Very badThis new version is almost useless for tracking. It cannot tell me where my car is if it is on the move. Now it won’t let me in with the PIN, just tells me something went wrong repeatedly. I have several other cars and use the Classic Tracker app which is excellent. I think I will ditch this LR app altogether and fit the Classic Tracker. I have a new Range Rover on order but if the systems are as bad as this thing is, I might go for a different vehicle. As you can tell, I am seriously fed up with this App..Version: 2.12.0

Useless AppIt would be faster and more effective if I just ran out and started the car myself. App constantly times out when locking or starting the car even when 6ft away from the vehicle. Pretty expensive annual fee for a product that rarely works.Version: 2.7.1

What a LemonThe app refused to register the account, never received the verification email after numerous attempts. Finally got it to accept my account and now I’m continuously told my vehicle has been removed from my account. 1 star only because I can’t leave a review without it. This app isn’t fit for purpose and should be removed so that it’s functionality can be improved. Why is this app this way?What is the problem? Why hasn’t this app been redesigned and brought up to speed with the caliber of Land Rover’s reputation? I purchased a luxury vehicle and the app that controls it is less than a Dollar Store’s quality. At least once after using the app, the computer system in my vehicle needed to go back to the dealer to be reprogrammed. I used the app to unlock the doors and wasn’t able to lock them afterwards - no matter what I did. That visit cost me a few hundred dollars. I just used the app - with a significant delay - to lock and unlock the doors. Each time it did not register accurately (it said the doors weren’t unlocked when they were and vice versa). This is a really poor experience. I think we deserve to have a properly working app, don’t you?.Version: 2.8.3

Poor AppCame with car 2 years ago , worked more or less perfectly couple of glitches but suddenly just stopped working . Continually stating reconnecting , says car is unlocked it isn’t . Shows location of car 1.5 miles from where it is . Isn’t recording journeys . No one appears to be able to advise why it isn’t working !!!! TerribleI’d give this app zero stars if I could. It automatically logs out every single time I close the app. Every Single time it asks if I want to use Face ID and every single time I say yes. Face ID hasn’t worked once. It takes at least 3 tries to get it to actually start my car, and that’s only if it works at all. With the amount of money JLR charges for their luxury level cars, you’d think they would pour some money into the app. I was hoping for an update that would fix the issues at some point, but it’s been almost a year and the app is still horrible..Version: 2.8.1

Not very impressiveThe Land Rover version of the app seems to be missing information that’s available in the Jaguar version so I used the email address provided in the app to provide feedback and get an explanation. Guess what? The address doesn’t work and the email got bounced back! For a high end vehicle I expect a better appReally not impressed with this app. Remote start rarely works, remote lock and unlock almost never work and now I’m getting false readings of the door is open or windows down so it won’t even attempt to remote start. This is on a 2020 Evoque. Come on Land Rover and get this app functioning correctly. My daughter has a Ford Escape and works better for half the price. Please work on this and get it fixed. Total POSAs someone who creates digital Products for a living I can tell you with 100% certainty that this app is pure hot garbage. First of all, it never works. Logging in is a total disaster which you have to do each time. The few times I’ve had it work, he UI and UX are so terrible that it is incredibly frustrating. The worst appThis app never works. This is hands down the worst app for any vehicle ever. Being a luxury brand of cars such as Land Rover I would figure they would spend time to atleast make sure that the app that actually is supposed to open and start their vehicle actually works. Always just say reconnecting and never updates and will tell you your car is in sleep mode and locked and parked literally as your driving it. Land Rover should be ashamed.Version: 2.13.2

Feature suggestionI love the ability to remote start and lock the car. It would be great if you could also turn on the heated seat and steering wheel remotely. One issue with the app is that it logs you out any time there is an update. From a security standpoint, this makes sense but it would be nice if the app could store and auto fill the password with Apple password manager..Version: 2.8.3

