are draw backs of course ( WiFi issues/ delay on the site), but for the price and help provided, it balances out..Version: 9.9

Love this app and especially the video callsI love this app. I have been getting great support from my counselor and I love the ability to have video sessions. I do much better with live video than with texting or writing back and forth. So this really works for me. As a queer person living in the south, having providers that are pre screened as being friendly/safe provides me a lot of value and made it super easy for me to find someone who is not going to judge or belittle my sexuality. Thank you pride counseling! I highly recommend it!!.Version: 7.0

Great multi modal format and Super on it counselorI’ve only been using this service for a month but I’m a big fan of being able to text with my counselor as needed, to stay on track and handle some details that are better thought out in a text… I can keep track of things that way and still schedule a video session once a week. My counselor text me every day just with an uplifting phrase if nothing else but most of all lets me know he’s super available, and doesn’t want me wasting my time or money not taking advantage of all he has to offer..Version: 8.1

Life changing.I’m so glad that I reached out for help. My counselor has been awesome and I feel comfortable sharing everything with her. I can text her as much or as little as I want, which works with my busy schedule. I often message her in the middle of the night (I work night shift) and she messages back when she wakes up. I can tell her about an issue I want to work on and she provides me with worksheets and offers feedback. There’s an option to click off “urgent” so your counselor will respond quickly. It’s a bit expensive, but in my opinion this has been worth it. I can remain largely anonymous which is beneficial to me due to my profession. Thank you..Version: 9.7

Great appEasy to navigate with lots of useful content too 👍🏻.Version: 6.5

Pride Counseling is Better HelpIf you didn’t know already Better Help owns Pride Counseling. I’m not sure if there are differences in payment plans but I’ve found one that works for me which I pay the base monthly subscription and then I pay for two additional live sessions (bi weekly therapy) it’s still relatively more affordable than traditional out of network, private practice therapy. My therapist is in the Midwest while I’m on the west coast. I’m grateful for this modality of therapy because I wouldn’t have found her otherwise. I did have about 3 therapists before her through Pride Counseling so it took a couple tries to find the right fit. I recommend this app as a gateway and resource to access a typically inaccessible therapeutic tool..Version: 12.3

Very Helpful TherapistI really like my therapist and they matched me quickly..Version: 12.12

Right when you needed it, but didn’t think you did.I am just starting my journey into counseling. This App made it easy to locate and connect with a counselor who understands my needs. The layout is very user friendly and my video session, (1st one complete) was super easy to setup, schedule, and execute so that I could sit back in the comfort of my home and start to unpack. Job well done to the App creators and the Pride Counseling team..Version: 10.0

Pleasantly SurprisedThere isn’t much to the app besides it’s basic functions. The payment option can be faulty. I struggled with failure to link my PayPal account. The services are great though! It’s super easy to have a chat or whenever I have a pressing issue I can message my counselor and she can reach back out when she has the time. I enjoy the real-time nature. I can express myself as it’s happening and have a professional evaluate or help me along. The convenience of the app is wonderful as well! I only have to utilize my hour lunch instead of taking PTO to attend an appointment! If you’re skeptical definitely give it a go!.Version: 8.1

No problems so farI’ve been on it for about a week and it’s been pretty helpful, lately just a lot of me getting to express my perspective my experiences and what I think they mean. Without any interruptions before diving into any advice. I find that extremely pleasant. Finally the therapist they provided for me has been a good fit with a lot in common with each other. That’s made me feel more at ease and comfortable because we can relate on things because of common interests. So good job so far guys 🤙🏾.Version: 6.3

ExcellentGreat.Version: 9.9

So helpfulFirst I just want to say how helpful my therapist Cathrine has been. I would give 10 stars if I could. We haven’t even had our first session yet and already am felling better about myself than I have in years. The unlimited sms feature is so helpful. Cathrine and I haven’t even chatted that much yet but just the fact that I know she is there if an need her helps and she is always quick to respond. I am in the UK and she is in FL. I used to live in FL. I moved there with my family when I was 10 and lived there most of my life. There is a 6 hour difference in time between myself and Catherine which has been somewhat of a challenge. Catherine has rose to this challenge and willing to work with me to fit my schedule. This in and of itself has been so helpful and wanted to take the time to mention this. I attempted to do this before but the page timed out and not sure if that review was posted or not. If it was sorry to duplicate!!!!.Version: 9.9

