This app eliminated the need for a separate, expensive baby monitor unit. It has one-way audio, so I can hear baby, but she can’t hear me. ✓ Great but..Using this app to monitor some newborn kittens I’m fostering, it works perfectly for what you’d expect (doesn’t do the things modern monitors do but shouldn’t be expected to) Only issue is it’s got a trial period of 5 uses, you can close the app to background and it keeps running which doesn’t burn through a use, but it lost connection twice which used up half of my goes. Don’t want to use it until desperately needed and also can’t get a great idea of how it works with such a limited trial. Overall works great for someone who unexpectedly needs to monitor without the foresight of knowing they’ll have a baby at their house..Version: 2.0.1

✓ Worst app developerDOWNLOAD ANNIES baby monitor app. I’ve been using this since my baby was born now I have to pay? lol yeah no deleting the app. I already have issues where I can’t see my baby because it says it’s running in audio background only mode like what? I need to see my baby. Not a big alert that I didn’t ask for. Then today 12.8.21 I get an alert that I have 5 free trials left to watch my baby before I have to pay like did I ask for a free trial ? No I would rather the app be the same you added two features now feel like you can charge? Lol why would I want to pay to turn off the camera?.Version: 2.0.0

✓ Works Great for Free AppAs a new grandparent this app was a lifesaver. No need to go buy some expensive baby monitor when you only have the kid once every few weeks. I admit I didn’t use the video part but the audio was fantastic. Easy to setup. Setup the baby monitor on an old iPad that was fully charged. Only drained about 15% in 12 hours. Running the parent portion on a new iPhone and the audio quality was very clear. I could hear everything. Knowing how well this works just with the audio portion I would have happily paid $5..Version: 1.2.1
