STAY AWAY!!!!Thought I’d really won buying on Boohoo. Bought over £150 worth of clothes, unfortunately when the order arrived it had incorrect items (wrong size) and clothing on website is completely different colour to what I received. I was told to return items at my effort to who knows where and send a photo of a slip and refunds will be made. Customer service is a joke , it’s Boohoos mistake and now I’m responsible for fixing it . And every reply is , sorry nothing we can do.. I have a jacket the size of the door and not even a resolution or someone to speak to..Version: 9.3.4

Hit or miss and horrible Customer service.I've ordered from Boohoo twelve times, but unfortunately, I've had multiple negative experiences with my orders. It's quite rare for me to receive everything that I've ordered correctly - either I receive the wrong item or the quality of the item is significantly worse in person. Moreover, the customer service is almost non-existent, with only a virtual bot available to provide information. I've spent hours trying to rectify an order where I received two incorrect items, but unfortunately, the support team is not very helpful. When attempting to contact them, I was only met with automated emails and chatbots that were unable to assist me. Furthermore, despite using the app's feature that automatically copies the order number, I was informed that my order number was incorrect - a situation that has never happened to me before. Because there are no real people to talk to, I'm unable to contact anyone for help, and I'm left with the wrong items and poor-quality products that don't fit me properly..Version: 9.4.2

STAY AWAY !I bought around 8 items from this website. I paid extra for fast shipping by paying for UPS. Upon arrival I was asked to pay 34 extra dollars. Turns out the company wanted me to pay for their UPS fees and pass the cost on to me. They said they would reimburse me once I paid the C.O.D. (The 34 dollars). The only problem is you can only pay for it USING A CHECK. Aside from it being an inconvenience that I would have to pay for a fee that I shouldn’t ever have to pay, they ask me to ask someone I know to pay for it. Imagine asking your customers to pay fees after they paid the full price on your products. I hope this helps others to stay away from this brand..Version: 9.1.3

SlowNot a bad app, but doesn’t feel very up to date. It almost feels like works how apps did when they were first invented. Worst support everI once orderd an item of this website and it was too big for me soo I asked for a refund and they accepted soo I communicated with them and told them I was sending it to them and they agreed to send me the money back so I sent it to them and a couple moths later I look at my bank statement and it turns out that they never refunded me after telling me I could return it I would not get this app and if you still do I would be very careful because I have had multiple very bad refund attempts with this app and none have gone well. Not recommended!!!Don’t fall for the pictures you see on the page. It looks nothing like it. I ordered 6 different shirts. Order got delayed and when it finally arrived, 1. Packaging took me by surprise. All 6 shirts put into one plastic bag and most T-shirt’s were like crumbs. 2. Some shirts were smelling very bad. Probably the dye but it was awful. I tried few and my body started to itch right away. So I packed it back up. 3. Very poor quality of material. It just felt odd when I opened the first tshirt. It just didn’t feel right. Good products but system suckI forgot to update new address before i placed the order. Contacted the customer service, they couldn’t do anything about it. Couldn’t even cancel the order for me. If the other tenant takes and steak the order, it will be last order with this shopping app. It seems that they wasn’t even try to help me. Poor qualityI like the style of clothes from BooHoo Man, however, I’ve only bought 3 pairs of pants from here. All 3 of which have ripped right down the crotch within 4 months of having them. The crotch area seems to be really tight and you need to becareful with how you move otherwise they will rip with ease. Worst in my lifeI think it was the worst experience I have ever had for a delivery and a return in my life. I have ordered a puffer from them and thought I d like a smaller size after it has been delivered, I returned the item and ordered the smaller size puffer. The problem started with the returned item as they failed to refound my money once and then I got back to them to see if it s an issue processing, and they sent me a second e mail to confirm my refound which didn’t happen again. The other puffer I ve ordered ( the smaller size) was left in front of the door and I only got home 8 hours after that and to see there was no parcel at my door. App problemThe clothes is okay but the actual app makes me so angry. You add clothes to your wish list to then add to your basket. Tracking shipments is a painShopping off the app is okay, however good luck ever getting an estimate when your package will arrive. Normal companies will give you a tracking ID to put into google and it will immediately tell you where your package is and when it will be delivered. Off the app it makes you look up the email you received after paying to get the order number, which then needs copied into the app. Then for some reason you have to go through three identity authentications to prove you are not a robot. Finally you find out where your package is at if the app doesn’t crash in that whole process. Booo boohooman; if someone has stolen my phone and hacked into all my accounts, I have bigger problems than them knowing what day of the week my $20 silver and pink satin bomber will arrive..Version: 7.0.13

