✓ Needs workI’m using the NurseThink version of the app. While it’s easy to use, there are some issues. There are several when attempting to answer several questions the app immediately closes. Restarting the app and attempting to answer them again results in the same action. Frequently the app freezes and needs to be restarted. On one occasion the answers to questions did not match the actual question (this did correct on restart). Finally there are many spelling, grammar, and formatting issues which makes reading/understanding/answering these questions difficult..Version: 7.6.5
✓ Really upsetSo I bought this app to help me study for the NCLEX and really liked it so I bought the book to get access to the free questions and study materials on my phone. I restored my purchase of the book through the app and not even a few hours later they charged me $32 for a monthly fee. I am SO MAD. I want my money back. This app is a joke. ✓ Great contentGreat content. Great study tool. The ability to practice specific content area is very helpful and not many practice apps come close. However, this app needs more optimization. Landscape mode for iPad and dark mode for the background would be a good update..Version: 6.4

✓ TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORTPaid the 30$, got charged twice, once with PayPal once by the website after it continuously told me card denied. App is still in free version mode. ✓ A lifesaver but needs a bit of improvement.The app is wonderful and very convenient for on the go learning. But the ebook on the app is not the same as the hardcopy version. The text is the same alright, but I don’t see any of the illustrations and the little triangles in the ebook block some of the words. So reading the first few words of sentences is quite difficult. ✓ DisappointedSo far this has been such a huge disappointment. It states over 6,000 questions available, however each time I select a topic it displays 9 questions total. I am also unable to select more than one topic at a time to generate questions. I wish I could get my money back and try a different purchase. ✓ Purchased content doesn’t transfer.I have this app on my phone and really enjoy it. However, I can’t get all the questions that I have already purchased to transfer to my iPad. I have tried restoring the data, making sure the purchasing account was attached and still nothing works. So frustrating..Version: 7.4
✓ Duplicates and Quick RationalesWhile 6K question bank sounds tempting, it is actually because there are a lot of duplicate questions with the same answers, so I wish they have a way to clean up their database to remove these. I have come across tons and tons of duplicates so I’m guessing the total amount of questions here is half or bit more? And some of the rationales unfortunately doesn’t explain why your answer is wrong, they just explain why the right is right..Version: 7.6.7

✓ Not like the ebookThis freezes and always downloading, does not have feedback while you’re answering the questions.. just very frustrating. I’m going to ask for a refund. App is a scam!!!!! ✓ Not happyI hate this app. It is not what I thought I was getting and I can’t use it. I requested a refund so that I could get the version that did what I needed it to and was denied TWICE. I will chalk this up to a learning experience and use any other source but Saunders and/or skyscape in the future. They can keep the $60 bc they won’t ever get another penny from me..Version: 7.4

But, when I went into the app, I could not create a quiz, it had “0” as a selection for me to choose the amount of questions I wanted to have in my quiz. ✓ Great to review, but answers have errors, so read all rationales for the right answersI bought the comprehensive app, and the q&A app for both Saunders- rn. I had noticed some errors when the answers were provided, as they didn’t match up with the rationale. the rationale is correct, but doesn’t match the answer given. I bought the q&A paperback book, and I noticed that the answers on the actual book are correct and match the rationale. Make sure you double check your answer with the rationales because the answers don’t match. I emailed customer service, but I found at least 9 or 10 answer errors just on chapter 4. ✓ Could be betterThe content is great and the questions are a fantastic source for studying for the Nclex, the reason I don’t reach for it more, and use the website , it’s the awful scrolling menu to search the content. ✓ Wish you could retestWhen you are in study mode and you get a question wrong it stays wrong until you clear it all. Why can’t you search for questions in exam mode like study mode. The scrolling through 300 different categories to find one that you need is cumbersome. Make it more like anki. Let me search for all questions about BPH or mastitis and then make an exam with all the questions about the key word I’ve searched for..Version: 7.6.5
