✓ Looks lovely but crashesShame, such a beautifully designed game but you can't finish a single game. Within the first 2-3 min it crashes on my iPad. Even after the recent update same problem. Also mailed the authors. Haven't heard back from them. Such a shame cause the game looks really good. December 2018 update: I could do two moves before it crashed and I ended up on the homescreen. ✓ Great Port - Online Multiplayer is not greatEverything about the game is amazing, but how does a game in 2022 not have a way to matchmake and rank players online? ✓ Good Implementation ok Good MechanicsThe game Istanbul has interesting mechanics. This app makes playing it intuitive. However, I uninstalled it because it depicts no women; it’s exotifying of Turkish people and society; and has the thematic element of sending the other players family members to prison which pairs poorly with the previous. ✓ Excellent port with a few problems...The game is a faithful port of the board game and overall the UI is pretty good. There are some issues however. The main problem for me is that the game heats up my iPad to the point that it gets too hot to hold after about 10 min. This is something I have noticed on some other Unity based games. A few other minor issues is that notifications for in game achievements appear mostly cut off screen, also I’m unable to view bonus card information that are discarded. UPDATE: After trying this game on my new iPhone 8 I did not experience any overheating issues with the game. Admittedly it’s one of the better board game ports out there. I would be inclined to give it 5 stars if it didn’t turn my iPad into an oven. Unfortunately, I would like to leverage the bigger screen but I can’t play it on the iPad as is..YBeauchampsVersion: 1.0.1