Broken appThe app is terrible and for at least 3 weeks now it gives an internal server error anytime you try to add anything to the cart. Nothing I've tried fixes this problem and if this issue is widespread then they are literally losing out on who knows how much in sales because it's impossible to order. The descriptions of clothes are incredibly vague, for broad catagories, or often times for the wrong items completely. Order tracking is a pain and I've once had an order confirmation email never come through to me, and when a rep resent it, it still never showed up to my email in any form, even in my spam. It's a shame too because I genuinely like the clothes I've bought but the app needs some serious work, and right now it's impossible for me to buy anything else due to this constant error..Version: 7.0.14

TerribleFor some reason the app keeps removing everything from my basket even if I go off the app once when every single over shopping app in history will keep my items in the shopping basket, so why does boohooMAN do it? Very low quality and poorly madeI was out on to boohoo man by a friend of mine, he said that he had order one or two items from the site and had no issue. I looked around the app and couldn’t believe how inexpensive the clothing was especially men’s jeans. I should note that i am in the middle on gaining weight for a bodybuilding competition, so I needed a bigger size pants than usual. Everything seemed to be discounted as if they were going out of business. I ordered two pairs of shorts and three pairs of pants. My order arrived only after three days. Once I got my clothing and tried everything on that’s when I understood why everything was discounted. I took one garment out of the box which was missing a button, another had the button hanging on for dear life, and all the clothing had no real fit or contour at all. Mind you all of the jeans I ordered were skinny, they were very baggy especially about the knee area and one could tell they had just been slapped together and thrown in a box. Rather than return the items which would be I feel an exhausting process am writing about it so other will know. Items are not saved in shopping cartThe app is mostly fine. The only issue I have is that after adding items in my cart and leave them there for a couple of days the cart is empty. This happened a couple of times already and I can’t remember all the products that were emptied from my cart and it’s annoying trying to look them up again, some which I can’t find anymore. MisleadingClothes are heavily photoshopped in pictures it should be illegal. So many times I’ve prefer jeans or trackers only to notice the colour or detailing is different to the pictures. They advertise a lot of sales but it’s only for clothes you wouldn’t want to be seen dead in 🤦🏾‍♂️ even just trying to scroll through categories is a shambles with constant freezing. DisgustingAbsolute scam! Ordered clothes on black friday sale. Opted for next day delivery . Even got a mail stating my courier is out for delivery. The shipment was never delivered not that day not the next day not even 2 days later. I whatsapped them about my order wanting to know where exactly is my shipment. They told me to give them 2 days of time. They refunded back my one day delivery money. After two days I texted them can you just tell me where exactly is my shipment they have now told me to wait more 9 days. Worse customer service everPoor quality clothes, horrible customer service. They send me twice in a row a wrong item and never send me the right item so I decide to refund it and after ten days I still waiting for my money back. Also is so difficult to deal with them so I couldn't get my item anymore. After that bad experience I decided to order a different item which they send me correctly and when it arrived was so big that I couldn't wear it, then I try to change it for one size less and I couldn't do it because they changed the prices from one day to another, Double price. The good and badThis a great company to buy apparel from, with a wide variety of different styles. I’m always getting compliment about my clothes which solely come from BooHooMAN. My only issue is that when you’re missing an item, or just need help in general there is no direct way to get in contact with a BHM rep. Great place to shop, just needs more sizing optionsI shop on the app and it’s great, the clothes are always nice, and great quality. However, if you are a bigger size you don’t have as many options or have as many as the “cool” designs, outfits, clothes, etc. I find myself looking through the home page before I click on the filter and I always find stuff I wanna get but it doesn’t even come close to the size I’m needing. Poor ServiceI ordered an outfit 6 weeks before my birthday and opted for express delivery. I wanted the item for my party. After 2 weeks, I contacted the company and requested an update. They offered me nothing other than “contact Fedex, the delay is not our fault”. I contacted them a week later, still no resolution was offered. After the fourth week, I contacted FedEx. FedEx let me know that the item was deemed lost and that Boohoo was notified two weeks prior. I contacted them to get a refund and they finally agreed to it, but of course it’ll take 5 business days. Mr RBrought some shorts and t shirts fine, tips fell off the strings on day one and shirts shrunk fist wash so advise you buy a size bigger. Its not worth the full price and 30% discount makes it reasonable. Day after I buy it it’s at 70% so was a bit peeved further. So waiting for the Black Friday I’ve had 3 items in my bag which were £60. Didn’t want to miss out on the Black Friday sale but when the 75% hits, my basket goes up to £91. Definitely not worth it. Decent, but I Have ReccomendationsDear BoohooMAN, I would like to suggest changes that would help benefit both the customer and you. First off, as someone who has made multiple grand orders, I’ve noticed quality control is somewhat poor. I understand these clothes are cheap and with that, there may be inconsistencies; but, there’s no reason why I buy two of the same pants and one is more tight than the other. Another recommendation I suggest is that you allow rating to be an app feature. By this I mean customers should be able to comment, rate, and overall give more active feedback towards the listings. I often find myself unsure of some clothes, especially with the outrageous quality control; one shirt is the same size as the other, yet it fits a mammoth. This leads to my last point: sizing. The sizing provided is horrendous. I suggest that you find a way to become more clear with the sizing. I find small oversized and large oversized to be basically the same. Poor customer service and Hermes as it is their official courier partnerSuch a shame for a growing company like a boohoo to have hermes as their partner, I had ordered clothes over £300 to have it delivered by next day as I am a regular customer I choose to add boohooman premium which allows me to have as much free delivery as I want over the year but didn’t know it would be hermes. Hermes they don’t care whether ur order is urgent or not, they didn’t even contact me or follow my instructions. After waiting over 10 days I finally got response from boohoo slowest ever saying they can’t amend the delivery options and forced me to have two options either refund or hermes. Delivery screen is not scrollable to view click and collect optionsOn ios 15 and iphone 12 max, when buying a product, can not scroll the page to see the click and collect options. BohooMan SystemAlthough cloths are very good but here are major drawbacks - Can not cancel the order if you accidentally order (even at wrong address) - Prices are higher on the website even if you’re buying the same product this is how they scam you if you have the gift card, you can not pay with the gift card in the app but you can pay with gift card on website, so basically you’re paying more for the same product - if you want to return the item again you have to pay for the return £3.99 for delivery + £2.99 for return Think 100 times before you buy the product from BohooMan.Version: 9.5.0

