✓ Terrible UI and logicThe user interface and the logic of this app is terrible. I don’t think anyone from this company used and tested the app. You would think STC would actually spend money and test this app but no unfortunately. 1. Sign up and buying a subscription is so painful I tried using 2 phone number and 2 emails and still can’t sign up 2. The error message say nothing other than something went wrong 3. When you try to upgrade a subscription they tell you can’t because you already have lite version due to you postpaid STC line. I want to upgrade and I only have 1 phone number. 🤦🏻🤦🏻🤦🏻. I am offering you more money but no you must use another phone number. 4. I actually finally signed up with email and paid the premium and still the channels don’t work and they tell me yes we charged you but have you received a confirmation email 🤦🏻🤦🏻🤦🏻terrible app, terrible logic and the worst customer service..Version: 4.1.0
✓ Average for one reasonThe app is amazing I used to watch via Jawwy and it was amaaaaaazing the price is reasonable but I cancelled it just because it doesn’t have the app for the TV and apple tv and that is a big disadvantage how come the app name is “Jawwy TV” but its nit on TV..Version: 2.20.0

✓ Have you ever tested your app?As it says in the title, this app was not even tested apparently.. as of one basic function of closing the video after playing it is not working.. simply become useless I cannot keep force close the app after playing any video, not to mention you basically stuck once you entered the live tv, plus as a UX it should not open any channel before I choose one, or at least keep a way to see all channels easily on portrait mode first and filter from there.. overall fine but needs lots of improvements!.Version: 5.6.1