Account not recognizedThe app was working great up until now. Everytime I go to start my car, the app for some reason logs me out and makes me log back. But upon logging, I get an error message saying there are no vehicles registered to this email and signs me out… super frustrating not being able to start my car especially in the cold weather. Doesn’t work half the timeOnce your free subscription ends be wary before you decide to renew and PAY$$….as for a week now it hasn’t been working at all. No Registered VehicleSince the recent update I’ve been logged out of my account and when I logged back in it is now stating I have No Registered Vehicle on my account! Slightly frustrating as I have been using this App for over 4 years across 2 Land Rovers. One of which is definitely outside my house and on the linked InControl Account on the website. No fit for purpose or the brand.I would be embarrassed to have written this. As the owner of a £100k car, it would be really nice to be able go run remote climate remotely in cold weather so I can open the doors or check if the car is locked etc but 75% of the time the app cannot connect to my account. If I can log in it obviously cannot get up to date data on the car as it seems to have stale data. It thinks the car is somewhere it was 2 weeks ago & unlocked when I can see it outside my house locked & alarmed. It also thinks the allocated time for climate has been used. Despite the car being use several times since the last time remote climate was used. You are about to launch a series of electric cars & we are going to need to know they are charging, pre-condition the battery & where the nearest charger is. Get some new developers (poach some from Tesla or Apple). If your software ecosystem is unreliable it does not matter how good the hardware is you will lose customers. Tarnishes the Land Rover brandUsed across 3 different iPhone versions, all buggy, all said I still needed service or some error with my Velar even right after getting it back from annual services. Often says my car is unavailable so defeats point of remote start. Who even uses Native navigation and all the things they are trying to push? Use Apple or Google maps and actually have it work and be up to date. They want me to pay $300 for a mediocre at best, when it even works, subscription renewal? I thought the $98k I paid for the car would cover that. My friend’s $20k Nissan Rogue remote start works more consistently and has no annual fee. I could understand if it was staying ahead of the market but LR is lagging hard. If this is the company direction they lost my next car purchase for being penny wise but pound foolish..Version: 2.8.2

Really?!Considering the luxury level and price tag - this app is bizarrely bad. It’s slow to connect, sluggish and highly unreliable; the remote unlock/lock is at best 50/50 - keep your key handy! If you arrive at your destination and want to lock/alarm your vehicle, you’d better not be in a hurry as it just thinks you’re still driving and won’t perform any actions! Not sure I understand the remote climate; although it works - the required temperature and settings are not mirrored when you get in the car..Version: 2.2.0

2 service spots and PROBLEMS!!I have my dream car but it is not a dream! There was a recal they did the work, and my sub won’t keep a connection for the Apple CarPlay, I just had breaks done , tire rotation, and a key replaced on my fob, and book my car won’t unlock, won’t start through this apo. TerribleI had the old Land Rover app and loved it. I was able to check on my cars location, lock the doors, and remote start it. For some reason I was forced to switch to this one. I can no longer do anything. Any time I try to remote lock it just fails. It only makes contact and updates data from my car about every 5 days (or longer). This app is pointless. Constantly logging me out.Really like the functionality of this app but it’s beginning to drive me nuts. It seems to randomly log me out every time I close the app down. This can happen for several days at a time and then suddenly it will keep me logged in for a few days before starting to log me out again. Unstable, slow and featurelessWhy have one single app that does it all when you can have 15 different apps for the same car? Eg route planning, climate, security, comfort, ev charging stations, iGUIDE (user manual), dashcam etc etc. You get the picture. It’s infuriating having so many apps for fièrent things. And even then all the apps are clunky, slow and buggy at best and just don’t work at worst. In control app is constantly timing out when setting departure times and adjusting ev charing schedules. And all other features should be all under one roof… so get the iGUIDE in, the route planner, the dashcam etc all together! Very very disappointing. Horrible, to put it nicely.Easily the worst app I have on my phone. For spending $100+ for a year so I can have remote start and checking on my car while away from it, this is the worst app. It hardly connects to my car, will be delayed when it does. This application is horribleThis app is garbage!! Tried to start my car and wouldn’t work. Then I attempted to unlock the doors and I wouldn’t unlock. Went to the next location and could no longer lock my doors at all. I called roadside assistance and they were no help. Then I went to the dealership and they changed key fob battery, nothing. They took it to the back only to come back and say that the vehicle showed no issues and the it must be the app. I was told just to uninstall the application and hopefully it fixes itself..Version: 2.13.4

