✓ Ok appAlthough I loved this app in the past, I’ve emailed the company many times over the videos for diamonds not working making it difficult to get diamonds and enjoy the game. They have gotten back to me and didn’t make any changes so I’m super disappointed. It’s a good app. It has potential to be great..Version: 1.1.16
✓ It was too good to be trueThere was a reward of 20 diamonds for logging in for 15days which i though was pretty awesome. I logged on daily for 15 days and in the 15th day I was excited I would be getting my diamond reward only to find out that this reward was not longer on the list of rewards! Such a scam. I have spent so much money on this game and I finally thought we would be getting a little back. I won’t be spending anymore on the game..Version: 1.0.25
✓ Could be a lot betterThe stories are good but every option costs way too much in diamonds. I did my first purchase of 50 diamonds x2 but it didn’t go on my account they eventually put the 50 diamonds on my account but are now claiming it wasn’t my first purchase so they won’t give me the double bonus. I purchased an outfit on one of the stories but only got to wear it for a couple of chapters and then it wasn’t an option to wear at the next outfit change so that was a waste as couldn’t use for the rest of the story or in any other stories. Personally i feel if you purchase an outfit you should be able to use it in all stories and however much you want especially when they cost a lot. You can’t use stars on the slots anymore so it basically would take you a long time to acquire diamonds just to pick one option in a story. If an option costs that much you should get the full experience not (e.g) 16 diamonds to kiss then a further 25 diamonds to the next level then another 25 diamonds to go all the way! It makes you not want to purchase extra diamonds..Version: 1.1.0
✓ Trigger warnings pleaseThe title kind of says it all. Having strong language that makes the story 18+ is not the same as having triggering content in your books. This is because saying has strong content does not necessarily mean triggering subject matter. I thought it meant the book had strong language and the occasional sex scene(implied or otherwise). I really think you can read the hashtags and read the description of every episode and not know what is gonna happen. they do not indicate what might happen in the episode. Then I continue on and I get triggered. Even in games where the plot makes no indication that you are going to get almost raped or sexually harassed. Please, please, please include trigger warnings before every episode and I will redownload the game. Until then, I don’t wanna keep getting caught off guard that I can’t focus on what I have to get done..Version: 1.1.5

✓ App Falling Apart and No UpdatesI use to love this app. However, in June 2023 the game developers stopped updating the app and stopped communicating with any of the members on the app. Members have repeatedly sent emails, messages, etc to the app developers and the developers will not respond. The app will still take your money but no new stories or updates. It’s so sad that the developers of this app have let it fall to pieces when so many members have read the stories religiously for years. The developer could at least acknowledge the members reaching out about the app’s future. Many members believe the app is done and will no longer be updated. ✓ Used to be such a great app needs workThis app used to be so great never had any issues but of lately I’m finding even with keeping it updated regularly the books aren’t loading! I’m getting a black screen after I finish a chapter and try and play the next one this needs to addressed ASAP! I have been reading these books for just over a year now and the updates have not been for the better, everything is so expensive now, there are pretty much adverts for everything now which is extremely annoying the only way to get rid of these is to become a VIP member at an extra cost!. All books used to be available to read now a lot are for the VIPs until they are available for the non VIPs. Such a shame this was such a great app when I first down loaded it I used to look forward to login in and reading in the morning and when I got home from work, now I’m just not that bothered and read a lot less on here..Version: 1.1.3
✓ Took my moneyThis has happened twice now, the first time I excused it and assumed it was my fault. But it just happend again. While I’m playing a story, and decide to buy more gems, it gives two options, I ALWAYS pick the least expensive one. Twice now, the game has picked the other more expensive one, even though I am 1000% sure I clicked the other option. Like i said. The first time I assumed it was me. But it’s happened twice and I feel like the developers are being dishonest. I enjoy playing the game, and I don’t mind spending money here and there. But if I choose a certain amount, that is what I want. I would like a refund, because I did not want to pay for what it charged me for and I know what I clicked on. ✓ Very DisappointedI love the stories and the illustrations. I have both Moments and Chapters downloaded. I used to spend about the same amount of time on them. Then I ended up getting more out of Chapters because they have made it ridiculously easy to get diamonds now. So I was seriously disappointed when I opened my app this morning to find that Moments has now made it even harder to accumulate diamonds. Instead of waiting 7 hours (which is way too long) for the diamonds to mature on the diamond tree you have to wait even longer. I now have to wait 21 hours?!?! It is not even worth it anymore. Come on Moments you can do better than this!!! You need to take some tips from the Chapters app or you are gonna start losing people..Version: 1.1.2

