😍This is amazing I was not farmiliar with the splits but in like 5 days I was so close Luther’s learn to do the splits in like a year but with this app it’s so much easier to learn and I love the music during the stretches is so amazing to see how far y will come with this app and I won’t be surprised is one of y get the splits in a week! 🫠I can literally spend a week on this NO PROBLEMS at all I recommend this to everyone.Version: 1.0.10

ProgressingMy main goal for using this app was to loosen up my hamstring. It was hampering me from running faster. When I ran, I could do about a 7-min mile before my hamstring told her it was too tight to run any faster. After 3-weeks of the app, I could run at a sub 6-min mile pace. My splits with both legs out to the sides has improved too. I think at the start of it, I was about 3ft away from the floor, now I’m about 2ft away from the floor. I am 3-days away from completing the 30-days. I’m thinking about doing it another 30-days to reap twice the benefits..Version: 1.0.9

Absolutely amazing! definitely recommend for people reading this!This app is so good. It usually takes 8-9 months to learn the splits but this app trains you to do it in 30 days! It’s incredible. Everything I wantedThis app is free, it’s legit, and it’s totally perfect even for beginners. I’ve only been doing it for 3 days and I’ve noticed a huge difference. Not only in flexibility, but in pain! Whew girl you feel like a new woman after taking only 20mins to do small 30-60 sec stretches while the app times everything for you and you follow along with the animations. You get a break between EVERY stretch! Is it still going too fast? No problem- click the “add +20sec” option and rest a little more! Too slow? Select the “skip rest” option! There are built in rest days too so you give your muscles time to breathe. This is the app I never knew I needed and I’m a die hard throw weights around with the boys at the gym girl. Very coolSuper easy and intuitive to use. I like that it tells you only the info you need during the exercise: an animated gif, the time left, a voice cue for halfway there, and the upcoming stretch. Brilliant - I recommendJust finished the beginner 30 days, could hardly touch my toes on day one and I’m much more flexible now, some stretches have easy modes till you can do them properly and there’s still some I can’t fully do but I’m much better now. I love this app!I decided I wanted to learn to do splits at the start of lock down so I got this app. I could barely touch my toes when I started and now I can do a front left splits (it took over 90 days of stretching!) Recommend but a few problems…Helped me reach my goal but one problem is that when I’m making my routines it mixes up the images so I have no idea what the exercise is. So happy!!This is my first review ever!!! So, it’s been a little over a month and I can do a full side split!! Both sides.. I can legit sit in them. I’ve never been able to do that. Great for consistent useIt has a 30-day beginner, intermediate, and advanced level for a total 90-day program. But I’ve used it for years to maintain my flexibility and I love it. You can just keep repeating the advanced level once you’ve reached that flexibility. A lot of customization available too if you have an injury and don’t like or can’t do certain exercises. I recommend having a yoga strap (supine hamstring stretch) and blocks (runners lunge) in the beginning..Version: 1.0.9