Don’t upgrade if you have the old version and a smart watch!JLR released a new version of the LandRover app, but users had to keep use the old version as the latest/ current version didn’t seem to have the Apple Watch integration…. The old version and extended features and benefits no longer work. Start, open, lock, etc from watch was useful if doing water sports or other activities where carrying a smart phone was unwise or activities likely and as portrayed in a Land Rover lifestyle/Advertising. (I was told at purchase, I would not need the activity key as I could use the watch app)… This was a feature that was available at, and influenced my Range Rover Sport purchase in 2019 and I also extended and paid the JLR connected Pro Services and Remote Premium… Will you be adding Apple Watch functionality back in? Deteriorated after a few yearsWow. when i bought this car, the app worked perfectly, and was an included feature of car functionality. Fast forward a few years and these dummies have put a ridic subscription model in the way of basic functions laity that is expected in cars now. UnreliableThe Evoque is new and well inside the warranty period, the SIM is up to date, and it is all supposed to work in Europe where I travel. For a few months, it worked in France and Spain but was erratic in Germany and nothing at all in Austria. It is now totally unreliable in all those European countries except Spain. It searches for the internet and fails to connect even in strong signal areas. Every now and then, it will randomly connect in France. As soon as it is back in the UK it worked ok for a while until it offered an update. The whole system is now frozen and useless. The dealer couldn’t fix it last service and I’m waiting for a resolution..Version: 2.12.0

Dont buy a land roverThis app is junk - my $100k defender goes into sleep mode after 4 days and the app will not “wake up.” My app reminded me to lock my car which the keys were left inside it. Now after 4 days the app can not connect to the car bc it wasnt started in 4 days. Im dealing with LR roadside and they also are a joke - they have sent 2 different tow trucks to come get my defender with no luck. So now a locksmith got into my defender - it erases the key inside. Land Rover Should Be AshamedThis is the worst app I’ve ever used. Remote start is standard for pretty much every car. You’d think when you get up into luxury vehicles, they’d nail it. NOT Land Rover. There’s no option on the key fob, just the useless app. If your windows are cracked, or your sunroof vented, or you live in the country & don’t lock your doors, or the app just isn’t “connecting,” this car won’t remote start. Want to lock/unlock from the app because you left the key inside your +$100k car? NOPE! Enjoy standing in the rain, you fool, while the “request fails” & you stand staring in your window looking at the key…. My Sport needed a software update (despite buying it from a Land Rover dealer) for the app to work at all. Now that it “does,” the designers & engineers of this product should be embarrassed. A complete joke of an appYou’d think a luxury car company can put together some sort of functional app but apparently it’s too much to ask of Land Rover. Worthless 1000 timesLand Rover makes it difficult to contact their support. The website is deliberately engineered to frustrate. This app is really poorly engineered and they don’t bother to collect feedback, review error logs or make any type of iterative fixes. The app can go down for a week without Land Rover doing anything. The app will periodically falsely report that the vehicle is in low power mode which means you cannot auto start. Missing features from version 1….I have both version 1 and this newer version of the app. My vehicle does not have the abilty to use some of the more esoteric features, such as remote heating etc. However, unless I’m misunderstanding how to use it (!), I cannot find the ‘Last known positition of the vehicle’ or the ‘Direction to your vehicle’ features that are available in version 1. These were very useful since they enabled you to check if the car had been moved from where you parked it, eg ifyou used valet parking, to get back to your car where parked in a large and unfamilar parking area, or to check if it had ever been moved whilst in for service (!!!). It would also be useful if the new app ever stopped trying to find the range and security status, which although agreeing with the version 1 app just keeps cycling. In short, while I’m sure some will appreciate the additional features, it would be good if the version 2 app was able to do what the older version could, albeit that that too was unrealiable and buggy. Other manufacturers are able to do much much better, surely Landrover needs to get ther act together.Version: 2.10.0

