Agenda: Notes meets Calendar for Negative User Reviews

So many bugsThis app has so many bugs, The project view will end up having random gaps, when typing words will actually end up being wrong, typing a hashtag takes an additional step because it auto wraps wrong and only part of the word is added as a tag you then have to edit the text. Doesn’t support the cursor well with it getting stuck with specific elements. I’d avoid until they fix things!.Version: 11.0

Great app, but needs cross-platformThis is a great app. The date-oriented approach is perfect and exactly what I’ve been looking for in a note taking app for so long. Unfortunately, I work on a windows desktop pc at home and a MacBook/iPhone on the go. Which means that, no matter how good it is, I just can’t make this work for me until there is a windows version or at least a web version. If this were available, my rating would go right up to 5 stars!.Version: 6.0.1

Maybe useful if you want a timeline of notesI bought this for my iPad and mac after reading a few reviews and seeing its cute design. Mistake. It is skilfully designed and marketed. A lot of users apparently regard it highly. My own experience was that I couldn’t really see the point of it after a while and just found it gimmicky. If you want notes ordered into a timeline for some reason, then it’s probably very useful. But beyond that I can’t see any benefit at all and think Apple’s Notes is far more useful and practical, with a lot of handy features, good integration across macs and iDevices, and it’s free. Do you want your notes diarised and all lumped together in a single scrolling document for each project? It’s kind of odd..Version: 4.0

Versatile for notes, projects and diary purposesI have tried Agenda several times over the last few years. My first impressions were extremely favourable. The idea of combining a notes app with reminder and calendar integration, and giving it project management and diary capability, seemed to me excellent. The way tags etc can be inserted is also good. But my evaluation has changed. On more than one iPad the app has become very slow, even with fairly few notes. To the point of being unusable for any practical purpose. The other big disadvantage is that notes cannot be sorted by name. If one is going to use Agenda for general notes as well as for calendar-related activity, the ability to sort by name is essential. Judging by their responses when this is raised in the Agenda community forum, the developers seem reluctant to recognise this. They appear to have a particular vision which severely limits the value of the app..Version: 14.1.1

UI ProblemsTrying to collapse notes or access the “On The Agenda” menu is so buggy. Sometimes I’m dragging the note, sometimes I’m collapsing. Takes me ages to access the “On The Agenda” menu. Additionally, I don’t see a was to not have addresses automatically add to notes, or where app overall settings are..Version: 5.1

Note Drawing or Apple Pencil featuresI don’t seem to be able to find a way to do a drawing or use the Apple Pencil in this app. Doesn’t seem to have much of a benefit over other note apps.Version: 4.0

Terrible Customer ServiceI was really enjoying the ease and functionality of this app— so much so that I decided to invest in the Premium version. What’s ruining my experience for me is that I have been billed twice for the Premium version of the app and am being ignored by both Apple and the developer when I inquire as to why. I have one copy of Agenda and yet two invoices and two charges on my credit card, and no one is responding to my requests for help and a refund. Terrible..Version: 8.0.2

Good but needs workIt’s a very powerful app but the formatting UX is really quirky and kind of frustrating to use. Bullet points delete when they shouldn’t, context menus close unexpectedly, the indicators for the slide out menus are hard to see. It feels like the devs don’t actually use their app sometimes. Also as a side note, your request for review popped up for me while I was in the middle of typing a note, closed the keyboard and made me lose my train of thought. Rating requests should happen when the user is at a natural stopping point, not in the middle of trying to use your app..Version: 5.5

No ipencil supportHave no idea why not. Makes no sense as this is the type of app which would fully make use of it. Can't seem to get rid of the examples names and why does it support surnames as well. I see the potential but reading the reviews seems like nothing seems to be added..Version: 4.0

App keeps freezing and crashingJust downloaded the app today, but after a minutes of use the app froze. I proceeded to connect calendars and reminders, but the app would froze again and my device started to heat up. I like the looks of the app however this makes it unusable, please fix..Version: 11.0

