Love this App!I love being able to choose from a huge variety of workouts which are all clearly titled. Amanda has a very personable style of presentation and explains clearly all the exercises. I like that she gives practical alternatives if you don’t have all the gym gear. It’s just as good as being face to face with her. I’m also enjoying try new kinds of workouts eg dumbells which I’d probably not have the courage to do in a gym! Thoroughly enjoying this! I started with the free 14 day trial, and was hooked instantly..Version: 2.214.1

Love this App!!It’s the only programme I’ve ever stuck to and I love the mix of workouts and yoga. Amanda’s always bringing out new videos and listening to feedback. The morning yoga videos are a personal favourite and the challenges 🤪.Version: 1.16

Amazing 🙌🏼Amanda has created something so awesome!! She offers a little bit of everything so you never get bored or tired of a workout. She’s always coming out with new workouts and challenges, and I love every one of them. People pay $100+ a month for access to classes like hers, so I would say it’s completely worth every penny. Yoga, workouts and a better mindThis app is fantastic! I’ve been using it for a little over a month now. Amanda is an all around awesome trainer. I love that the workouts are easy to follow, pretty simple and can be done at home (especially during this time!). It’s challenging but I love that there are workouts for every level of intensity, and there’s lots to choose from. Amanda’s yoga sessions are also easy to follow and leave you feeling more relaxed, stretched and flexible. My favorite part is following along with the challenges - the May challenge has kicked my butt in the best way lol. I highly recommend this app if you’re looking to improve your flexibility, strength and overall health! 🙌🏼✨💪🏼.Version: 1.18

Perfect for the gym, at home, and everything in between!I am loving using this app! Amanda has workouts and yoga videos that help you tone, shape, stretch, or relax the whole body. The videos are very easy to follow, and her encouragement and direction help you push through. Definitely recommend for others!.Version: 1.18

Completely worth it.I love that I have yoga classes and workouts at home, whenever I need them. The app is easy to use and I love Amanda’s style. 100% worth the money. I would love to see more workouts with light weights, too. If you tried the yoga ebook craze or various poor quality apps, ditch them and use this one, like I did. You won’t regret it!.Version: 1.16

Finally...As a mother of four, trying to look like some of the vapid fitness celebrities is a goal I gave up long ago...actually that might be due to my unholy love of chocolate and maybe I should stop blaming my children 🤔...nah. Instead I want to age gracefully and be strong and active for my kids (total cliché I know...but who has time to catalogue their but gains). This app is fabulous! Amanda is one of the only fitness celebs with the correct qualifications - actually Amanda has an impressive set of qualifications. She rocks - her voice doesn’t annoy me. If you knew me you would know what a triumph this is. Amanda focussed on functional movements, warm ups and stretches. If your goal is long, lean muscles and a reduction in injuries...then this is your app. Thanks Amanda! (I don’t know Amanda from a bar of soap but I think we’d be besties 😂).Version: 1.20

AMAZING!Finally, an easy to use & incredibly affordable app which gives me that balance of getting my heart rate up while being kind to my body. This app is getting me right back into routine after I found myself despising the normal HIIT class at the gym, finding them too harsh on my netball-damaged knees. But i have always enjoyed that heart rate booster feeling and this is the perfect example that you can have both! Plus, some darn good yoga flows to stretch you out after. Thank you Amanda!! Can’t recommend enough. (Ps. First review of any app ever. But I just couldn’t not for this one).Version: 1.12

Love it!I love Amanda Bisk’s yoga videos, she provides classes that range from gentle to yogasculpt flows. My practice has improved a lot since I started using this app, and I recommend it to everyone who would like to develop a home practice..Version: 1.13

Love Amanda and her work outs!I’ve been a long time follower of Amanda’s and love her workouts. I still have her PDFs and use them often. The app is a wonderful as well and has the addition of yoga workouts, stretching routines and challenge as I find it very easy to use as well and never had glitches or issues. The BEST exercise app you will ever try!!I first started using the FBFM app at the beginning of 2020 and it was incredibly beneficial not only physically, but mentally as well. I love how every workout/class focuses on the importance of stretching and doing what feels good for you on the day! The app has absolutely everything - recipes too!! There are exercises for every fitness level and no matter your time frame, you will find a class that is guaranteed to push you to be the best you can be! The challenges are incredibly well planned and thought out! Most of the classes need no equipment and can be done no matter where in the world you are! It feels like Amanda is your very own personal trainer who is right there with you! Love love love this app!.Version: 1.30

The best workout & yoga app!I love fresh body fit mind, as there are both workouts and yoga classes included! Amanda’s approach to the classes means she follows along with you and does every single movement just as if you were in a real class with motivation as you go along, which I’ve not seen in other apps! Amanda also gives variations and adjustments for example for low impact which is super useful as I have a knee injury! There is so much variation in the videos so you’ll always find something that suits you for your workout or yoga that day! Would 100% recommend for any ability!.Version: 1.18

Love this appI’ve tried a few exercise apps and I just love FBFM! Amanda’s classes are fun, accessible and easy to fit in with my lifestyle. Mostly amazingLove this app and have had it since the start of the year. In the last week though it has started to crash - closing by itself and when I tick that I've completed a workout it doesn't show up on the calendar as having done it. Other than this though, I love everything about this app. Especially the month long challenges. Totally worth the money..Version: 1.12

Best app for busy moms!Thank you Amanda Bisk for getting me stronger than I was before having kids! This app makes it so easy to find and do engaging workouts that I can’t find any excuses to not exercise anymore. I’ve tried the sweat app and a few others but this one was the most useful (and it doesn’t have distracting unnecessary features - just great workouts). I love this app!Amanda’s fitness and yoga routines are the best. It feels like having your own fitness coach without the price tag. I actually gave up my fitness trainer since covid and I don’t miss it because of FBFM. I love Amanda’s voice and cheery personality...she does an awesome job reminding, correcting and refining your posture and poses as you go. My husband is now joining in the yoga classes with me. I love Amanda’s appThe app and the classes are great. I love that Amanda keeps on adding more videos to the app. I like how she explains the poses and even gives tips for beginners. Simply the best app everI’ve been using FBFM app for the last 3 years and I find it just amazing! There’s plenty of workouts and yoga classes, plus challenges and 4 week long programs, of any type and for everyone! What I love the most is the variety of exercises AND that they’re all follow along classes, which I never found in any other app before! I think that the app is also underprice if you consider all the effort that Amanda put in it every single day for this community!! I would absolutely recommend it ♥️.Version: 1.20
