✓ This app is good!I got my LED’s about a month ago? but couldn’t put them up yet because my room wasn’t ready enough! when i put them up at first i was a bit confused on how to, but in the end i got it! the app worked great! i got various amounts of colours and they’re really pretty and bright! my only problem is the songs… i can’t play my own songs because they don’t connect like that.. - i have yet to try it through my laptop but we’ll see! thank you - overall these are amazing LED’s and i’m so glad i got them!.Version: 5.0.1
✓ Its works perfectly!Yeah i see all the other Reviews say its bad but that was like 2-3 years ago with phones from 2-3 years ago but now technology is better and the Bluetooth works perfectly the music and color work so good and i like how you can play a song on the phone and goes with lights i would definitely recommend if you got LED lights.Version: 5.0.3
✓ Awesome!!I got these lights for Christmas and they are lovely! I think it is so cool that I can get custom colors, and also that I can save those colors. I have been in my room every night enjoying myself so much. These lights are also very vibrant, and if you don’t want them vibrant you can change the brightness. ✓ BeautifulTook a bit of fiddling, but able to use both my iPhone and remote. I simply unplugged for 30, plugged back in. Turn them on with power switch on the sensor itself. And voila works great. Be sure to go into the settings, and read the guide. I had to read it twice 🤣.Version: 5.0.3
✓ It’s coolI’m kinda confused y this has a 2.6 Bc THIS IS AMAZING! I love it so much the lights were easy to set up even tho the wires in between were showing it doesn't madder if u play music on Pandora or Apple Music it will change colors to the beat. I also like how u can set a schedule for when u want them to be on and off. At first I was confused Bc we bought to many lights so we had to over lap but it looks as if it’s one big strand it also has a mic so the louder u are the faster the lights go. ✓ Worked well but would love a bit more functionality in the app!The app worked and connected to the lights the moment I plugged it in so I was pretty happy about that. I had similar LED lights that also had an app a few years ago and I liked that it allowed me to save custom settings — particularly I liked fading from red to blue with every hue of purple in between which doesn’t seem possible with this app. I don’t think that would be too hard to implement so please consider adding that in an update! ✓ Great appThis app works great and enjoy it. I just wish we could have a couple more options. An option I would really like would be for each individual LED chip to light up one by one to the end of the strand and be able to judge how fast or slow the travel speed. 5star..Version: 5.0.1
✓ Issues Bluetooth connection I fixed !I had the same issue as others were having- app wouldn’t connect to Bluetooth and my lights wouldn’t show in the device section. I made sure my Bluetooth was on and then I disconnected the LED mobile Bluetooth controller, unplugged the adapter and everything- then reconnected and my lights turned on! went to the app and my lights were finally available in the device section. Best bet with the issue is to unplug everything and replug! If you have several strips connected to each other try connecting the Bluetooth controller to a different strip and test that method as well! Unplugging Worked for me and I hope that helps whoever is having the issue. These lights are awesome- I hope they fix the bugs and the app!.Version: 5.0.1
✓ Pretty goodIt works pretty well all the features are good but I just have one issue, when I’m using a setting that has colours changing the brightness doesn’t change even though I lower it on the settings and it’s quite annoying because it looks nicer with changing colours but it’s a bit bright and I want to lower the brightness but it won’t lower no matter what I do.Version: 5.0.1
✓ If the app stops working do this !!!I got my lights a few days ago and I am so happy with them!! But if the app on ur phone stops working, turn off Bluetooth and the switch for the lights and delete the app, then restart ur phone wait at least a minute then turn ur phone back on download the app switch on the switch and put Bluetooth on and it’ll work..Version: 5.0.1

✓ How to fix itSo I got my led light a week ago and they working and I loved one day it wouldn’t connect and it was upset I turn of Bluetooth on and off deleted the app and try this I restarted my phone turned it completely off and wait 5-10 minutes and turn it on and it works I’ve seen so many of the reviews saying it won’t connect this is how to fix it.Version: 5.0.0
✓ Everything works perfectly now that I’ve fixed itWhen I first tried to sign in, my Bluetooth wouldn’t connect and it was hard to figure out. What I did was I unplugged all of the cords, which turned off my Bluetooth, and I mean ALL of them. After you do that, go to the app and press the turn off switch (the little green oval at the top right corner) to turn it off. Then, go to group manage on the top left corner and turn your Bluetooth back on. Plug all of the cords back in and your network should show up on the screen. ✓ I saw all these 1stars and I got worried but it works great!When I first got them I set them up and all was good but when I had first started trying to set them up it was a little confusing and I couldn’t get them to connect but then I unplugged all of the cords and then plugged them all back it and it magically worked and it connects to my iPhone great! All I recommend if you’re having problems is try unplugging all the cords because sometime they won’t turn in if their not plugs in correctly.Version: 5.0.1

✓ Worked great!This app work perfectly on connecting to my lights and doing all the music and LED color. I don’t know why people are complaining about how it doesn’t “connect” to your lights, but for me it worked and I see no problems. But the one thing you could fix is the music. I have Apple Music so I get music for free, and in the app you can only play the music that you have bought with money (iTunes card) and not Apple Music. That was disappointing when I first discovered that, because I have a ton of music that could be playing along with the lights but it’s only letting you play music that you have payed for. Just wish there was a way to play all your music and not just the ones you have payed for! Wonderful app though!.Version: 5.0.1

✓ Fix MusicThese lights are great and every feature works except for one. The music feature is theoretically amazing but is limited to the default songs, though claiming to connect your own music libraries. Although my only suggestion is; Custom Effects :) By that I mean as in getting the normal sequences and being able to add your own custom colours to them :) The app and the led strips are still amazing without this feature, but it’s just a suggestion that I think alot of others would love. ✓ App not working solutionHi everyone. When I purchased the lights I downloaded the app and to my surprise it worked amazingly well. Then after I had turned it off and tried to turn it on again it wouldn’t work. I tried for hours and hours to connect them on the app but ended up giving up. I then thought there must be something wrong with the actual lights. And I was right, I had push the connecting pins in too far and so the Bluetooth connection couldn’t be made. If u have this problem disconnect all the pieces pull out the prongs a little from the connected and reconnect the correct sides together. U could also try using a different USB adapter or connect the lights to a tv or laptop via usb. Connect them in the mobile app and enjoy. Hope it works!.Version: 5.0.0

✓ Amazing Works (almost) PerfectlyI’ve seen lots of other people complaining about the app working at first then never working again but I don’t have this issue in the slightest. When I first got the app and lights it barely need anything doing for them to work, one of the easiest things I’ve ever paired, since then I’ve had no problems at all, occasionally you may have to wait around 30 seconds for them to connect to your phone but it’s never too long and if you’re getting a bit impatient you can always click the refresh button in the connection list and then it’s back to working flawlessly again. Regarding the access to your own music library go to iOs Settings, write the name of this app in the search bar, UNCHECK the access to iTunes library, then CHECK it again. That made the trick for me. ✓ App worked fine.I honestly don’t know what these other reviews are talking about, my app worked perfectly, but keep in mind I bought the 40 dollar version, I know this app is used for more than one type of lights. The color wheel(which is what most of the complaints were about) worked great for me, obviously some of the colors like brown were translated to more of a yellow tone but that is to be expected. Overall the app worked great other than the music, it seems to just have a strobe light effect no matter what was playing..Version: 5.0.0
