Great home fitness habit builderThanks for creating a no nonsense, easy to follow, 15-30 min daily exercise routines for the person who may not have time for the gym but still wants to prioritize fitness! I’ve done the first level and am trying the second. Doesn’t look like I have a six pack yet (didn’t finish within 30 days either) but I definitely feel stronger and more fit. Not workingI really loved it until today when it decided not to work anymore. Whenever I opened it, the app crashed. No update available, so I uninstalled (deleting all my data of course) and when I reinstalled, it did the same thing. It finally quit crashing after multiple attempts to open. I WAS SO SKINNY FAT BUT AFTER THIS....Obviously I didn’t get ripped and all that and definitely not a six pack in 30 days but that doesn’t mean don’t try this out well first off all start in the kitchen and eat right, buy pre workout and protein shake I recommend c4 and islo protein well now do this but also do other workouts such as Chest,Back,Bicep,Tricep,Shoulder,Legs and more. Errors and Issues plus suggestionsI would like to start out, that I like this app. I’ve been using it since the beginning of this year and I have seen progress to my body. However, when I switched to premium, I unlocked more workouts and plans. Some of these plans can download, but others can’t. So I have that you guys fix this issue because I want to work on other parts of my body too, but the plans just don’t work. I would also suggest diet plans. Diet plans make it easier for people to track what they eat and how many calories they are consuming. For example, if someone does these workouts everyday, but they are not seeing results, it might be because they have a bad diet. So in conclusion, this app is great for workouts, but it has some issues and errors that could be resolved for a better experience and more..Version: 1.0.24

Great but...Definitely have been seeing the changes and I do feel a lot fitter than I was before. This app has helped me to get more motivated and I really love it. However, there are a few things that annoy me just a little. One of these is the very inaccurate name of the app (I guess that varies for different people), another is the adverts (though there certainly aren’t that many compared with other apps), and the last is that the app has been crashing a lot recently. Good appSo I have been using this app for quite some time, I have done the intermediate one and am on the advanced right now. This is a perfect app to get in a good ab workout , first of all it gives you a plan which includes rest days and a variety of exercises that are based on you. And it also gives you instructions on how to do the workout and make sure your doing it properly. Only one thing I would ask to make it better , is add more exercises and another advanced section for when you finish advanced. Effective AbsI’m surprised by how much I enjoy this app and how it’s improved over time. The exercises are good, the video examples are clear, and the features are pretty strong. I like the challenges (e.g. how many push-ups can you do), which tracks records and are a nice augmentation to the daily routine. Features like streaks, daily calendar, calorie and weight tracking are common features in fitness apps, and all are here too. I’m using the free ad-supported version, and the devs do a good job of keeping the interstitials to reasonable spots (none during a workout that I’ve seen, which would be an auto-delete), and banner ads are relatively unobtrusive. Overall this seems like an app made by people who care, and I appreciate it. I recommend this for someone of any fitness level wanting to incorporate good core workouts into a daily routine..Version: 1.13.3

Happy so farI’m on day 26 of the beginner ab workout. I feel stronger and can notice firmness and some outline. The things I like is it’s engaging, provides pointers, and isn’t so crazy that I burn out on it. People in my family noticed I look stronger. I’ve been in shape before from soccer and coast guard but 25lbs over my desired weight now. I’m looking forward to finishing this challenge and starting the advanced program and hopefully I’ll be looking good. I also want to do the plank challenge. Best free app with purchase optionsComing from a guy who was 300 lbs and trying all different methods and apps to get in shape this is the best core app I found to date: the routines start of east which is good for beginners with less core strength and with the fat burning exercises and the abs building separate no matter what lever you’re at there’s a place for you to start and for free. I used the app in the past and it worked for me I had never had abs in my life. Also saying that after getting in shape I once again fell out of shape, no other app has given me the same results without first having to pay or sign up. I have come back to this app because it’s gets results. I’m only on day 5 and already see the definition returning. I have yet to try the nutrition planner or the paid trainer which is something I will be doing in the future to stay in shape this time. BrilliantI have a lot of injuries and pain the medication and my inability at the time to move much caused obsessive weight ! With this I can do what I can choose to not do what I cannot manage but for examples star jumps I can’t do because of my knees so I squat on the edge oh my chair and do my arms ! Absolutely love this appFirst off, I never write reviews. Ever. Fantastic Program and excellent movement selectionI have been using this app since 2018. I loved it then and still do. It’s instructions are clear and concise, the movements are well thought-out and have a looping demonstration video that plays for each movement in the workout. The only suggestion I’d give is it would be nice if right before starting the workout it informed you that you’ll need a dumbell or some other specific accessory for one or more of the movements. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve forgotten to look at the movement list and then, halfway through, I get to a movement that calls for a free weight and I have to get up and run to get the weight, hopefully before the rest timer is up..Version: 1.11.2