BuggyAfter searching for an app like this, I immediately downloaded it and quickly learned how to use it. I like the fact that I can keep Agenda up-to-date on both my iPad and iPhone and the clear view it gives. The only feature that I would like to see is a calendar view showing my week in a summarised view. The low star rating I have given is because it is very buggy. For example, when using the trackpad with my iPad I am unable click the Plus button to add an event but I can do it with my finger. There are many other examples of this kind of small but very annoying bugs. These bugs have stopped me buying the Premium features as I do not believe that I should pay good money for a buggy piece of software.Version: 13.1.3

Too expensive$23 for iOS app and $40 for macOS app. Hopefully dev fixes.Version: 9.1.3

Seriously lacking a key functionalityThis app needs templates for projects. It has templates for notes which for me is useless but templates for projects would be priceless. The first request for this functionality on the devs website for Agenda was in 2018 and several others followed. All such requests have been commented on by several users stating how much they desire this functionality. Based on how nice this app looks & functions (this one critical issue aside), I doubt that it can’t be done and I don’t understand why it hasn’t with so many requests. This app is not cheap. I use it for several tasks but one is for planning woodworking projects. I have a project I would like to use as a template as I have notes within it that apply to all of my woodworking projects (Materials, cut list, joinery by part, machining by part, assembly instructions/order). For each project, each note is different (thus a template for notes to me is useless) but I need the same notes in each project (thus the need for templates for projects). I understand not all requests for update can be done or are feasible (I think this can be done and is feasible) but what is frustrating is the number of customers requesting the functionality and it not being implemented in the 4+ years since it was first requested..Version: 14.1.1

Looks pretty but what’s it for?Having tried to use it several times I have no idea what it’s actually for. I’d really love to love it but I’m off back to Evernote, Todoist and Fantastical (although I don’t really know what value Fantastical adds either). The App Store is bleeding out bank accounts dry by a thousand small subscriptions..Version: 14.1.1

Too ExpensiveQuite a nice app, but the full version is way over priced. I have free apps or apps that cost less than £5 and still get updates for them. On my PC I use Firefox and Thunderbird and the support for those is ongoing. The most I would pay for this app, is possibly £10 for the full version. There are other apps that are way cheaper, and do more. Perhaps if you made the app cheaper you might encourage more buyers..Version: 17.0.2

Ok but…The software presents itself nicely and has a good approach but that’s where it ends. Most of features can be found elsewhere for free. The biggest gripe is you have to fully live within the Apple ecosystem. I don’t own a Mac (nor does 90% of the UK), so I can’t get the best out it it. Stick to Apple Calendar, Reminders and Notes..Version: 16.1

No family sharing of premium featuresPSA: the reason the basic part of the app is free is so they can charge you multiple times over the same time period for the premium features for each person in your family who decides to use the app. Hopefully the developer will consider turning on family sharing for in-app purchases, if not will just go back to the default notes app which I don’t need to pay extra to be able to draw using the pencil.Version: 8.0.2

Good but could be betterLove the app and that you can sync with your calendar (easy meeting notes). But… please offer the ability to change note views - being forced to look at a data dump is incredibly inefficient. Also, Apple Pencil support on the iPad?!.Version: 14.1.1

Well designed but no password securityIt’s certainly well designed and has a good set of features if you’re happy having your notes organised on a date basis. This might be practical for sequential events such as meetings, lectures, or logging progress or material for a project. It seems, though, that the lack of password and Face ID security for access rather prevents its use for content that is important or confidential. I would hope to see secure access and encryption. Surprised it’s not already implemented..Version: 16.1

