✓ Nothing worksIt’s useless. The color bulbs might be too but who lnows? They’re inoperable without the app. First off, the app couldn’t read the code off the bulb. Finally got that working and set the bulb for the brightness and hue I wanted. But if you unplug the lamp for any reason, forget about ever getting it to work again. The bulb remains forever offline and it’s impossible to ever get it online again. I tried deleting the app and reloading it but it remembers the offline bulb anyway and nothing works to get it online again. Then for some reason there’s another FEIT app to use for a white bulb and the same problems with that. I got a new color bulb, set it in a lamp. All was fine til I unplugged the lamp. Now the app just shows that busy sign so it’s impossible to change setting. And yes, I deleted the app and uploaded and nothing changes. What a total waste..TomJM93Version: 10.102.30

✓ If I could give it zero stars I would.Just return the bulbs if they don’t work the first time. The app is garbage and has “network connection issues” no matter what. Save yourself the hassle and get Phillips hues instead.Gibbles471Version: 10.102.30

✓ Absolute trash.I just got a light bulb from this company, connected it to my phone and downloaded the app, and now the HomeKit connection it screwed up and it refuses to work properly. Wow, Feit Electric, really nice!.WolfiefalconVersion: 10.102.30

✓ Stopped workingDoes not work, it use to, now it won’t connect to the light and once it was working then stopped I deleted everything to try to get it to work but would not work, it would not connect to the app, but I hen it made a profile that showed there was a light , but it would do the same thing again saying it was not online. When my Bluetooth is on and the light is on it should be all online but it is not and the app will not update firmware. My other lights that are WiFi on other apps work but this app with this Bluetooth build does not and now it is just a regular light bulb..Saxmo75Version: 10.102.30

✓ Worse than terribleThe bulb is very slow to respond to adjustments so I decided to try a Firmware update. Not only does this app not connect to the device made by FEIT so I can update the firmware, the attempt to connect it actually screws up the device on Apple Home. ✓ UnusableSeems like very few people have been able to actually make it reliably work as far as I’ve read. Mine was having the same problems and I thought I got a bad set of bulbs but I see now it’s just the product as a whole. ✓ Used to workThis app used to work but now doesn’t seem to be able to communicate with the bulbs. I’ve emailed the help address listed within the app and not received a reply. For bulbs that use Bluetooth and not Wi-Fi, I’ve only been able to find ones from Feit and Sylvania, and the Sylvania ones emit a high pitch whine while being bulkier, less vibrant, and less radiant. The Feit ones will still work without this app (controlled via Apple’s Home app), and I would still recommend them, but this app was required to fine-tune the color and update the firmware..SlaughterDogVersion: 10.102.30
