✓ Chat Function with Guest never worksThe only way to chat directly with guest is via chat function, which does not work. Agoda does not provide you with guests mobile number either. This is the most frustrating App from any OTA provider, 1 star.VsutichVersion: 1.72.0

✓ Support doesn’t contact backWe tried to list a resort that sleeps around 500 guests, and we have been trying to get in touch with Agoda support for over three months and nothing is getting done, nobody responded on any of our inquiries, nor our Siteminder partners were able to get in touch with anyone to connect the resort. Unorganized 4-5 different portals, website is full of bugs, and terrible customer support team. WALK AWAY and save yourself time.