I’m tired of all these mostly horribly written erotica’s that are rushed, i’m tired of white MCs being the default (this includes blonde or medium brown straight/barely wavy hair as being the only option in some of your stories, non white MCs that still have white features, but they’re just colored brown, etc.), i’m tired of mostly white LIs, i’m tired of mostly skinny MCs, oh! And I’m tired of these diamond hungry books! I understand y’all gotta make yalls money, but HOT D**** with some of these books. BUT, this app also has some great gems and have had memorable books and some great writers and artists! (which is why I haven’t rated it lower than 3) I hope in the future that y’all make more inclusive books and add more to the LGBT+ section, have more non white MCs that are easy on the eyes (meaning that they have features that are applicable to that race without being caricatural), have more nonwhite LIs, female LIs (mcs that are strictly lesbian), more male MCs, even GNC MCs/LIs. I then purchased a second lot of diamonds and nothing. I’ve contacted and sent proof and have now been waiting between contact a week for these diamonds to appear and nothing. Since last contact three days ago they said they were apologetic and my diamonds should reach me in two days and to provide further information which I have and still nothing but since additional information has been provided to these I’ve had nothing but attempts to gain access to my account. One in particular is extremely detailed in description and portrays raunchy, kinky, and possibly abusive sexual situations that could be disturbing to children, especially girls. Some are of the opinion that the main character is raped (which is debatable), but whether she is or isn’t, either way, it is not a book for kids to be reading. There are several children (as young as 10) that are reading this book (they are telling their ages in the book’s comments). I have reported these comments to Moments several times and they still haven’t been removed (neither the comments nor the children’s memberships). There are also several sexually disgusting comments there as well that they have not removed either despite being reported several times by several different people..Version: 1.0.26
✓ Purchased items are not loaded and support center never respondI like the moment app, however when you purchase diamond they never show up. There is no way to contact the support system to clear the issues up. The form for purchase issues will not send, keep say write the problem that have been written several times! . I haven’t even received a email back acknowledging that they are aware of my issue and are working to fix it. ✓ ReviewI have only one problem with this app, the diamonds. In the app if you wanna make some choices of you’re own you need to use diamonds. Honestly, I have had to read short books just to get diamonds, you see after you read a chapter you get a diamond. Anyway, that was my only problem and overall not too bad of a game. ✓ Great animation, but...I have played other games that have the same premise of following a story and allowing the user to make choices that affect the narrative. Moments has the best graphics for sure. I can tell the development team has put a lot of effort into that. That aside, I have noticed that nearly every story I have tried is littered with spelling errors, typos, and odd word choices. It does take me out of the moment as I wonder whether the app developers hired an editor to read through the stories before posting them. This lack of quality also seems to emphasize the low bar in the character development department. My biggest concern, however, is that most of the stories only allow me to play as a female main character. I know this game is marketed toward women, but it would be nice to have a better selection. Of the three stories I found with a male main character, only one has caught my interest despite its lack of editing. Considering the developers want us to spend money on diamonds, I think there needs to be major improvements before I open my wallet for them..Version: 1.1.5

Need easier ways to get diamonds as it becomes too expensive! The clover quests, blessing tree and rubbing cards’s faces are silly, and you only get one diamond per advert and can watch hardly any adverts per day. The VIP pass doesn’t give you any diamonds, so it’s a waste of money. Another similar app Chapters is a good example of great ways to get diamonds by getting diamonds and maple leaves by logging in daily, ability to convert maple leaves into diamonds, lots of adverts which give you decent amount of diamonds, secret codes for diamonds on Facebook/Instagram every weekend, special login calendars to get diamonds and maple leaves etc and the Chapters app VIP option is great and worth paying for (as you gets lots of diamonds, maple leaves to convert into diamonds and discounted choices which require less diamonds). ✓ Takes your money !The game in General is very good! Untill You start to pay for the upgrades and extras. They take your money and you don’t receive what you have paid for , even when emailing customer services and reporting it on the help station on the app I have been left for 2 weeks with no help or explaination. ✓ My reviewWhen I was playing the game, I couldn’t help but notice a lot of things that were a lot like the Chapters app. Like (even though it’s not that noticeable) the thing the screen does when the app is loading. Or, the rewards system, some of the stories there and the way that it overall looks both as the front cover of the app and the browsing area, where you can find new stories to read. Even if I’m not 100% correct, I couldn’t help but notice the similarities and the things that look (almost exactly to exactly) the same..Version: 1.0.32