The best therapy I’ve ever had, hands down. The Pride Counseling service is extraordinary. I have Kaiser and their psych department is garbage in terms of getting appointments with therapists and ongoing care— when I found BetterHelp and that they have an LGBT+ service I signed up and it has been life changing for me. I have a very hard time making and keeping appointments, but texting and showing up for a video call at home are a lot easier for me. My therapist is amazing and has given me so many tools and support over the years that have truly made a huge difference in my life. I know it looks expensive, but it can be made affordable for you if you apply for the financial aid (and they basically lower your rate almost immediately when you ask for it with the little application online.. not sure if you can do it in the app though). I’m paying $99/month for unlimited messaging with my therapist and she always replies within a day if not within a few hours, and then every video session that’s scheduled like an appointment is an extra $35 for that one session. It’s well worth every penny. I don’t see myself ever changing my therapy source if I can help it at all. They are truly doing extraordinary work..Version: 9.9

AmazingSo you can cycle through therapist until you find one you click with and they are all helpful in different ways. They all have their own unique way of helping a client, some better then others. The rates at which it cost to do sessions and the convenience of this application and website make conversing and setting up appointments extremely easy. They have worksheets and other things to send you to help yourself and think about while you are not “on the chair” it definitely helps..Version: 6.5

ClarksonGreat platform to test out counselling and definitely open up other options for my consideration outside of the app.Version: 8.1

Healing spaceI’m so grateful for this space to open up and vent all that’s been bottled up..Version: 8.1

Great resource for folks new to LGBT+ explorationThis service has been extremely helpful and supportive in my journey and I would recommend them to others needing support with LGBT+ issues. My only complaint is that when I specified that I wanted an LGBT+ therapist (I.e. one who is also a member of the community) It ignored my request so I had to keep declining until I got one. I was able to match with a great therapist but I had to say “no” to a bunch of HIGHLY incorrect matches first. If the developers are reading I hope that this feedback gets considered, as it is very easy in TX where I live to get matched with religious, anti-LGBT people and that could create a lot of harm, so I hope they fix this feature ASAP..Version: 12.12

A bit more help and a bit more work. 🌻💕🏳️‍🌈🏡I live with high anxiety and clinical depression. Why do I react to people the way that I do? I am an epileptic and a recovering-alcoholic (one year, two months and four days of sobriety...one day, I will stop counting). May be it’s a genetic predisposition for me to be and feel the way that I do, all these things place less responsibility on myself for my own care... it’s someone or something else’s fault. I am so grateful for my in-person therapist, my medication(s) and creative outlets & friends and most importantly for Pride Counseling and my online counselor Michelle Pellin. This isn’t a service to utilize if you are in crisis. If you are in crisis there’s a hotline they recommend and if it’s really bad, please call 911. These chats offer you fresh eyes that see you as a whole, unique person. You don’t have to pretend to be happy to make someone comfortable. You and your counselor may not agree on ever point, but keep making yourself be heard and like A.A., it works if you work it and please keep coming back! I plan on sharing the insights and tools I’ve gathered with my a.p.r.n., and offline therapist and say, “this is where i AM at not where anyone thinks I should be and let’s start from here...” Thank you Pride Counseling I am working hard, and it’s worth it... I am worth it. Let’s all let go of the stigma of mental illness and seeking help. Love & Peace, Jo.Version: 3.10

Just What I NeedI’m so thankful I made this part of my 2020 lifestyle change. I had tried traditional therapy in the past, but always hated taking so much time with commute and waiting. This fits my busy schedule and is honestly more affordable. My counselor listens and engages with me in a way that benefits me. I feel like our talks have really helped me gauge myself and where I’m at each week. I encourage therapy for EVERYONE, and this service is an excellent option!.Version: 9.6