The most effective workouts!!I have been using this app for more than two years now. I started with a weight of 190lbs and a waist size of 35. After using this app and the exercises from this app, I am now at 152lbs and with a waist size of 31-32. Best app I've used aside from the 30 day challenge appI love this app, it tells me what I need to do which is very important to me and it also counts the time with calories which I didn't know this app did. It's pretty well made seeing that it's free. It works for me and I've so far seen results, they are slow but you will get the desired outcome if you work hard enough for it. I also think you should skip the rest period on like day 4 and day 8 where it shows the coffee cup. Yeah your muscles need a brake but still, and also do all three of the workouts in the day, the weight loss one, the rock hard abs one and six pack abs one. This app is perfectI normally don't write reviews but this app is amazing. For starters to access the main part there is no bs. No credit card or long processes to access the six pack training. It has levels for beginners and a little more advance. Thanks for the developers that made this ab experience possible. The only flaw is that it can be misleading and some people may think you can achieve abs in 30 days. Also it doesn't specify that you wont be available to see your abs without a low enough body fat. But these are minor issues not relevant to the app design or how it functions. Biggest complement is that this app doesn't force you through pain-full ads to access any features..Version: 1.0.21

Visible ChangesI have been using this app for a couple of years now. After the first 30 days at the beginner level i saw very visible changes in the soap of my mid section. A good startI have been working out every day for the past 3 months. I wanted to see if I saw any dramatic changes from using this app every day. I did the intermediate stage for 30 days and did not see major changes. The ab workout is meant for someone who doesn’t have access to things like a pull up bar or free weights. I was rarely sore from it, but then again maybe I should have done the harder level. For someone who is looking for a 10-20 minute workout at home this is a good app, but if you’re looking for a six pack I think other exercises need to be included such as ab wheels, leg raises, plank ups and others. I also did not exactly understand the stretching at the end, it was such a short period of stretching that it does little to nothing. Overall, the app is good in the sense that it motivates the individual to workout every day and follow a plan that does not require a gym. Great app! HIGHLY RECOMMENDThis app is great. The excersizes really seem like they were planned by someone who knows what they are doing. It gives very helpful tips to help you stay injury free, and has rest days for your muscles to rest. Each day is different and a little bit harder. There are a few different levels, so you can do this if you are just starting, or already a pro. No workouts require equipment but you can add dumbells, bands, etc. if you want. There is some stretching but I would recommend doing a little bit more on your own. I use this developer’s leg/butt, arm, and ab app. Plus it’s free! Rky NightmareTrying this app cause I didn’t like the way I was looking in the mirror. My pant size was getting bigger and my love handles were looking like muffins. My focus is on my core. I can tell you that if you follow the exercises you will be sore and that’s what your looking for. You want to know that these workouts are actually working and they will! The coaches on here motivate you with a reminder to keep good form throughout the routine. They also have a person doing the exercises with you so you can see how the workout is done while doing it. If that’s not enough it also breaks it down for you and shows you the muscle groups it’s intended for. Of course this will only work if you are SERIOUS about getting in shape cause in the end it’s up to you. Are you gonna do the workouts? Do you want to feel better about yourself?