Perfect but just needs subfoldersFirst of this is such a cleaver and creative app! It's so clear and easy to use.. it allowed me to plan my days, weeks and months with ease. The only thing that stops me from using it fully is not have the ability to create subfolders, things can be just that bit me tidier with subfolders, I would love to use this for my different projects that I have(both personal and work) and within those projects have different mini projects/task that I would love to tuck away within the main overall project. I hope that makes sense, thank you for putting a lot of time and effort for this great app, I would personally be happy to purchase this app(iOS+Mac) if it had this extra feature. Thanks again Blake.Version: 2.1.3

Already some shortcomings and bugsFirst thing I tried to do was connect an event to my cal for a Reminder but it didn’t see it. So I changed it from a Reminder to some other custom field, then went back to see it found the changed event in my cal. So I figured hmmm, let me try changing it to a Reminder to see if it stays connected and it did. Now when I try connecting reminders it works... fixed the bug on my own but this was the FIRST task I did. Then I noticed you can only link to one event on one day? Well that doesn’t make sense because we can have many meetings on separate days of the year all related to one single event/task. Maybe I misunderstood what this app is? Is there a black mode? Sooo bright and disturbing for my wife. I’ll check back....Version: 1.3

Crashes all the timeThe app is full of bugs. Plus, all the features can be done with Microsoft OneNote, which has far more capability and platform compatibility..Version: 1.3

Great, but...It's good except I like to write my notes during a meeting and this doesn't support the pen. A few layout issues with the menus too..Version: 2.2

What Family Sharing? This is an interesting app but I do want to note something rather important: Family Sharing is checked as being supported. Unless I’m missing something, this is false. My wife just purchased the full premium features bundle (Mac+iOS+iPadOS) and although she used the family card (unavoidable with Family Sharing accounts), she’s the only one with unlocked access. Unlike other apps that now allow family members to share subscriptions (Ulysses, Craft, Day One, Mindnode etc), Agenda does not. Probably because it’s not being managed as either a subscription or an outright purchase? I get that this is a business decision, which is fine. Developers choose their model. But let’s be clear: there’s no Family Sharing to speak of here. This is a free app with single-user in-app purchases. Period. I feel like this should be a lot easier to understand from the description. It’s a bit misleading otherwise..Version: 12.0.2

Don’t cater for visually impairedThe is a good app but the developers don’t seem to care about making changes to help the visually impaired. I asked for an option to have a line between notes—to make it easier to see when one note ends and another starts. At the moment it’s just a circle that appears almost exactly like a task indicator. This makes it difficult for me when I’m scanning through a list of notes. To make it worse, the title of the note isn’t even in bold. It’s just a little larger than normal. So, if I insert a heading or bold text into my note, the title fades even more into the background. There isn’t even a formatting option to insert a horizontal line. Apparently any kind of horizontal line is taboo as it doesn’t fit with their UI. It’s such a small request, but they are not going to do it. I’ve got 3 months left on my subscription and I won’t be renewing it. I’ve gone back to Evernote instead..Version: 5.0

Price is not cheap but so many bugsFix the bug for iPhone keyboard missing parts please..Version: 10.0.2

Maybe in a year it’ll be ready for iOSJust seeing some of the other posts, plus my own 1-year experience, Agenda is an app with wonderful potential but not currently for the iOS version...maybe in another year. My personal hang up with it (plus many of others’ issues with UI, images, and styling) is the poor-to-none state of iOS Share functionality. If I need to clip webpage content or grab excerpts from an email to add to a note or task, Agenda has no option within Share to accomplish. If I have a PDF reference file to include, no way to use Share. Again, it has good potential and many unique features. A bit of a different workflow paradigm but one that can be easily learned. Yet there is way too much difficulty/work needed for daily usage as a serious iOS note-taking tool. See ya next year, Agenda!.Version: 5.5

Handwritten notes support please? Just shy of amazing...I like how the app flows and the date based system is ideal.. it's almost perfect for my needs except I really would like to have an option for handwritten notes using Apple Pencil. This would make it amazing. It would bring it to five star territory....Version: 5.5