Love Boohoo but 2 stars because..For some reason they feel they should allow me to spend my time filling up my basket and then if you don’t checkout the items in the basket in around less than a week all items are removed from the basket I have an annual subscription with Boohoo but I feel I keep wasting my time on their app and this makes me now wish to renew with them now next year I spent ages the other day adding items I was ready to order to my basket Now with in 3-5 days I go back and the basket is empty This has happened MULTIPLE times now on different phones so I assume it’s intentional or just a really bad decision someone has made. Why would you empty out baskets? What is to be gained for Boohoo doing this?.Version: 9.3.0

Pretty poor shopping experienceI purchased some workout gear from this app and followed the sizing guides exactly. When the clothes arrived the quality was really low for the price and the sizes were smaller than the sizing guide indicated. Despite this, the customer service staff initially refused a full refund even though I followed their sizing recommendations. It’s been a couple of months and several emails to customer service. They are non-responsive and have only refunded a fraction of what they promised. I can’t recommend shopping here based on their lack of support and below satisfactory build quality for the cost. If something goes amiss, you could end up being ignored..Version: 9.3.6

App just won’t let me create an accountI have tried making an account many times and I love boohoo man so I always come back and try and have tried on different devices and it still says something went wrong try again later needs fixing it’s also happend to a few of my mates aswell and the one that has the app says it has quite a few bugs and his wish list sometimes glitches out and other weird things which should be fixed.Version: 8.2.4

Was good untilI had no problems until I ordered about 6 or 7 items and 2 was missing and I messaged them about it and they said that everything was packed in the order and it wasn’t I didn’t press the issue but it has now made me hesitate to buy from them again but the clothes I have received were decent quality for its price.Version: 9.3.5