Fast, Reliable, Great ResourceThis is my first time ever getting counseling and the Pride Counseling app has made it so easy. They set me up with a counselor very fast and I was able to get on her calendar quickly. There’s a wealth of webinars that are included that I’ve really enjoyed so far. There is a cost which isn’t *ideal* but it’s encouraging me to make the most of this experience while I have it, and truly invest in myself..Version: 12.3

It worksI’m someone who deals with depression and anxiety. I don’t ever really like leaving my house. When I first started using the app I didn’t click with my first therapist so I clicked switch therapist app. The therapist I’ve had since has been amazing. He helps get me out of my comfort zone. He lets me know that my opinion, thoughts, and fears are valid, but held me be a little more level headed about them. I recommend this app to anyone who just needs someone to talk to..Version: 7.0

Very helpfulI did some research into events in my past and concluded I would need therapy, but I was having a hard time finding a counselor in my local area I felt comfortable with. I had tried Better Help before, but learned that they had a subsidiary for LGBTQ+ people at Pride Counseling, so I figured I would try that. The matching process for me was relatively fast and though it takes some work, I feel like I have been able to work through my issues slowly but surely. There are many accessibility options, and they even offer financial aid or prorated billing based on your income so you can pay what you can afford even if you don’t have insurance. Overall it is a great app and tool to get help and increases accessibility to those who may be experiencing mental health issues in their life and be unsure how to proceed..Version: 8.1

Helpful, accessible, and effectiveI received more than expected after signing up on this app. I pay a more than fair price for everything that is available for me to use when I wish. I can journal in this app, track my progress for certain goals I make with my therapist, message my therapist at any time to which she is very responsive (usually responds within 24 hours), can have a weekly appointment via text, phone, or video, and attend groupinars that are hosted by different therapists and psychologists which are very informative and provide a platform to anonymously discuss the topics with other patients - like an anonymous and supervised group therapy session. Highly recommend to anyone seeking to better their mental health, whether you’re going through a difficult time and reaching for help or just curious with what therapy has to offer - you will find something to benefit from here..Version: 10.0

My counselor is so greatThe app works great for me and I really appreciate how much it seems to take protecting my identity seriously. My counselor has been super helpful so far and I haven’t had any issues making the technology work. I have had a couple of video calls drop on my laptop, but on the app the calls work great (my internet isn’t great so the calls dropping on laptop aren’t Pride’s fault, but it’s nice to be able to do the call in a “FaceTime style” format with my cell data as backup)..Version: 9.6

Best App for online counselingI am so happy I found this app, I was struggling with so much in my life and this app gave me an outlet that was convenient for me. I scheduled my counseling sessions on the days that work best for me and I could reach out to my counselor everyday which is very effective for what I’m going through. I wish I could give this App 10 stars! And also my therapist Cris! Is so amazing! He has held me down since our very first session and has gave me so much insight into my problems that wow.....so grateful again for this app. And amazing job to the developers and the persons responsible for such a great app. I will definitely be recommending it to others.Version: 8.1

Highly recommend for poc queer folks! This platform has helped me find the best therapist that truly can help me with my journey — it’s the best feeling when you can feel comfortable, safe and energised by the tools that are given from someone who understands you!.Version: 12.12

Was surprised at the serviceThey’re really helpful and supportive. It helps to hear an unbiased point of view to your struggles and so far it’s been important to me to be able to relate to my counsellor and vice versa. It’s an affordable way to get your healing started. Opening up really does help..Version: 3.10

I needed thisTruly life changing, and WELL worth the money. I was skeptical about how much therapy could help me, and even more skeptical about this web based platform, but all I can say is that I am so happy I took the plunge and got it. My therapist/counselor is amazing; she helped me just get in the right mindset with working towards change in my life, and always listened with such attention and care. I’ve learned so many practical, actionable things I can do every single day to change my mind frame (this is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and it’s worked wonders so far. At the very least I UNDERSTAND myself so much more, and can finally appreciate myself and then begin to help myself move towards a healthier me. It’s nice knowing you have someone in your corner, but in your pocket instead haha. If you’ve been thinking about getting therapy for ANYTHING (right now currently working on a self esteem thing I’ve been half heartedly working on since childhood) I’d suggest giving it a go. It’ll only help!.Version: 8.1

