✓ A big disappointmentLooks good and slick but finding what you want is like looking for a needle in a haystack. The search function is pathetic too. Found the answer sat in stationery traffic by going through what seemed like every menu option on the car itself. Not very sophisticated. If only there was a paper manual that would almost certainly have been better than the app! Is there a word for a rubbish app? A cr#pp perhaps?.Version: 4.0.1
✓ Loads of BugsI have just updated this handy App it was working fine & had used it constantly for quick info on getting used to my car . Since the update every button i touch knocks the app back to my iphone home page , please do something to rectify this return the app back to the decent app it was.Version: 3.4.6

✓ Useless appI went to the iGUide on my phone. There was no content. There was an index … all pages blank. Deleted and reloaded. Exactly the same. Went to my iPad, downloaded it … same result …. ✓ BLANK pages !Since JLR ( approx November 2021 ) update- it displays nothing but a blank content. Contacted ‘JLR Advice’. After many emails to them, and waiting patiently for another department’s email address ( which btw never arrived ). S. Hussain now states ….. ”I can confirm that we were not aware of an issue with the iGuide app when you had initially made contact however, we have now received contact from other customers advising of the same concern” Well, that was the ONLY reason for me contacting them initially !!!!! My new Evoque has spent over four weeks out of the last four months in the garage getting software updates for the Infotainment System - software is something that Land Rover can’t do. ✓ What Model Year?Received an email from Land Rover congratulating me on the purchase of my MY17 Range Rover and included a link to this app. Sure would be nice if the app indicated what model years were available for download. It downloaded the only owners manual for the Range Rover which was for MY18. Nice concept... too bad it’s not a cohesive solution for previous model years. ✓ A nice idea, but…In theory, a very good idea. However. I don’t find it the easiest to navigate and prefer the old fashioned manual in the glove box. Also, in recent days, the guide hasn’t worked, the index is visible but selecting any topics just brings up a blank page. ✓ Auto start rarely works.I didn’t by the seat warmers because my new Discovery comes with an auto start app. Except the auto start rarely works (same with CarPlay). I found if I turn-off the ATT WiFi, both CarPlay & Auto Start works better- not prefect but a lot better. This App is horrible.
