Needs back flexibility exercisesI like to do this app with my little ones because it’s the only way they’ll let me stretch without jumping on me. They like copying the little animated people and counting down. And I like that I can create custom sessions from the exercises available. But there is no back or shoulder flexibility. In addition to some basic shoulder stretches, cat/cow, cobra etc I would like to see them include proper gymnastics style back bridges and scorpions for more advanced users. I have tried the creators other flexibility apps and they are all lacking these important exercises. Please include these. 🙏🏻.Version: 1.0.9

Tried to delete the app but it did not let me access my account details and charged me anyway.I tried to contact Leap Fitness via the only contact available on their website to delete my account as I DID NOT wish to continue with the app and therefore be charged any no one got back to me. I have attempted to delete my account on the actual app by clicking 'account' but it would not let me access this area. It did, however, let me click on other areas of the app, i.e. privacy, etc., but not account. This is either a bug on the app or a way to ensure that people cannot delete the app and get charged. I tried to call them but could not get through. They do not allow you to contact via twitter so I’ve had to contact via Facebook and iTunes and have yet to receive a reply. You should make it easy for a person to delete or amend their account. Totally ridiculous..Version: 1.0.5

Gets boring after a weekThere’s some okay exercises on here but I get pretty bored of it. Not enough range of different workouts and stretches, it’s repetitive and feels like a chore. I have quite a few complaints with it. it’s a bit silly how the advanced level is the only free level, putting people at risk of injury or not being able to do certain stretches at all, unless they pay. Would make more sense to have the beginner level for free. Also the stretches are too long, again, risking injury. The voiceover is annoying and distracting. I’ve turned that setting off and it still plays..Version: 1.0.6

GREAT!I do like it, but I’m in the intermediate category and it’s telling me to DO the splits as a stretch! That’s the whole reason I downloaded this app! I CANT DO IT YET!! But other than that, a great app!.Version: 1.0.9

On day 2 it told my to casualty do the splitsU supposed to teach me and it lets u set where ur splits are at befor u use the app and I put on the lowest setting to the point where my legs were touching bc I wanted to do this properly and slowly I put in all my info don’t get unless u want this a like a yoga app😂.Version: 1.0.5

Bad (please read)The day I got this app it gave me memories of when I first got it but gave up in the 20's, so I got the app again and promised myself to not give up halfway through. It gave me a quiz to put me on a specific level (beginner intermediate and advanced) and put me on advanced due to my experience. However I have not tried this app in a long time so I have lost my flexibility. And what do you know as soon as I do the workout (keep in mind this was day one) and it expects me to have known how to do the splits already! The developers really need to fix this as I have lost confidence and thought to myself that my flexibility isn't good enough for this app..Version: 1.0.9

A wowzers app, however....I’ve just started doing the exercises on this app and it has been amazing so far, I am really impressed. The stretches are great and really get your legs screaming for you to stop ( in a good way). I recommend to anyone! Fabulous and extremely helpful app. I would of given this app 5 stars but there is just one tiny little problem. As soon as you start off they set you on and advanced course unless you pay premium. Now, this IS ok, as the stretches (so far) aren’t too hard, and you can always think of ways of making it easier for yourself. 🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤 Download it, open it, love it. X.Version: 1.0.6

Subscription not workingBought a year’s subscription but ads were not removed and we had no access to intermediate. Requested a refund and tried to purchase again but same issue. Will be requesting a second refund at this point. You need to fix your app and subscription model because this is ridiculous..Version: 1.0.10

Meh.. it’s okay. Pay for a better program.Unrealistic to advertise that you can perform splits within 30 days for average person. Stretches are rather basic and repetitive. Only thing the app is good for is the routine of stretching.. that is if you’re self motivated to keep up with it..Version: 1.0.10

No turning backDO NOT TRY PREMIUM! Unless you accept that they will not let you cancel your subscription ever. They say you can, but they have made it literally impossible. I have to take this to Apple because they won’t ever let me cancel my subscription. Once you sign up it’s for life apparently..Version: 1.0.5

No longer freeIt used to be free, but now it makes you pay to do any of the beginner/intermediate programs. Which would be fine to skip to advanced except that half the stretches ARE the splits. Not a great stretch when you can’t do them..Version: 1.0.12

DisappointedI had previously had this app on my old phone and used it for flexibility training at the gym and was great when the animation was added. I loved using it and I was having consistent results. Unfortunately my phone broke and I stopped using it. Fast forward two years later and the app I originally paid for is now on subscription model. Previous version had no ads just exercises. Deleted off my phone because it not worth the trouble for the obvious money grab..Version: 1.0.10

Seams fun at first but after a while it’s not great.As a past ballerina in NYC, I wanted to try and get my splits back for fun. I stretched everyday with this app, and on the 16th day I realized how soar my muscles were. (If you are wondering, I did skip a stretch if it was painful.) The next day I decided to not stretch because my muscles were killing me. (not literally.) That night, I ended up in the hospital. The doctors told me I had a severe muscle tear. If I could rate this no stars I would. Moral of the story: don’t use the app..Version: 1.0.9

Ok then next day not also can the app see me or somethingI thought this app would be good to for people learning the spilts and on the first lesson and was fine then the next day the second lesson your meant to be able to go your leg all the way to your head which even just getting it three quarters of the there maybe even less I pull something at least I hope I just pulled something and it feels like the app can see you because when your not doing something right it says to do that properly like how did you know I was doing it wrong.Version: 1.0.13

OverpricedPaid for premium and it’s a waste of time. No personalisation or track of progress. Just a few repetitive videos you could find in a heartbeat for free online..Version: 1.0.9

App is Full of GlitchesThe app is really buggy, especially in the custom workouts section. I paid for a Premium subscription to this. If you create a custom workout routine, it says you can go back and edit that custom routine to add a new exercise. However, jokes on you if you actually try to do that, because when you click save, it will not actually save the additions. I’ve tried closing out the app and multiple variations, it doesn’t work. Very frustrating. Additionally, when creating a new “My training/custom workout” the thumbnails of the poses do not match the description, it mixes up each pose with another. For example, when seeing “Supported Splits Left Pose” a thumbnail of someone doing the jumping jacks shows up in the preview, completely defeating the purpose of the preview. I am asking Leap Fitness Group, please fix these errors!.Version: 1.0.10

Not that greatI used to have this app like a year or so ago but I had to delete it.a couple weeks ago I downloaded it again only to find I have to pay to be able to use beginner and intermediate training so I have no choice but to use advanced and for someone like me that isn’t flexible at all and genuinely really wants to learn splits, it’s not ideal. GuttedI’m so sad that they’ve changed it from a free app to a subscription service. This app helped me so much through the lockdowns and still try and keep it up every few days. After getting a new phone I lost all my app history and now it’s asking me to start a subscription..Version: 1.0.6
