✓ Nice update but problem with Status not resettingThis is a nice update for the App but there is a problem with the Diesel Particulate Filter and the Diesel Exhaust fluid warning not resetting. I have had both cleared by the dealer but they both still show on the remote app. I’ve signed out and back in and also reloaded the app but the warnings are still showing.Version: 2.1.0
✓ No issues on my endFrom what I can tell by the reviews, many seem to be one star for petty reasons. I have no issues. ✓ No remote start?I appreciate that a watch app has been released. It needs a remote start though. Don’t have much use for a lock/unlock/beep, from my wrist. My Lincoln Way app for Apple Watch has remote start and all the same features as the phone app. This is a step in the right direction but not quite there yet. Thank you for listening!.Version: 2.14.0
✓ App is finally improving but needs Apple Watch compatibilityI have used this app in its various forms since it began and it has been a rollercoaster experience. However, it does now seem that the dev is realising it’s importance and it has improved vastly. Personally I would like it to be made dark mode compatible as white screens don’t agree with me but other than that, it’s doing it’s job quite well although there can still be stability issues. The big miss is that there is no Apple Watch compatibility. Surely this is an obvious update to be added..Version: 2.13.2
✓ The app isn’t the problem..This app works flawlessly on my 2022 Defender. It’s not the apps fault that your sales person or delivery specialist couldn’t trouble shoot this for you. One thing you can do to make sure it works, is have the store set up the account. They will then send you an email to reset your password. Once you reset, then click sign in. If you create an account before hand it causes problems..Version: 2.7.1
✓ App is amazing, everyone is crazy or stupidThe app works great, zero issues, quick easy set up, flawless use, I’m absolutely loving it. I don’t know what is wrong with everyone else but I feel bad for Land Rover for the negative reviews because they made an awesome app. Maybe they had higher hopes for people to not be dumb.. alas. Great job, Land Rover! And trust me people, the app WORKS GREAT! Not only does it remote start from anywhere and set the climate, you can locate your car, lock, unlock, beep/flash lights, track journeys and more. It’s way BETTER than just a button on a remote. ✓ Works pretty wellAt least for my 2022 Discovery this app works pretty well. You have to wait a minute for it to update the car’s status sometimes and also change tabs back and forth to refresh, but at least it works and helps you find your car and make sure it’s locked too..Version: 2.8.1

✓ Works great for me!I don’t understand why all these reviews talk about how bad this app is, I haven’t had a single issue once Landrover set it up for me. Like another reviewer mentioned make sure that Landrover sets up the account, when they called me and I was setting it up my vehicle I had to goto my vehicle and I tested each button. Started with the SOS I pushed it and talked to make sure I had a connection did the same with the service bottom. I use the app the start up the Landrover and heat up the cabin before I go some where use it to lick the doors and if I forget to lock it I get a message on my phone that my vehicle isn’t locked..Version: 2.12.0
✓ Made a believer out of me at least....Was skeptical after reading everyone's reviews after I bought my LR DS. After an annoying setup process and waiting for verification email, the app is great as a security device. I've had no issues with locking /unlocking /remote start/etc. and the Guardian alert system is awesome. Might amend review at later date if things take a turn but this was definitely not a 2.2 app (app store rating as of this review date)..Version: 2.9.2
✓ Found our stolen carNote sure why Range Rover is not sharing this information with its owners. We recently had our new Range Rover stolen from our driveway. They ripped out the SOS tracking, but we were able to track it with this app. We also had guardian mode activated so we knew when it was being stolen. The thieves were surprised seeing as they thought they only needed to rip out the unit and no one would find the car..Version: 2.10.1

✓ I like it, a suggested improvement..I think the app is really helpful, love being able to heat the car up before I get in it. What would be great is if the app notified you if your car was unlocked and had been stationary for say 15 mins for example. With the flush door handles, it’s now so easy to tell when a car is unlocked and I’ve walked past cars in streets that are clearly unlocked. So if the app could notify you of this, I think it’d be so useful!.Version: 2.8.1
✓ Convenient AppThis app is very convenient. I’m in my 20s and have no problem with the app. I have a 2021 Rover and love that this app can control locking/unlocking, remote start(with or without key fob), climate control, service updates, live tracking, range info, security info. The bad reviews are just impatient older people not very tech savvy since it’s usually older people who buy Rovers & who expect to have their way lol overall I love the app!.Version: 2.13.0
✓ It works great. If your car doesn’t get internet of course it won’t work. Dumb RR driversFolks. This is a solid app. It works fine. IF your RR doesn’t connect to wireless internet which is an issue with almost any car, then of course the app won’t be updated or work consistently. The app is excellent it’s better than my app on three other car brands. One day all cars will get consistent internet wireless service and their apps will rock. Even a Tesla with poor reception in the garage not connected to WiFi will have a poor app experience. I use this app all the time and it’s great. It takes a few seconds to a minute to connect to the car if reception is poor. I use it to cool the car a few minutes before I leave in the hot summer.Version: 2.12.0
✓ I have owned 8 rovers and been good to dateThis feature works well but you need to remember that after 3 days of non activity, it cannot run all the features remotely just THE SAME like the other auto manufacturers/brands. You just need to understand technology evolves and software updates have to be ran and you have to do your part and agree on the on screen prompts. This will avoid issues PERIOD..Version: 2.10.1

✓ Use it near daily & works fine for meI use the app almost daily for remote start and to check fuel, locks, etc. The remote starts works 95% of the time. If it didn’t start or if I’m having other problems with the app, I can assume it has to do with the bad cell service in my area. ✓ Problem free … so farNo issues with the app so far. Accurate notifications when car is EV charging. Remote climate control - although slow to activate - works every time, and with Face ID too. Journeys are all logged and I’ve played about with Guardian Mode, which seems a useful feature. I previously had the Jaguar equivalent, which constantly logged me out (a gripe in other reviews). Hence… 4* in anticipation of being logged out at some point soon, and for the slow climate control response..Version: 2.8.2
✓ Day and Night from the previous versionI’ve been using the older Remote app for a while now and it not the most intuitive experience. The UI itself doesn’t really represent Land Rover very well. This new remote app is 1000 times better. I am so glad that Land Rover finally updated this! The new UI is so clean and represents the brands so well. From the graphics and intuitive design. The information on it is more precise and actually gives me the exact location of the vehicle. I’m really excited to start using it more often..Version: 2.3.2

✓ New Defender Remote is Awesome!!I didn’t trust this new app for the longest time, I always used the old one. I downloaded it and the interface is a ton better and it works a lot better than the old version. There’s nothing like starting your vehicle from another state or when it just snowed outside! As long as you use it every other day there is no issue, I have noticed when the Rover is in “sleep mode” the app doesn’t work, but that makes total sense. Thanks Land Rover!.Version: 2.9.2
