TAKE NOTES. DATE NOTES.

Agenda’s unique timeline approach to organizing notes gives your projects momentum. While other apps focus specifically on the past, present, or future, Agenda is the only notes app that keeps track of each in a single timeline.

Add notes for what is currently on your agenda, while you prepare other notes for an upcoming meeting. Use older notes as breadcrumbs to remind yourself why you took the actions you did.

WHAT'S ON THE AGENDA?

You can attach dates to individual notes, and even link them to events in your calendar. But you can also put them “On the Agenda”.

Notes that are On the Agenda are given special status. They get added to an overview in the sidebar so you can find them in a flash.

THE 'MEANING FULL' TEXT EDITOR

Agenda support styles like headings, lists, tables, indented blocks, and preformatted text. You focus on the content, and leave Agenda to handle the appearance.

GET ATTACHED TO AGENDA

You can easily add file attachments to notes, which then sync across your devices. Files can be previewed, and images displayed as thumbnails or full-sized.

NOTE-ALLY ORGANIZED

Group your projects into categories to make them easier to find, and order the notes for each project however you choose. You can drag them around, apply dates, or use a mixed approach. You can also collapse notes to save space.

MANY DEVICES, ONE AGENDA

Nobody wants data silo-ed on one device, so Agenda has apps for Mac, iPad, and iPhone, and they sync up via your iCloud or Dropbox account.

You can also collaborate with others on shared notes. Anyone joining can help edit the note. It's great for a family shopping list or a team meeting.

GOING PRO

You can use Agenda for free, with no time limits.

Agenda offers extra premium features that require an In App Purchase.

If you take a yearly subscription, you unlock all the premium features across all of your devices. If you end the subscription, you keep all the features you unlocked while subscribed. They are yours forever!

Agenda: Notes meets Calendar Pros

No Other App Like This OneThere are still rough edges here and there. I like the tagging system but auto completion of tags would have been nice. There are some typing errors with tags sometimes where you have to go back and rewrite the tag as mouse moves unexpectedly. URL links are little too sensitive sometimes so that it makes it difficult to edit the notes. Apart from all these negatives, there is no other app like this one in the App Store. Agenda is a note app that can completely replace your note and todo app. It has become my go to organization tool. Agenda is where all my information goes by default including todos. It integrates with Apple reminders and calendar app nicely. It’s still a 5 star app for me and totally worth the premium it charges. Any updates and bug fixes would be icing on cake as it’s already pretty good app...Keyur82Version: 9.1.3

Please add support for Google CalendarI would prefer to keep using Google calendar. I know Apple forces it's own apps for maps, email links etc. But if there is an option it would be great._m☺️z_Version: 5.0

Agenda: Notes meets Calendar Cons

It’s nice note taking app but...I was hoping to find this app the would essentially combine calendar, todo lists and projects. That’s basically what it sells. But it doesn’t appear to actually be better at calendar management or todo/project management than a dedicated app in either field. The note taking side of Agenda seems brilliant and being able to attach detailed notes to events is a great idea. But having reminders fire off in the reminders app and not Agenda itself is a fail. The hyper link doesn’t even go in the url field so there is no easy and quick way to get back to the note from the reminder. It’s rather clunky having to go into reminder details and then long press the note hyper link for the context pop up then select to open the link. Why not simply have a reminder fire in Agenda itself? Or fix the linking issue? The final point the really bugged me is not being able to test the calendar event creation process without paying money first. For me, if the event creation process is garbage then I can’t use the app. So I don’t want to hand over £33 to find it a bad workflow experience. And being an all in one app I don’t really want to be back and forth between agenda and calendar just to get things done as that isn’t really any better than using apples separate apps. A 14 day free trial of the premium features when you create an account would have been incredibly useful. So for me I guess it a case of delete the app and keep looking..J-1-M-B-0Version: 12.0.1

Stop saying non-trivialEvery time I look at the list of feedback that seems to build up very quickly, I see a ton of complaints from the developers of this app about how non-trivial it is to ask for....anything. A constant excuse based on how few employees they have, even though they charge you for a year of meh updates. seems to be snarky or passive aggressive suggestions to valid frustrations, and the troubleshooting is painful. They seem really tired of people (as is evident by the snarky response to my review) Ya’ll. Is 2019. I’m seriously tempted to build a fixed model and just use that. Plus then I could at least be trusted with my own color theme choices..ShotokanfireVersion: 6.0.1