So so so usefulThis app has so many great features for free, only downloaded it yesterday but I made a custom training plan that I tried today, and it was so useful having the timer and all the exercise demonstrations. Surprisingly effectiveI was kinda skeptical about stuff like this so I didn’t want to try it. But I know someone is hyper flexible (can’t remember the term) and she used it to regain her flexibility after she was in an accident and lost a lot of her flexibility. Decided to try it since she said it was working for her. I was pleasantly surprised that it actually helped! I didn’t do it everyday; I replaced it with my usual cardio I do 3x a week and after about 2 months of doing it I’m significantly lower than I’ve ever been!! Good appAt first I couldn’t work the app but then I released I was being stupid and I worked it out with out trying to work it out. I love the water thing and the weight tracker, steps trackers and all of that this app is really good it’s neat and you can clearly understand it all. I love the bubbles you can tap and see what your workouts gonna be before you do it. It’s not even long, and if it is long you don’t even notice! I love how you can pick: Junior advanced and super advanced. It’s not like that but you can pick if your like bad, normal, high. 40 yr old, I can now do the splits! Highly recommendI'm 40 years old and was never able to do the splits until I started using this app. It took me 7 months, but I can now do the side splits. I'm still working on the middle splits, but have made a lot of progress. Note: during 3 of the 7 months I was recovering from a bone fracture and was unable to practice consistently. I made a lot of progress when I did the advanced version of the program, daily, for two months. Then, using the app's create your own workout feature, I created my own workout that focused on the stretches that most challenged me. I even created a short "cool down" program that I used after workouts for extra stretching. I love listening to my music while stretching and I look forward to it every day! Amazing 🙌🏽I was always looking for an app that could help me do the splits but either they make you pay or didn’t keep me interested and coming back everyday. And has the character doing it with you. It has 3 different modes, easy, intermediate, and advanced. Before I started this app I couldn’t even touch my toes. Amazing app!I downloaded this app after my friend recommended it, and I just can’t praise it enough! It’s totally free without any catch (not like those annoying apps that you have to pay for after a free trial to continue the workouts). The workouts are perfect for each level (which are beginner, intermediate, and advanced). The app’s structure of exercises is also perfect to get you into a routine. I usually get motivated to work out for a week and then get burnt out. But this app...!! It provides you with a perfect amount of exercises to do everyday (with a break on the 5th day). It also guides you through the exercises, and there’s a 20 second break between every 2 exercises (you can add more seconds to your break). I’m so grateful to this app and its developers that I watch their ads randomly (there’s a button in the app that shows you ads and gives you a confetti screen as a thank you). BEST APP EVER!!!!!!!!I have improved my splits from standing split to completely sitting split. The only thing I don’t like about this app is that you have to pay for the beginner and intermediate parts but that doesn’t matter because when you’re doing the exercise on advanced, you can change the mode from standard mode to easy mode. Good app, could be betterThis is a great app because instead of having to pay for practically everything and only be able to do something really small, they actually give you exercises for the spilts but little things cost money such as upper back stretching or shoulder relief. The only thing I didn’t really like was that it you had to pay for everything else, I just wish that the app would give more stretches for different body parts that are free. And I know the main purpose of the app was for the splits anyways but still. And also they don’t really have that many middle splits training sessions, focusing on the middle splits..Version: 1.0.5