✓ Not worth the moneyI admit, it’s quite addictive and the idea is great. It is however expensive to make certain choices and not even a subscription seems to help with that. The stories are not exclusive either, a lot of them are just adaptions of actual books with the illusion of having an influence on how the story ends. ✓ Needs workSo i got in a few stories that all seemed to have the same theme going on - which is fine but i wanted to start up a new story and boom the screen went black right after the ad finished. (No my phone did not die), so i exited out if the app and tried to reload it and instead of taking me to the home screen of the app, it opened back up to another ad and then the same black screen. So i tried exited out again a few more times. No improvement. So then i deleted the app and redownloaded it and it was the same issue... even when i tried to start a completely different story - same issue even after deleted the app twice. ✓ Game broken for WEEKS, devs don’t care!This game has been glitching and broken for over 2 WEEKS now, and despite the constant complaints from SO MANY of us PAYING VIP loyal long time customers in the comment sections on several books every day, the developers are ignoring us and not fixing the issue. What’s worse, they are denying there is even a problem when we email (if they even bother to reply to us at all.) Almost all of the current titles that are supposed to have new chapters out twice a week haven’t actually had their chapters released in over two weeks now. Where are our new chapters, Moments?! What are we paying for?! We have been loyal paying readers for YEARS. This is outrageous. Please FIX THIS GAME or we all have plans to cancel our subscriptions en mass and uninstall..Version: 1.1.16
✓ There a no premium features, so no point in paying.Seriously, stop paying for features that don’t really enhance the game experience. Regardless if you pay, use a ton of diamonds on a selecting a choice, it doesn’t necessarily change the outcome of the story unless you are really trying to read the “saucy” stuff. Even then its really not worth it. I fell into that trap early on. And guess what? Interactive features such as “Lucky Spin” is still broken. The list of “perks” for paying are still listed under Coming Soon and that’s at least been for a few months now. For non-paying users you kind of get 2-5 diamonds per day, but costs its like 15-20 diamonds just to select a premium choice in a chapter which there’s usually 4-5 of those choices to make per chapter- and some stories have 20+ chapters per book. ✓ Characters gone wrongI am currently reading “ wife for hire “ and the characters in the book, are not even close to matching to the description the author wants us to envision. For example “the porter”, is described as being in his early 20s, of Spanish decent and attractive. Your illustrated version, is a over 55 yrs old, and a black male with a suit that could have been worn in the 1930s. The concierge lady is described as, a young beautiful blonde with cleavage and your version is, an over 40s unattractive brunette lady. Please work on your illustrations, as it ruins the story. ✓ Crashing & Not getting what I purchasedThe stories are great but for some reason with the update. My app keeps crashing literally every couple seconds. ✓ I love it Moments, butI love Interactive games. Episode is still my favorite because they do almost everything a human , like run, hugs each other, dance, eat list goes on.. ✓ Addictive but...This app is really addictive. However the 3 days star free stories aren’t free for 3 days. They’re free until you close the app. It’s really frustrating. Also everything is VERY expensive. From some of the reviews it sounds like it didn’t used to be like that and they’ve cranked prices / diamonds and stardust up as they’ve gotten more popular while the quality of the content has gone to oblivion. Some of the story lines are amazing while others are riddled with grammatical errors and major holes in the story. There’s a button for giving feedback for each chapter but sometimes that’s every single “page”. Also outfits should transfer if you pay diamonds for them. You should be able to have like a closet for every book to reuse. The other thing I noticed in the reviews of stories was that it seems any LGBTQ+ stories are very very rare. Fix that. ✓ Greedy DevelopersI use to love most of the stories and the there were many ways you could earn diamonds to pick the choices you wanted in these stories. Now with the supposed improved version there is nothing but erotica not that there’s anything wrong with that genre but it would be nice to have some other stories. As for the diamonds the developers just seem completely greedy you need to literally purchase diamonds in this game, where as before the improvements, you could earn them by