The Real DealI've tested my fair share of therapy and mental well-being apps. I have to say that Pride Counseling has been incredible. The concept is executed really well here: true on-demand counseling with actually highly-qualified counselors. I do wish that the prices were lower and that insurance providers worked along with them because they are really the best in my opinion. If there are insurance providers that do work with them I feel confident I'd be willing to switch. It's that good..Version: 8.1

Helpful counseling, great app! It’s glitch free and works perfectly every time. I am very impressed. You can use all the features of the website in this handy app..Version: 8.1

A Innovation for those of us travelingI’m a gay man from Boston, 55 years old, who has retired to Thailand. After 3 years here feeling a bit isolated, I thought I’d try this App. My new therapist (10 time zones away) has insights into my mental state that I have never before encountered in previous years of therapy. We are only 2 video sessions in and we seem to be closer to my core issues than 25 years with a previous therapist using traditional, office-visit, psychoanalytic techniques. The ability to chat via message, in almost real-time, with my Pride Counselor is a breakthrough technology for therapy. I am very excited to see where this goes..Version: 6.7

Really excellentI can only speak for my experience with my therapist, but I’ve had a really positive experience the past two-ish months of working with my therapist. He always responds in a timely manner and is always very helpful to talk to. The price range has also been really nice, especially only having a part time job. I haven’t tried some of the other features like the seminars yet, but so far I’m very happy with the app..Version: 8.1

EXCELLENT RESOURCE!Highly recommended!!.Version: 8.1

Definitely get your money’s worthI’ve been using this app almost a week and have already had multiple messaging sessions and a long phone session with my counselor, Karen. She’s helped me more than my local in person therapy has helped in the last year. The ability to message and get a response within a day or two is much more helpful than weekly or bi-weekly therapy, which doesn’t help if you have a real time situation arising in your life. My therapist is insightful, non judgmental and helpful..Version: 8.1

Very helpfulVery helpful and worth every cent . Love my councilor and he has been such great insight.Version: 6.5

Great app/ amazing serviceI really like this app. I was worried about how easy/hard it would be to use. It is super easy to schedule appointments. The appointments - video at least- are easy. We had some small problem with buffering, but in sure it was on my end. I didn’t have the greatest signal. I also appreciate knowing the therapists are LGBTQ sensitive..Version: 11.7

From a therapistComing from a therapist, I have nothing but good thoughts about this app. It was quick and thorough getting started, and I definitely felt like multiple aspects of my identity were taken into consideration. So far I’ve felt all my communications with my therapist were entirely personal, thoughtful, effective, and timely. The price is up there, but financial aid is available and it’s well worth it not to have to bottle things up for a week/month..Version: 8.1

Worth it.I thought I’d find a therapist who could work with my schedule, till now. Technology allows me to connect from where ever, whenever for everything and therapy now is no different. It reduces my anxiety of actually going to a space I’m unfamiliar with and allows me to connect where I’m comfortable. Overall, thankful for the way technology allows me to get the help I need from anywhere..Version: 8.1

Very helpful to go through rough time.Unlike meeting your therapist in person at their clinic, this app gives you unlimited access to your therapy whenever you want to talk. Of course, therapists will come back to you when they are available, but the fact that I get to talk to my therapist like my friends and able to get some professional advice and help could help you go through rough time and help you get out of the darkest time of your life. Better late than never. Just give it a try..Version: 8.1

Great Starting PointPride Counseling has been a great starting point for me after years of knowing I need some help but being too intimidated by the idea of therapy to get started. The app quickly connected me to a kind counselor who has been very responsive, insightful, and encouraging. I’m grateful this platform exists because it allowed me to start getting help at my own pace without the frustration of navigating insurance and doctors’ offices..Version: 4.2