Unacceptable remote start lock outThe remote start automatically stops after a certain amount of time, that’s fine. What’s not fine is that you will be unable to use it again until you drive the car. My car doors have been frozen for two days, I couldn’t even use the remote start to defrost the doors. Absolutely unacceptable. The car is literally stuck in my driveway and I’ve had to drop/pick up my wife to/from work for 2 days and possibly more..Version: 2.13.0

Glitchy. No remote wake up timer.Previous version (1.74) still works and is less glitchy than this version. Remote climate often hangs and if it starts you cannot turn off. No sign of remote timer (I may have missed it) on this version which turns remote features in car back on after 4 days when the car system goes into sleep mode automatically. Basically I prefer the old app overall because it works but this version has a nicer ui..Version: 2.0.6

Unacceptable issuesI have just experienced a half day of the app giving incorrect information, i.e. telling me the vehicle is unlocked, the doors are open, etc. when I was away from the vehicle and it was parked in a public place. Really unhelpful. This was followed by a two-day inability to even log into the app. To add insult to injury, there is no obvious way to get any support. Prehistoric AppSince traveling a lot, I’ve rented many different types of SUV’s and the apps pertaining to each brand work so easily and quick! But when I get to my range, it’s so frustrating knowing the wait time to start the vehicle and that is if it’ll start!!! 60% of the time I need to start over & over….such a poor app for this type of high end Land Rover!!!! What’s happened to the Apple Watch?Used on my FType and also 2019 Evoque, but seems the Apple Watch is forgotten. The layout has been off for ages and the new remote app doesn’t install the Apple Watch app (from what I can see) so I have to have old and new versions installed in the phone? Terrible AppThis has to be one of the worst apps I’ve ever had. It works spasmodically if at all. The only way I can set the charge period for overnight charging is to alter the departure timings every night. It invariably tells me the car is unlocked - when it isn’t. The error message is the most consistent element of the app. I see it a lot. Every time it’s updated it seems to be worse. Not reliable or consistent overallThe UI for this app is old and outdated, looks like something from circa 2014. The biggest problem though is how unreliable it is - remote start works only about 60% of the time. It sometimes just won’t start or times out for no reason. Update reduced functionality.While the update seems to provide more information some of the functionality seems to have reduced compared to the previous version. The new version sends you a notification if the car is left unlocked for 15 minutes. The old version let you lock the vehicle remotely but so far I’ve not found any way to lock the car from the new version. Meaning I have to go back to the car to lock it with the key. So, worst case I’ve parked and I’m sat on the train when I’m told the car is unlocked and no way to lock it. Bring back the remote locking! Taking it away was ridiculous!.Version: 2.12.0

Disappointed remote start in freezing coldThis app is moody sometimes working to heat up my car and most of the time is not working, I have to cross my fingers every time in freezing cold weather hopefully I can heat up my car make it warm before step out of my house unfortunately I got disappointed a lot, I want to cry every time , unacceptable. Please fix this app!The remote start was a major selling feature for me when deciding to purchase a Land Rover. It’s a Land Rover!!!Although my subscription is valid for several days yet, I went ahead and renewed my subscription anyway £36. I have just discovered that I cannot connect to the app because it refuses to acknowledge that I have paid the fee. They were quick to accept the payment though. As for the app I think it is very poor, dose not hold a candle to my 2011 BMW 520. WorthlessI purchased a brand new 2020 Land Rover Range Rover sport in one of the big sales benefits was bragging about the auto start being on an app instead of on your key remote. I have a home in northern Minnesota where it’s cold so I like to use the auto start to warm my vehicle and I have a home in southern Florida where I like to have it be able to be air-conditioned before getting in it so of course it was a big feature for me. I was able to use the App to lock my vehicle and leave it running in Minnesota but when I came back the app would not work to open it. I spent days dealing with roadside assistance and Land Rover and neither of them would pay for having to break apart at the side of my vehicle in order to get into it because I was in a rural area roadside assistance wouldn’t back it up and Land Rover wouldn’t stand behind their app that dysfunctiononed. Now I’m back in Florida and have tried to start my vehicle with the app multiple times and it absolutely will not work and says their software is down and when I have made phone calls they apologize that the app has not been as successful as they had hoped. I will definitely not be buying another Land Rover because of this and will be going back to Porsche!!!.Version: 2.7.1