completing tasks. As for the choices you literally spend all of the diamonds on the choices and clothes for your MC. I bought diamonds a few times and didn’t receive any either even after I filled out the grievance form. In a chapter, it costs 20 diamonds just for an outfit change (and there is an outfit option in every chapter) plus the chapter will have other miscellaneous choices. There’s no point in reading if you do not select any diamond choices. It basically costs $5.00 per chapter if you select the diamond options. Now, there are usually about 20 chapters per book and the chapters are not long. So you are looking at $100 per book if you want it to be a decent read. Imagine buying a short story romance novel for $100. This application is selling you a short story for the price of a college textbook. And this app is definitely more expensive than similar apps. ✓ Good… but borderline racistCurrently reading Detroit:Underworld Psychic. Detroit is 81% black, yet all of the love interests are white men. I decided to look past this since 2 of the 3 are cute. The main characters darkest shade is maybe the color of Alicia Keys, so don’t expect to be able to have a darker skinned mc. But whatever, I’m annoyed because I prefer darker characters, but I decide to look past this. But the fact that I’ve ran into 4 black men in the story so far and 3 out of the 4 have been a rapist and or thug and has tried to abuse the mc in some way is -I think- kinda racist. ✓ Lost it’s appealAt first I loved this app, besides the stories there were other little things that kept it original. There was a reward tree you could collect from twice a day and an avatar you could customise. After a while the stories started to get very similar and the diamond cost was just too much, I also found that in some cases you would spend diamonds yet it did nothing to change the story line so it was a waste of diamonds. The latest update has also affected the enjoyment of this app as now you can only collect your tree away once a day and whereas before if you had diamonds growing on your tree they were free, now you have to watch ads to collect them. ✓ PredictableThe game is okay. The storylines are generally really predictable - rich, hot man meets slightly feeble woman (in most of them) and they enter some sort of romantic contract. Lots of stereotypes - Russian mafia bosses, eccentric English millionaires - that kind of thing. You have to spend money to get a decent outcome in the story, which becomes really annoying. The animation is a little odd, especially for the supporting characters. Some slightly creepy elements to some of the more explicit stories and the idea of consent seems pretty murky which is a bit uncomfortable. A few glitches where the player name is wrong. ✓ Great stories HORRIBLE customer service!!!So I’ve had this app for the last several months and have really enjoyed many of the stories! I love that you can chat with other members and help others with upgrades. They are stingy with diamonds, which you need to make premium choices and have a better in game experience; so to really play you do need to spend money. I’m mostly ok with this as any kind of entertainment, including books, cost money. The app is overall fun and does give the opportunity to get a some diamonds for free and at discounted prices. BUT my biggest problem is that about 2 months ago my account started having many issues. ✓ Just like all other story gamesLike all story choice games, the title is very deceiving. “Moments: choose your story” should not be the title of this game. You don’t get to choose your story. Instead for some choices you have to spend gems and a lot of the choices that require gems are ridiculously expensive. These developers only want the money from people’s pockets because in order to get gems you need to spend money or play more episodes which is pointless. Not to mention that sometimes you are required to spend gems on clothing items in the story that you actually do need to advance in the story the way you want to. You don’t get to really choose your own story without spending gems or money. Here’s an idea, actually have your game match it’s title. Let people choose whichever route they want to take in the story without having to spend gems. I understand adding an aspect for in app purchases but if you want to do that I’d say have it where readers/players get a certain amount of episodes per day and if they want more they need to spend gems. Counterproductive to earning money, I know, but seriously a better thought than the way the game is set up. ✓ Lost a fan todayI am a experienced visual novel enthusiast, if it’s on the App Store then I’ve downloaded it and played it before. So let’s get down to my opinion of this one:: Graphics are Very good, not overreacting - they have a nice system and I love the looks. Music and sounds fit and are nice. Costs, like all visual novels- they end up costing A TON! 51 stories in total are being REMOVED from this app due to copyrights expiring by next month, this has placed many players in a bind who wanted to read a series but no longer can. A few of them are the best the app has (not all), this has destroyed my faith in the expensive app I’ve been a fan of. The promotion of forced adult content in stories is a constant theme that’s sickening. I wish the developers would’ve given players a more obvious notice about losing stories that you paid for since no one checks the mail (it’s always the same stuff).