Apple Pencil?I downloaded this today and it looks really interesting. However I always take note using Apple Pencil. Can this be added. What would be amazing is if you could link the handwriting recognition from Nebo so it converts it to text.Version: 1.3

SchoolSo they don’t have my school, that’s fine but they won’t let you in the app unless you put in a school. So I decided to put a random school in from the list, after I did I got like 40 messages about the random school I wasn’t from. This app is horrible don’t get it. (My schools McMath Secondary).Version: 4.1.2

Overhyped and clunkyDoesn’t live up to the hype. Horribly clunky to use. Takes too many steps to do anything. Horrendous line spacing (and I’m not going to fork out for premium just to fix this). Ugly colour choices. Being forced to sort in alphabetical order makes this too frustrating as I can’t put things the way I want with the names I want. Also why don’t you have actual bullet points? I hate seeing hyphens and want to be able to use • I also don’t like to see developers only responding to a few reviews and mainly to positive ones instead of addressing issues people raise..Version: 5.5

Forces you subscribe to even use the 7 day trialIt offers you a 7 day trial but then forces you to subscribe to begin the trial. Hoping you will forget and not cancel when the trial runs it..Version: 1.3

Needs UI changesI really want to like this app. It seems so needed in my life but I think the user stories it was designed for need to be revisited. If I’m on the go and I just need to get down a bunch of tasks, it’s not really great for that. Life isn’t project centric, and I see this tool being more about people organizing their lives than their businesses. Also think the way you mark up for notes is a strange experience. Best App has great formatting for this. Honestly if Agenda, iOS Notes, Bear, and Google Calendar became one app I’d never use anything else lol.Version: 9.0

Good, but needs improvementsThis is an interesting take on a note-taking app, and it’s definitely one I’ll be keeping my eye on. But it’s still early in development, and it needs a bit more maturing before I’ll be able to use it as my main note app. Besides the bugs (and I ran across several just in the first few minutes of trying this out), there definitely need to be theme options. I find the orange a bit ugly, which makes me not want to stare at this app all day. You can’t do circle bullets, only dashes or numbers. You can’t insert an image or drawing into a note. There’s no way to view/search for incomplete checklist items. I love the overall concept of date and calendar-based notes, as well as the separation of people vs. other tags. Hopefully these issues will be addressed as the developers work on the app and I’ll be able to use it in the future..Version: 1.2

UnfortunateThe premise, App Icon, the introductory tutorial, all had me excited... until I started using it and discovered it does not use Pencil or stylus. If you’d integrated that, then you’d be closer to a winner. The killer app, if you are out there, is ability to record voice and pencil, integrated together but allow those action points or agenda items to be marked complete or integrated in to a plan or todo. Nothing exists like that yet..Version: 2.1.3

Stop saying non-trivialEvery time I look at the list of feedback that seems to build up very quickly, I see a ton of complaints from the developers of this app about how non-trivial it is to ask for....anything. A constant excuse based on how few employees they have, even though they charge you for a year of meh updates. seems to be snarky or passive aggressive suggestions to valid frustrations, and the troubleshooting is painful. They seem really tired of people (as is evident by the snarky response to my review) Ya’ll. Is 2019. I’m seriously tempted to build a fixed model and just use that. Plus then I could at least be trusted with my own color theme choices..Version: 6.0.1

I was seduced by the graphics.Agenda is a nice app. Beautiful graphics, lovely interface, well organized company, terrific marketing. I bought it for a year. Using Agenda, for me, has been a trial. I want to do simple things. Agenda can do them, but it’s not simple. Best I can tell, I cannot ignore the calendar altogether. It’s always there, asking to be turned on. I bought it expressly because I like the idea of notes inherently organized by date, like my notebooks. In the end, Agenda, while seductively attractive, is too complicated and trying to do too many things for me that’s find difficult to control. If I have to ask how to accomplish something fundamental, it’s not simple. Maybe in a couple of years I’ll check back. If the app looks like it suits you, give it a good long try, attempting everything you want before you commit. I found Agenda to be in the way of my agenda..Version: 9.1.2