Complete Nightmare AppI’ve sent requests to support with no follow-up. We have a Tesla Model Y remote App which just works. This App doesn’t and can’t be relied upon. The p400e features are hopeless! Spent hours trying to get the pre-conditioning to work which in a month of ownership has only activated about 3 times despite trying daily to do so. I’ve followed all the rules and advice checking and re-checking everything. Deleting and re-installing the App. Meanwhile the Tesla just works faultlessly every day with zero grief..Version: 2.13.0

Terrible remote startI’ve had my Range Rover Sport for 4 years and the remote start has consistently been terrible. I’d give it 0 stars if I could. It only works half the time, and even when it works, it takes forever to connect to the vehicle so you end up waiting a few minutes jus to find out whether it worked. And sometimes, it’ll say the remote start failed and I go outside to start my car manually and it’s running. Tried contacting Land Rover and they told me to update my vehicle. Except that my vehicle doesn’t have any updates and this issue isn’t new. They need to admit they know this app is terrible and they aren’t motivated to fix it because we’ve already paid for the car. Very disappointingThe fact that after three years Land Rover requires a subscription to an app that works about 50% of the time is a stain on the Land Rover reputation. I live in a very cold climate and need to warm up my car. About half the time the app tells me my. Car is not secure, and therefore can’t start up. Currently it’s telling me I have a window open, which is not correct. Compared to very low cost cars that can start from the key chain, this is really not acceptable from what is considered a luxury brand. Be awareI downloaded this app which I found to be really useful and reliable however I’ve been away this week abroad and the security updates on it were working fine up until the middle of the week when it alerted me to the fact that the doors, bonnet and boot were open. I was so worried about this I contacted a family member to check the car over. Thankfully, it was fine and not been tampered with at all, but what’s the point of an app that’s partly designed to give you security updates, if it’s not accurate. Waste of moneyThere’s is so many problems with the app. 70% of the time it’s not working. I renewed the app thinking it would be great but I won’t be renewing it again. Auto start should be included with buying such an expensive luxury car. My husbands Chevy Silverado comes with it included. It just feels like a huge scam. Mercedes works better than this. Useless, error after errorApp does not work at all. Brand new car and every time I try to set up the timed charging or set a journey time I just get an error message and nothing happens. No explanation, no functionality at all. Utterly useless. The literal description of the function is to time your charging period to take advantage of better tariffs. But when you try it just bleeps with an error and freezes. Have to shut the app down and reopen to do anything. Managed to get it set once, and it didn’t charge the car over the period. Truly one of the worst appsThe upgrade is awful. It takes several minutes to load - if at all. This is standing in my house with fibre fast broadband and the car 10 metres away. Great idea useless in practiceThis was a selling point for me buying my new Land Rover but it definitely is not living up to expectations. It permanently shows my car as unlocked and therefore will not allow you to unlock it. If you try to lock the car will flash but that’s the limit to it’s ‘tricks’. The previous version allowed me to remote start (great on frosty mornings), this version just hangs. The biggest annoyance though is that efficiency is tracked in litres/km and I can’t find this in the settings anywhere to change. I was able to update the mileage from KM to miles and temperature from Fahrenheit to Celsius but not the main one that meters to me..Version: 2.7.1