MISSING PACKAGEI’ve reached out to this company via email due to the fact that they do not have any customer service phone number they do not respond on WhatsApp they do not respond on Twitter and they do not respond on Facebook I’ve been missing my package for a week now and I have yet to hear from a boohooMAN representative they created a case with FedEx but did not reach out to me once FedEx contacted me they told me to contact the seller so it seems to be a game of back-and-forth I am now missing a package and I am out of $200 I would not recommend this app or site to anyone and I will never be ordering from them again.Version: 9.1.0

HorribleNot really sure how this app has as many stars as it does, they are horrible. Their customer service reps are even worse, I asked about my package that was supposed to be here 2 days ago, they claim it is "Still being held by customs," but on my end it's showing that my package has been cleared by customs, Everytime I'd prove them wrong they would just give me a new colleague to speak with. Showed photo proof that my package should've been here 2 days ago, and that they've been cleared by customs and still no explanation. I wouldn't dare buy another item from this app..Version: 8.3.1

Good, but…This app is super easy to browse and i like the user interface a lot. it’s a breeze to navigate and fun to shop on, but the only thing that’s tripped me up are the size guides. when you view the “Details” page, it’ll say “Model is 6’1” and wears size 32r” but when i view the size chart, it doesn’t show 32r anywhere. and the measurement shown in the display don’t match the measurements necessary to the article of clothing. there’s no clear way to reference the chart against the labels shown in the picture at the bottom. i’m about to order pants but i’m not confident that they’ll fit. i know that’s a risk of online shopping but you should at least try to have a user friendly size guide so that people have the lowest chance of buying the wrong size. other than that, it’s a good app. i’ve got some cool stuff in my cart for black friday and i’m excited to see if it all fits :).Version: 9.0.11

Poor customer serviceOrdered 2 pairs of jeans, same size however they were very different when worn. Unable to exchange for correct size and had to pay for return, shipping is not refunded.. and then expected to pay for shipping on new items.. I don’t think so.. Clothes are low quality and the app isn’t user friendlyI purchased an overcoat that I truly love. However, aside from that purchase, my subsequent experiences have not been good. Many of the clothes are low quality and they don’t look like what is shown on the website. Many of the clothes also don’t have the materials that it’s made out of listed on the website either; I presume to mask that the clothes are made out of cheap materials. The app isn’t user friendly and I had to do way too much searching in order to process a return. Tracking an order is tedious as well. BoohoomanI ordered from this website on October 10th got 3 item out of 6 on the 18th and I am currently still waiting on my refund for my other 3 items were "sold out" so why did it let me order I don’t know! On top of that I had to explain and stress to them that I didn’t have all my items, they barely wanted to believe me ! Can’t talk to anyone just email on top of email telling that I have money and items that I still don’t have ! DiscountWhen I put my orders in the bag last night the discounted clothes were 40% off but a few hours late it has changed to 30% which is frustrating as I’m in hospital and spent hours basically going through all the T-shirts and picking the ones I wanted 14 items in total but now I have had to remove some due to my payment being £30 higher than originally told it’s very disappointing as I love all the designs I picked.Version: 9.4.5

Prices differOnline the prices are cheaper than the app and I wasn’t able to use my next day delivery without the app ,I would of ended up paying more through the app so I didn’t do that but now I have to wait four days for my delivery after paying £9.99 for a year pass . WORST SUPPORT EVER!!!So I have recently moved house & I made an order of over £100, about 10 seconds after my order I realised it was being sent to the old address, I panicked for a minute then realised that I could simply ask them to change the address as I had only purchased it a few seconds ago, even so if they couldn’t change address I could always just get them to cancel it. upon speaking to the member of chat they said that they couldn’t change the address nor could they cancel the item they said once I receive the items I should return them for a refund??? I don’t understand how they think I’m going to do that when I don’t live there anymore!!! I moved halfway across the country! they said if nobody lives their then it will be sent back & I could get a refund but I know exactly what the delivery guys at my old house was like. They just leave it at the door & what happened. They left it at the door to my old house halfway across the country. So I messaged & said they left it & i’ve got a message back saying that nothing more could be done and the only way that I could get my parcel would be if I went and collected it from my old house.