I’ve been to a lot of therapyI’ve been to a lot of therapy in my life cause I’m all messed up. I’ve done group therapy, one on one, art therapy, equine therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy...I did intensive therapy in eating disorder treatment. I didn’t think this would be a good platform for me as group therapy and one on one do work well. I thought this would be as useful as using a journal which I’ve personally never found helpful. Turns out just the fact that I know someone is reading what I write makes keeping a journal easy. Also if something happens right now I can immediately write what’s bothering me, even if the therapist won’t get back for a bit. This way I feel like the therapist can get a better idea since when I meet with an in person therapist once a week there is always stiff I forget. Anyways so far so good. Also don’t be afraid to request new therapists if the one you are paired with isn’t working. Their feelings won’t be hurt and you’ll get the support you need. Cheers!.Version: 8.1

Helpful so far!The convenience of online is a big plus as well being an LGBTQ safe space..Version: 8.1

Amazing serviceIt’s so great to have control over my counselling like this. The therapist they matched me with is a specialist in my particular needs and has helped me a great deal. The convenience of having appointments when I want and in my own home makes the experience much more relaxing and I feel so much more comfortable in opening up. Can’t recommend highly enough..Version: 8.1

Great way to connectSo much easier to use than the web interface..Version: 6.2

Don’t settle if your counselor isn’t a good match - try again. Very expensive though. At first I had a counselor that didn’t really work for me, but after I switched just once I was really happy with the counselor that I got matched with. I should have switched sooner. Don’t hesitate to switch if you think it might help. Also, this service is really really expensive. Don’t waste money on a counselor who isn’t working for you. There are financial accommodations but I don’t know exactly what accessing them entails, I just pay full price becuaee I assume I wouldn’t qualify but I have no idea what that process is like or what’s offered. I feel like the service I’m getting from my current counselor is definitely top quality and worth it, but even then, $260 a month is pretty steep to pay..Version: 6.4

Beyond grateful for this app!I have been searching for an affordable way to get some counseling for a long time now. Finding Pride Counseling was an amazing gift. I’m very impressed with the way this app works. It’s convenient and affordable. I was connected with an amazing therapist, and she has been helping me greatly over the past few weeks. Please try this app, if you are in need of counseling in a safe, secure environment. It’s awesome..Version: 8.1

Pride CounselingThis is a very easy to use app and the people here are wonderful and caring!.Version: 5.0

AmazingReally useful and convenient.Version: 9.9

Amazing service. Life changingBest counselling sessions I’ve ever had. Feel so much more empowered as a result..Version: 10.0

Straight up and InsightfulFinally a quick to the point therapy that is productive and helpful. My therapist is professional and knowledgeable. She's personable and each session is successful in helping me define routines and set new goals. She's relatable and attentive, accessible and down to earth. For being a total online experience I think it's as good as in person therapy or even better– convenient and easy..Version: 12.12

LOVE THIS APP!I have tried other apps out there, honestly spent money on what I thought was going to help me out. I was not really sure about this once I was getting ready to start and decided to give this online counseling another try. I am VERY glad that I did. I was matched with a counselor within an hour, had a great first conversation and have never had to wait more then a day for a response! Hands down one of my MUST HAVE apps on my devices for help whenever I need it or just to share a thought to discuss later in a non judgement room. Also I was very busy with work for a weekend, I had an email waiting for me in my inbox asking if everything was okay and if I was still comfortable with my counselor. I have to say I was impressed that they didn’t leave me behind even when I was to busy to realize that I had not responded in a few days! Thank you PC for everything so far!.Version: 7.0

Easier than irl therapyI like that this app makes finding a therapist easier in certain ways, you don't have to call offices and worry about insurance etc..But sometimes I feel it's a bit too casual. I think therapists have different styles, just like irl you have good and bad therapists. You might have to try a couple different folks and hope your ideas and schedule align. After some switching/searching I finally found an awesome therapist!!.Version: 8.1

Worth the moneyThere is a lot of negative reviews on here so I decided to take the time to give a positive review as all therapy costs! But this is far cheaper than seeing a face to face therapist. And it is unlimited chat and support. So if you have the money and need the help this is a great platform to do it!.Version: 6.9