I’d give 0 starts if I couldThis is the most useless app! It never works, I can’t even sign up for the subscription bc it says a vin isn’t set up under my email…even though it is. Even had someone at Land Rover help me set it up. So now I’m driving around in. $50k car that doesn’t even have a remote start. Land Rover PpPiece of CRAP! After a service went to sleep mode can’t come back. Like everything Land Rover the dealership is at a loss on how to fix it. I love the Vehicle but the service has completely underperformed and is way over priced for not knowing anything. Linking back to previous vehicleHave downloaded the app and entered in my login details (I had an Evoque two years ago) to login. When I have logged in, whilst the vehicle registration is for my new Evoque, all the other details relate to my old one. The mileage is showing at over 70k (my vehicle is virtually new), the fuel tank is showing as empty (it’s actually full) and the journey history relates to my old Evoque and stops around 2 years ago. Why?I do not have any electric vehicle so I was happy to keep my current version of the app. I particularly like the facility that told you if your car was left open, within 15 minutes. I’ve now updated to the new version as I was forced to update the app. Now the data I receive is two days old. I do not need to know where my car was two days ago, I would like to know where it is now and whether it is in suitable order. Out datedComplete failure of app never works when you need it. It worked for a week on and off then it stopped working. Customer service agent(cant really call them that, maybe just agent) walked me through different things to do to my car to get the app to connect spent about 40 minutes. After that it was escalated to another tech. After a few days spoke to initial agent who simply just said its because my cars tcu is not up to date. Asked for a refund and it was denied since it was after the 14 days( it was actually on day 18) but even though i started process before the 14 days..Version: 2.13.4

Poor EV supportOwning a Tesla as our other car, I guess I shouldn’t expect the same level of app ability from Landrover, but ever since I foolishly set a schedule to charge the Evoque 300e I can now no longer charge the car at all unless I force override it in the car itself. No longer can I plug in a walk away and there is no way in the app to delete this schedule. Had Landrover roadside out to look at it and they couldn’t fix it. This is App related and needs looking at ASAP. How are we meant to transition to EV when you can’t get the basics right? Was a great app 7 years ago. Now it’s rubbishCame with the car when purchased 7 years ago and I’ve renewed the subscription ever since. Problems started 2 years ago when it stopped recording total mileage and became unreliable. Lately it’s randomly stopped recording journeys. I actually needed the vehicle location facility when I couldn’t find the car park when on holiday. App said it was parked at home. Spoke to the dealer and they want more than £200 to investigate. As I type this I’m looking at a locked car on my driveway and the app says the doors are open. Great idea but poor implementation. Will not heat the seatsThe most important thing about starting the car in a cold climate is being able to heat the ice cold leather seats. Even if the engines is not throwing any heat but your seat is warm, you will be much more comfortable. This car and this app will not let you warm the seats! If we are having zero degree weather outside, even if you remote start your car for 20-30 minutes, the seats will still be ice cold! I guess the Land Rover engineers carry a heated garage everywhere they go!.Version: 2.13.2

Frustrating!!!!Oh mh word, all this latest update has done is make it a battle to even charge my car. App saying car is fully charged and its only at 50%. Then theres the frequent vehicle theft alerts which locks me out the app when the car is sat on my drive untouched. I swear to god the app alone makes me want to return the car as sick of pulling my hair out with it. I guess I’ll just have to drive it on petrol mode which is like 25mpg. Terrible App! Doesn’t work.This app stinks, frankly. Expect WAY better given the level of these vehicles. Was told by my dealer to upload it as the “new & improved” version. NOT! About 90% of the time I try to remote-start my vehicle, it says things like it’s In Use (not); Doors Are Unlocked (not); Windows Are Down (not); Too Many Previous Attempts (zero), and other bizarre, wholly inaccurate things. It’s also supposed to specify the location of my vehicle, and it often says it’s somewhere other than parked at my home, while I’m looking at it, wait for it, parked at my home..Version: 2.8.1

