✓ Scam artists! AvoidUpon opening the app for the first time I was prompted to agree to a free trial, which I accepted. Only then did I realise that this meant committing to £31 a year when the 7 day free trial was over. I searched the app for anywhere to cancel the trial and there was absolutely no option to do so. The only option was to ‘contact’ the company about my subscription. All this allowed me to do was click and button and be told they’d be in touch. Of course no-one got in touch, so I clicked it again a few days later. Still, no contact. 7 days passed and I got billed £31 for the year. It was then I messaged them via email and got an immediate and very rude response telling me it was tough and I should have read the Ts & Cs (where these are I don’t know, because I wasn’t asked to review them when they instantly asked me to sign up when I opened the app for the first time). Luckily Apple Support were much more helpful and refunded the money for me. Avoid these scam artists. They’re taking advantage of new mums who download the app and are too tired/busy to realise what they are signing up for, and then making it completely impossible for them to cancel. ✓ Tricked me!Yeh sure the app is free but once it’s downloaded you can’t use it until you sign up for a free weeks trial after which you need to pay monthly. Not good. Deleted..Version: 1.0.5
✓ No representation of Islamic celebrations.I have enjoyed using the app for my bump photos. But for the baby stickers I’m really disappointed they don’t have any about Eid. They cover almost all the other religious celebrations - My first Xmas etc, Easter, Diwali, Hanukkah.. where’s Eid?.Version: 1.3.1

✓ Fiddly , expensive and Ltd choiceI didn’t find this app particularly easy to use or navigate and the sticker choice is quite limited It isn’t easy to cancel the subscription from in the app either and really expensive for what it provides. I wouldn’t buy this app.Version: 1.3.0

✓ Won’t let me cancel my subscriptionI signed up for the free 3 day trial, and decided I didn’t want it. There is no where on the app for me to cancel it myself. I submitted a request to the support team since that’s all it would let me do. I was charged for the yearly subscription on day two of the free trial (you have to cancel it 24 hours before the trial is up, so it’s not really a free 3 day trial anyway). I never received an email back, so I requested a refund and was told my trial had ended and they are not obligated. I was sent a link to cancel my subscription, and all it gave me was plan options. I am still unable to cancel and had to dispute the charge on my card. This is not right, and I would rate zero stars if I could..Version: 1.4.2
✓ ScamI downloaded the app to see if it’d be worth paying. They don’t give you a free test trial option, you need to pick a monthly or yearly subscription and it automatically picks yearly unless you change it. When I decided I didn’t want it and tried unsubscribing, it said I would receive an email explaining how to unsubscribe, there was no option to automatically unsubscribing. I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY EMAIL OR INFORMATION. THEN I got charged $35, tried to contact Apple and explain/ask for a refund, got turned down. NOT EVEN WORTH USING..Version: 1.2.3

I paid for a full year and am logged in, but when I try to open it the only option I have is to “start a free trial.” I have even clicked to buy it again and it says “you are already subscribed” and I still can’t use it. ✓ I didn’t subscribe !!This is absolutely ridiculous! My daughter downloaded this app right I front of me and I canceled the subscription immediately and uninstalled the app! But for some reason today when I try to download an app so I can get groceries for my 4 children to be delivered to my house I see that my iTunes account is locked because this app is trying to charge me $34 for a year subscription!!! Once my trail was up they automatically singed me up for a year trial..... a year! If it was a month or week I would have been ok with that.