NEED APPLE PENCIL SUPPORT!I have been using this app on my new 2018 iPad Pro for about a week now. Everything is great! EXCEPT, the fact we can’t write notes with the Apple Pencil! PLEASE add this feature!.Version: 3.0.1

Very complicated to get startedWith no ability to import notes from other apps - or quickly get yourself setup, this isn’t great if you already have a system and want to move it to this system. It does NOT have a calendar or reminders app on it’s own - it integrates with both the Apple Calendar and Apple Reminders. Still nothing out there that really can be an all in one: Calendar, Reminder & Note Taking - always fragmented..Version: 18.3.2

Critical bugs make Agenda dangerously unreliable to useAs mentioned (remarkably) in a review three yeas ago, random and significant sections of text seem to be deleted for no obvious reason from my notes, and I have not been able to restore them. This is an utter deal breaker for me and probably the single worst bug I’ve ever seen in a note taking or word processing app. I now have no record of several meetings / work logs I noted Agenda and no backup feature so these are truly gone for good. How can you keep a reliable work log with this app? It is extremely disappointing, as I think Agenda is otherwise a very good app with unique features that have no rival I’ve encountered.Version: 13.1.3

Doesn’t support iPad Pro with keyboard coverJust pops up the on-screen keyboard and doesn’t really accept input from the real one..Version: 5.5

Why the price increase? 😰😭I was literally about to buy the app as a student to organize my schoolwork for $47 CAD but it now costs $159. Can’t believe the price just increased by 3x + in front of my eyes. 😖.Version: 17.0.2

Agenda; you’ll want to love itThis note taking app is thoughtful, and adds powerful features that no other note taking app around possesses! From tagging notes, both with terms and with people (great for identifying which professor is in a note), in addition to being able to associate a note with a particular event in your calendar, there’s no app around that takes such a novel approach to notetaking! The problem is this; the app tends to crash, slow down, and become unresponsive; something that does not invoke comfort, particularly when your GPA is riding on your skills to take notes. I have found in particular as a student that once my notes become long enough that you must scroll, the entire app slows to a crawl. Deleting a word to fix a misspelling, specially if you are typing quickly to keep up with a professor, is nearly impossible. You’ll press backspace and it will take ten seconds to finally respond to that command. This app has incredibly thoughtful features that are so useful. I already miss having access to MarkDown, built right into Agenda. But I have switched back to the very boring, but rock solid, Apple Notes..Version: 11.0

Brilliantly useful!Update: Bought some time ago… Not used for quite some time - decided to install and use again and now i have to pay more to get premium features??! Wow - no way….goodbye yet another greedy subscription added to fully paid app. No thanks! Love this app! Why? -Clean and lovely ui -Smooth synch -Organisers my tasks -Saved searches / #tags and text -Integrated reminders and calendar -More format options -other stuff! After being a Omnifocus user for a number of years this is a breath of fresh air! Yes I know Agenda is not actually a full task management App. It has all I need to get organised and journal, muse and characterise my stuff into a meaningful structure. Easy and quick - I feel liberated, not bogged down by too many options. The ability to search on tags / text is slick and very useful. All in all I am very pleased I upgraded. Now the fun part will be going through my 5000 tasks and notes in Omnifocus ! Probably deleting 75% - the rest reorganising and simplifying to fit in with Amanda..... Cheers.Version: 14.0.1

NoYou don’t need an overlong trailer for a notes app..Version: 13.0

I thought I could make copies to carry over to the next day but can not.I liked the look of this before I paid for the full iPad version with the hope that it would unlock features to help journaling. Like being able to copy a days questions or topics that I ask myself everyday. It is not easy and have spent many hours trying to make this simple thing happen and to actually make that happen is more time consuming than just writing it out. Please refund the subscription on my account..Version: 13.1.1