Great App, Great TherapistsEspecially useful if you prefer to text with your therapist, or prefer a more flexible schedule. The ability to easily request a new therapist is nice, no hard feelings on either part - everyone recognizes that sometimes you just don’t click and you need to connect with and trust your therapist. And the price is very reasonable for the service. And I want to know what psychic they have doing their therapist matching, because everyone I know who has used the app has been matched with someone uncannily accurate for them. If you could forward me the winning lottery numbers?.Version: 9.7

No motivation no problemHonestly this is the best counseling option out there for people like me who hate setting up appointments and having to remember when they are, taking time off work or just having to go to an office somewhere to talk with someone. This has allowed me to reach out and talk with someone about my issues as they are happening and not having to wait a week to talk about them. This is ideal for anyone with motivational problems to find counseling..Version: 5.0

CindyI have found the app a great help.Version: 8.1

I love it!!I’ve only been doing sessions for 2 weeks and I already see huge changes. My therapist is so sweet and amazing at making me see things in ways I had not seen before and so easy to adjust and work on. I definitely recommend this to anyone in any spectrum of the sexual orientation not just queer. I am definitely benefiting from it and hope others will and do too..Version: 12.3

Great appGreat app runs well and enjoy every session.Version: 12.18

First sessionI have never done online therapy before, and didn’t know what to expect. Today was my first session, and it went so much better than I had imagined. The session started right on time, and my therapist is so caring, compassionate, accepting, and validating, and I look forward to more sessions because I know that I have a reason for hope..Version: 12.10

Convenient, easy to use, great platformBetter Help/Pride Counseling is a great resource for anyone seeking help or just someone to talk to. They matched me with a great therapist who was able to fill me in on her schedule fairly quickly. I enjoy how easy and convenient it is to have access to my therapist at any given time, even if it’s just to chime in about how my day is going. The “homework” (journaling, etc) is an engaging tool for us and is a great tool for helping me to turn inward and document my progress. I greatly enjoy my time with my therapist and I highly recommend this platform for anyone that needs quick and easy (and cheap!) access to a great quality therapist..Version: 8.1

Great experience, easy to find therapistI have moved around a lot and it’s always been hard for me to find a therapist or doctors of any kind because of this reason. Using this app allowed me to find a therapist as I was going through a major life event and hopping from state to state every week for months without worrying about having to miss sessions or how to figure out insurance or most of the other issues I had with traditional counseling/therapy in the past. Even when I had a therapist in the past that I could talk to remotely, she wasn’t allowed to have sessions with me if I was outside of the state (say visiting for the holidays). That was very inconvenient. I appreciate this app for the ease and flexibility. And I have a wonderful therapist of course! And I know id I didn’t I could easily request a switch which is very relieving. Anyway, based on my experience I’d recommend Pride Counseling..Version: 12.12

Great alternative to conventional waysI am loving this app and not only the app but my counselor most of all. I kind of hesitated at first and was I wrong. The convenience, availability and access to mental health professionals who are professionals and prepared has exceeded my expectations. This has been a blessing for me and for my loving partner. Erick Silva has been amazing and has started to transform not only ourselves as individuals but also as a couple which was the main reason for me to reach out. Even though we are at the beginning of this journey, and me having a MA in Psych and being a stubborn and demanding learner, I am extremely satisfied and happy. I am very confident that the final outcome will be one of happiness, accomplishment, self discovery and a stronger long lasting relationship with my partner. Thank you so much to all involved on this operation and for shining light in very dark places..Version: 8.1

Good app for easily accessible counsellingGood app for easily accessible counselling.Version: 6.9

Love this app!The app itself is very easy to use. There are lots of tools within the app in addition too the individual counseling. Journaling (which can be kept private or shared with the counselor), access to groups and seminars, texting, and worksheets. So helpful and no operating issues so far. Would recommend to everyone looking for online counseling!.Version: 9.9

Overall a great resource! This app for their site is really well put together. In terms of their services and the counselor I am currently with is beyond amazing. The counselor really cares about the issues that I am facing and is very knowledgeable about the subject. They are also very welcoming and encouraging. It is very handy to have if you have a busy life schedule or prefer not meeting face to face just yet. I highly recommend this to others that may need their services! In my experience, when they initially group you with a counselor based on what you provided, only took a couple of hours so that was a huge plus!.Version: 8.1