Very PoorThis hasn’t worked for me since September 2019, my car has been back and forth to the dealer three times to try to fix it, each time it took one week. After much messing about they told me I needed a new Telemetecs unit at a cost of £1500. I declined the offer and decided to live without the app. Today three months from when it failed I decided to check one final time before deleting the app only to find it started working again on its own a few days ago. Unreliable!Very disappointed in this app, it’s telling me the boot is open ( it’s not) and hasn’t been updated for a day 😱 I’ve deleted and reinstalled but it’s still not updated. Climate control,which was brilliant on my last RR so I’m guessing different version of the app, is hit and miss. Why do developers make things worse !!Just been prompted to upgrade from 1.90.0 to 2.10.0 what a crock of #¥$€ good job it left the old version on , deleted new version after 10 minutes. Great car, useless appI LOVE my Defender. So much so that my kids are tiring of me saying so. But this app is terrible. It’s slow to react, slow to connect and is often wrong with the GPS coordinates of the car when it’s parked. It’s hit an miss on if it will connect. It has also often shown that the car was unlocked when it wasn’t. The GUI also needs to be more intuitive - shouldn’t be that hard to figure out. Please get some folks/resources that know how to develop an app that works - for an $80k car you’d think this would be well funded enough to do..Version: 2.13.2

HopelessDoesn’t work and functionality is way behind what the Germans offer. Mine shows the location of the car (RR 2020) six miles from actual location, which is important. What’s also important is the journey log, which doesn’t work. What isn’t important is service schedule and AdBlue level, both of which I can get from the car. Nobody buys one of these cars for the mobile app, but LR if you’re going to have a mobile app then make sure it works - otherwise don’t bother..Version: 2.6

Poor app for luxury car brandI would be ashamed if I let a product /app like this made it all store leave alone represent a brand like land rover. App struggles to connect to vehicle most of time and once it connects it takes forever to download the information. All this suggests the product testing has been comprised or third party involvement in the development of a the app. You might be thinking the app is loaded with features Which might be reason why performance has been impacted..your wrong!! I personally worked on projects in 2014 on apps with bets usability, features and performance than this one. Perhaps it in line with crap vehicle land rover start manufacture. Keep having to loginMy wife and I have the app, it only lets one person login permanently the other has to login every time. You would think looking at the reviews on various forums, that most of the issues are an easy fix for a programmer to address and resolve in a couple of days. This has been going on for years. Poor show JLR. Big launch of the New Range Rover this year let’s hope the silly software issues are sorted a lot more prompt than previous. Reliability should be the priority from JLR. Absolutely ridiculous negative stars if I couldI just spent north of $130k for a RR Sport HSE Dynamic. I live where we get 6 months of winter. The heater blower doesn’t even function when you start the vehicle on the remote. The heated seats don’t come on nor does the steering wheel. The later two I can begrudgingly live with but when the side windows are not even clear of frost because the heater is not blowing warm air it’s absolutely maddening. For that reason alone I cannot stand this vehicle and the sheer ridiculousness of it!! Was totally mislead by 3 different people at the dealership when I specifically asked if it had a remote start. Rarely works.I have been to the dealership multiple times for them to confirm the app isn’t connecting to the vehicle. They also confirm it’s not an issue with the vehicle, but rather the app that has consistent issues. Mostly a good appThe updates recently have improved repeated login issues and remote stability and I particularly enjoy the unlocked notifications. Nice job! However much more to do, I would love to see the WatchOS App linked to this app rather than the legacy Remote app. Please sort this! Old app worked with Apple WatchI have a 2020 Evoque and wanted to use the app with my Apple Watch. This version did not work with the watch, but the older inControl App does work for the watch. The Orientation person set me up with this version and said the other was worthless - apparently he didn’t see my watch nor ask. And now I have both apps- inControl and Remote and not sure if I really need both. Sometimes the remote start doesn’t respond on the new app which is annoying in the FL summer..Version: 2.6