Not A ScamI’ve tried a bajillion fitness/stretching apps and most of them either cost money or don’t work at all. This is not one of those apps. I’ve never been able to get my splits despite doing ballet for 6 years but after using this app for a few weeks I noticed a noticeable difference in my flexibility and I think it’s perfectly reasonable to expect my splits in the next few weeks. The only problem for me is that I like to listen to other music on my phone while stretching and although I turned off the voice guidance the woman’s voice still plays. I got it too and we decided to do each of the days together because I have always wanted to be flexible. I can’t get flexible easily because I don’t drink a lot of water, so it’s hard. But the app also includes step counter, water tracker, lose weight tracker, work out tracker, and how many calories you have burned. AAAHH!!! I have lost weight, gotten flexible enough to touch my toes and now my goal is to do the splits! That’s a big accomplishment for me. I’ve been drinking more water and to be honest, I have been feeling way more healthy! IMPRESSIVEI for one don’t usually right reviews because I mean who cares but this app really is extremely helpful! Not only does it show me how to do a certain exercise but it like reads my mind because sometimes they might say “keep your back straight” and that’s when I realize that my back is not straight so it corrects me without even knowing!! Generally really goodBut the animated woman’s performance sometimes seems quite unattainable, especially in the beginning stages. Worst off though: I cannot believe that to reset the daily plan I have to delete all data every 30 days. Surely since one can buy a subscription they don’t expect us to stop after having worked through the 90 days? So I repeat the advanced tier again and again. Great workoutI think this app is great!! I started out incredibly stiff and not flexible at all, but I think my ability to do the splits has improved dramatically. I just finished day 30 of the advanced and still can’t get closer than 5 inches from the floor on my best side, so I think it’s going to take me longer, but that’s ok. It works!I started off with the free 30 day trial then bought the intermediate and advanced levels because I could not quit the training. I can do a full front split and middle split. This actually works!! Once I finish the advanced level I’m going to repeat each daily workout twice per day that way I will continue to see progress. Good appIt is a very good app to get the splits and on my first day , I love using the app as is suits your flexibility. Also , I like how you can create your own stretch routine with customisable features . One issue is that when you click your flexibility such as advanced and it’s too hard , the rest of them become premium features so you can’t use them without a premium subscription . True beginnerI see many reviewers say they either used to dance or haven’t stretched in a while etc I never stretch and have never been limber. Yesterday was my 30th day of utilizing the beginner version. I cannot do the splits in any direction. I’m probably 5 inches above the ground on my better side. The app doesn’t have any instruction regarding “what if I can’t do the split after 30days, what next?” I still want to do the splits so I’m considering going to the advanced one and starting over there? Not sure what to do. I’m definitely inching closer but far from the split but I don’t want to lose the flexibility I currently have but I need the instruction to continue. Good luck to all. I’m so surprised! 🤭😄I downloaded this app because I needed my splits DESPERATELY. I had to get my splits before cheer tryouts because my coach wanted to move me up by 3 levels to level 4. But, in order to be on this team, I had to have pretty heel stretches and all of my splits to ensure that my body positions were pretty enough so I could fly. I’m on day 6 of advanced, and OMG there is a MAJOR difference in both of my splits! I got my left leg splits! Year long journey!At the beginning of lockdown I downloaded this app aspiring to do the splits in 30 days. Everyone starts from a different point and has different bodies so I realise now that was unrealistic. However, after the first thirty days and not very much progress we still decided to stick with it, we have been doing the splits app for 1 year now! We love the app and I couldn’t recommend it more, it’s easy to use and apart from some adds it’s really useful. I can now say I am almost so very very very close to the splits. A special trick for using it free!!!After completing easy level just delete and reinstall the app then chose the intermediat level then again use this trick and chose the advanced level. I love this app!!!I’m a dancer and I really wanted to learn to do the splits but the exercises that we do at my dance school didn’t really work so I thought I’d try this app and I literally fell in love with it. The exercises really work because I’m only on day 2 of it and I can already see and tell that I’m way closer to doing the splits than I was before. I recommend measuring how far away you are from the floor or even just take a photo after you have done your exercises for the day so that when you do it the next day you can compare how far you have come. But honestly this is just a great app in general that got me more stretched and it makes me feel great. As a guy, I love this appSo I recently got it in my head that it would be very impressive for a tall guy like me to be able to do the splits during concerts. Don't ask my why this came into my head, it just did. Anyway, I got this app probably about two months ago and holy cow it is amazing! AMAZING!!Me and my sister love doing stretching together but we can never find the perfect app or videos and her friend found this app and omg its literally amazing. I have only had it for one day and im already in love! You can set a goal for how much water you drink and every time you drink you just click drink. This app is also amazing because it has a workout for everyday but I would ache so much if i had to do this EVERY day, BUT every 5 days it is a rest day with no stretching. what u can also do is you can set your level to beginner, intermediate or advanced im an intermediate but my sister is on advanced so hers takes longer we found out, but we didnt really care. You can set reminders for doing the workout (we do ours at 8pm) and for drinking (you can set a time for it ti start telling you and you can set it to go of every hours or if you want it either a longer gap or a shorter gap you can change that, i have mine starting at seven am telling me every hour and ending at eight thirty pm. But overall it is just a brilliant app and i really recommend getting it!.Version: 1.0.9

Absolutely Amazing!!I have had this app for five days and i am already closer to doing the splits!! The exercises are easy and if you are intermediate or advanced you have to pay extra for the exercises, but if you are just a beginner like me then it is free!!! While you are doing the exercises it has music that is just beats and it tells you what to do and shows you a picture of what it should look like. The last thing is that it counts in seconds for the workouts and it counts down for you and when it gets to 3 seconds it counts down, and you can pause it, and some days it gives you a resting day and it gives you breaks in between each workout for 20 seconds!! ExcellentFollowing this you are not going to get your splits in 30 days if you are not already flexible. However, you will experience a tangible improvement in your flexibility. On my 30 day cycle I went from unable to touch my toes to being able to do a seated pike and close to poking stood up. The plan kept me accountable to slow steady progress. It lengthened my running stride and made running easier. Only qualm: hope developers increase number of different exercises on App to keep it interesting.