Ideal tool only if ..I am really enjoying the application (payed for 1 year subscription) however I will need to switch back to OneNote as a lot of my notes are being taken on the iPad with the apple pen. The meeting étiqueté does not endorse taking notes by typing..Version: 3.0

Interesting but lacks some key featuresI discovered this app on the Apple design awards and downloaded it. I’m mostly interested in the personal journal aspect but discovered two drawbacks immediately. Firstly I would like to include images inherent entries and secondly I would rather look up names from Contacts and create links than re-type them.Version: 1.3

Not Quite there...Awesome. Really love the layout and the features. I really want it to work. Can wait until it does. But you gotta fix the sync issues. Until then, it’s really not fit for purpose. I have to use my work iCloud account.. fine, grumbled but fine. But it doesn’t sync across iOS devices without the desktop but work uses windows desktop. Home I have the desktop but that doesn’t help because I can’t use my work iCloud account. Catch 22 😤 Honestly fix the sync issues and I am sold, paid up premium member. Until then looks like you’ll have to gather dust..Version: 3.0.1

Needs pencil supportI have been using various note taking apps for work for some time and the ability to link to events and reminders with Agenda is great. However it needs to use the Apple Pencil as an alternative to typing. I don’t always need others to read or share my notes and writing is much faster and more intuitive for me than typing..Version: 6.0.1

A good start. But a long way to goAgenda is intuitive and it is a great feature that allows linkage with calendar. However there does not appear to be a way to checklist some items within a project and it is frustrating that it does not interact with windows, which most of us ha e to use or choose to use on the desk.Version: 2.1.3

True and tried but still don’t see the pointI have made several attempts to integrate this app into my daily life but I keep going back to Apple Notes. For me, this app lacks simplicity and functionality..Version: 18.3.2

It’s nice note taking app but...I was hoping to find this app the would essentially combine calendar, todo lists and projects. That’s basically what it sells. But it doesn’t appear to actually be better at calendar management or todo/project management than a dedicated app in either field. The note taking side of Agenda seems brilliant and being able to attach detailed notes to events is a great idea. But having reminders fire off in the reminders app and not Agenda itself is a fail. The hyper link doesn’t even go in the url field so there is no easy and quick way to get back to the note from the reminder. It’s rather clunky having to go into reminder details and then long press the note hyper link for the context pop up then select to open the link. Why not simply have a reminder fire in Agenda itself? Or fix the linking issue? The final point the really bugged me is not being able to test the calendar event creation process without paying money first. For me, if the event creation process is garbage then I can’t use the app. So I don’t want to hand over £33 to find it a bad workflow experience. And being an all in one app I don’t really want to be back and forth between agenda and calendar just to get things done as that isn’t really any better than using apples separate apps. A 14 day free trial of the premium features when you create an account would have been incredibly useful. So for me I guess it a case of delete the app and keep looking..Version: 12.0.1

Deleting an account - what a nightmare! While the app is fine, I decided that it wasn’t for me. I tried to close me account via the app, then via the website, without any luck. I had to TWEET them to be told that I had to email them to REQUEST a deletion! It took them two days to reply, only to be told that they will delete my account ‘shortly’. Why not now? Utterly crazy service in the 21st century..Version: 13.1.2

Over complicated and inefficientThis app is and over complicated and pointless, plus they want to charge you more for premium features, even after paying for the app. I find Due much quicker and useful. Everything about this clunky and poorly designed. A classic design without thinking of the end user! I wish I could get my money back!.Version: 9.1.2

Very good but still can’t zoom into pics in notesSo many updates to this app but still can’t zoom into attached images to actually read it!.Version: 18.3.2

So CloseThis App is so close to doing everything I need, I know the developer will say it’s not meant to replace the reminder app or calendar app. It would be nice to have a simple “to do list” on the right hand side that I can decide at a later date which category I’d like to move each item on the list too, I might be wrong but currently it would try and move the whole list to the category and not just one item. Equally a calendar icon so you quickly see a date or a week view would be excellent..Version: 16.0

CrashedApp crashed after 1 min so deleted it.Version: 1.3

Lost notesUse this app on my mac but recently my mac broke so l downloaded the app for iPad and there is nothing just few folders from 4 years ago and everything else is lost..Version: 13.1.3

CloseReally surprising that an app of this generation and quality released with no Apple Pencil support..Version: 5.0

No to subscription modelsRATED ZERO STARS. It’s also quite an expensive subscription at that! Many devs are choosing not to go with subscription models (which are becoming increasingly unpopular) as now users are waking up to this scam.. not so long ago, even the most complex of apps were just a couple pounds (at most). Then came along the subscription model (thank you Adobe!) where you never owned the app and are forced to sign up to keep paying for something you’ve already paid for. THIS IS A SCAM UNLESS THE DEVELOPER HAS TO PAY A 3rd PARTY FOR A SERVICE THAT FORMS PART OF THE APP. I WILL NEVER USE THIS APP AS LONG AS THERE IS A SUBSCRIPTION MODEL IN PLACE. ITS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF CUSTOMER TO KEEP YOUR CASH FLOW HEALTHY IN YOUR COMPANY. Make a good app, make one charge for it, and if you’ve done your job well, someone might buy it. RIP OFF. Response to Dev’s Response. To my knowledge nobody has ever been paid once for a job and then expected to work for free forever in this modern world! But I seem to remember not so long ago, apps were paid for only once and the developer updated them as and when they saw fit. If the developer didn’t update the app, then that was simply the risk the user took! So your analogy is flawed just like your indefinite subscription model! And this goes for all Dev’s - subscriptions should be finite - just like taking out credit on a product you don’t want to pay for up front. My earlier comments still stand..Version: 17.0.1

Sync issues on IOS MacOSThe app is great but does not sync with iPadOS and macOS via iCloud.Version: 11.0

Pretty great, but usability + readability dealbreakersI’ve really wanted to like this 100%. The calendar integration is really cool, the formatting is quick and easy, and iCloud sync is great. I use it for short university papers, so I’ve even considered buying premium. However, it seems that my subconscious has rejected the design of this app–I keep switching back to Simplenote (which is actually a bit too minimalist). There’s something off about the font. I think it’s the kerning and spacing. Words such as “picture”, “systemic”, “privileged”... just don’t look right. Skimming paragraphs is very difficult because of the weird visual font spacing. This is also unfortunately true on Mac. The UI feels a little bit *too spacious* in my opinion. Elements have lots of padding, and the general text size is too large. It might be the heavy UI font weight, which is a bit much (compared to Bear and Simplenote)..Version: 5.5

Lots of promise but keeps crashing in multitasking/side-by-side viewI’ve downloaded and used a ton of note-taking apps, I just heard about Agenda last night. I love the premise of this app - linking notes to calendar events and then being able to quickly see associated notes, a timeline of information and even upcoming agenda items that need to be discussed. There’s huge potential with this app. I like that it’s free to try and that instead of a subscription option, there’s a one-time fee to upgrade premium features. After using it in one meeting I was ready to purchase the premium version but then I opened my e-mail in split view on my 2018 iPad Pro 12.9 (3rd gen) and the Agenda app started crashing. It doesn’t seem to matter what is open next to it, when in split-screen view Agenda keeps closing. I’ve gotten unexpected crash warnings and I have submitted crash logs to the developer. I work predominantly in a split screen view - it’s the reason I bought the larger iPad. Until this bug is resolved there’s no way I’m purchasing anything. Sadly I may have to go back to a more stable alternative - even though I love the premise of this app..Version: 5.5
