Love This App!😌🧘🏼‍♀️🧘🏾🧘🏿‍♂️🎼This app has really helped me stay calm during the uncertain times right now, with the Corona Virus and all, and has sixteen different workouts for people of different skill levels. It is completely 100% free, but only had a small ad at the bottom of the screen. It doesn’t cover anything that you would need to see. Also, this app can help you track you minutes of yoga, calories burned from it, and you weight and body mass. It also syncs up with Apple Health to help you keep track of stuff from there too! Eas app for a busy mommaI have this on both my iPhone and iPad (free version) so it can be used wherever I am. I love that the workouts are simple, easy to follow and are not too long that I can follow one in when baby boy is sleeping. Certainly helps me to unwind and feel stretched. Wow!I love this app so much. You can have calm music playing in the background, a soothing voice telling you your next move & pictures on how to do the pose. You can also link it to your “Health” app to figure out how much weight you’ve lost e.c.t. I also love how this app is free, an ad pops up before a yoga session but you can just press the ‘x’ straight away (there is also an ad on the bottom; as a banner) but I don’t mind that. The poses are easy but you burn a lot of calories for one session of yoga (5/16 minutes depending on the class). I recommend this app x100..Version: 4.0.1

Quick StartI really like this app, but especially the way you can set up the quick start to your own liking. For example, the time you can set for each session, depending on the time you might have available in your day. After my first written review, on an issue I was having with the app, I received a response within a day or two. They were already aware of the issue, and worked quickly to fix it. Since then, they have been on top of keeping this app running smoothly. They have also made updates that have improved this app for the better. I wish all the apps on my iPad were this responsive. My experience with yoga:I absolutely LOVE yoga but I never enjoyed it as much as this experience. It is so relaxing, calming, and the stretches really help with neck, back or any other pain. Also, you feel really good after it. I think that they should add a few more advanced routines and also some flexibility stuff in there, for people who LOVE yoga. But over all, I can’t get away from all those fun and relaxing courses. It has every sort of yoga you’d want to do and I 100% recommend that you should try it! It is the funnest thing ever! Great app!I’m so happy I found this app. It has been such a great tool and motivator! There are lots of different options so you can easily mix up your workout. They have different levels of difficulty, length of workouts, and focus areas. You can easily save your favorites. They also include programs that take you through 2-3 weeks of workouts. I love that it tracks your workouts and it’s easy to see your longest streak. This has pushed me to squeeze in workouts on busy days when I may not have otherwise. Life changing!I downloaded this app on the recommendation of a friend, having never tried yoga and expecting to delete it within a week… I have now had the app over a year and use it frequently. Great except for automated musicOverall great app, except that the music within the app was playing even though I had turned it off. I had to turn it off a few times within a workout which really disrupted my mindset. I prefer to listen to music from another app but could hear the automated music playing too. Out of fetal positionSo far two weeks with the app (one week trial) I am mostly out of the fetal position, have energy throughout the day, am able to be a bit more comfortable on my feet for longer periods and my walking stride has lengthened without pain. Makes you stick to yogaThis is a great app. It offers a huge choice of short yoga session at all levels and for different purposes. I regularly do the Morning and Bedtime session and just discovered the Yoga for Text Neck, which really works relieving strain in the shoulders. Perfect home yoga appI use this app so often, it just makes exercising and yoga easy to do at home. You can choose a relaxing calming session but others are quite intense which makes for a good toning workout. Love the new range of sessions and new poses since the latest update as I was getting a bit bored of the range before. You can also customise your own workout. Great app for beginnersLove the app, it’s so easy to use and the ‘workouts’ are a great way to start the day. The only thing I would like to see is the poses flowing into one another, many of them don’t and so I use the rest time to flow into the next pose, however it’s sometimes it’s not so easy. I’d also love to hear the Sanskrit names, rather than ‘wind relieving pose’ 😂 and ‘easy pose’ the Sanskrit words are so beautiful, it would make the experience 10/10. The best free yoga appReally love this app. Great format, layout, method and options. Beginners can browse through each pose within a session beforehand and watch technique vids. The ads aren’t too intrusive, just a quick one before a session which is fine and banners along the bottom. The ONLY way I’ve gotten myself to FINALLY develop a yoga habitI can’t say enough good things about this app—I can’t believe it’s free. I LOVE it and for the first time in over 20 years of *wanting* to have a consistent yoga practice, I finally do because of this app. Choose your difficulty level, your desired practice time, your area of focus (stress relief, tension release, flexibility, weight loss, etc), even your music. See ahead of time what poses are included in your selected program, see how to do a pose if it’s something new to you…the app even sends me a reminder on its own at the time I usually practice in the evening if I have forgotten or been delayed. This app is incredible and I now recommend it to anyone who has says the word ‘yoga’ in front of me. So, so good..Version: 4.7.1

Love this app!This app is an easy way to incorporate yoga into daily life. As a busy, homeschooling mom of 8, it’s often had to get down time in. In stressful moments, I can take a 6-10 min break and calm my mind and heart. Even my kids will sit and do the poses with me. I love that it’s simple, calming music, has easy videos or directions for unfamiliar poses, and that is very neutral. There isn’t a lot of eastern influence. It’s a simple, “pose, get ready, start, rest” repeat. I like that there is no chatter during the poses. My only suggestions for the app are that 1. There be an paid version to get rid of the pop up ad before the yoga workout starts. 2. There be a way to link workouts together. I often will combine one of the 6-7 min workouts with one of the longer 10-15 min workouts. If I could link them so that they flowed seamlessly from one into the other, I’d love that!.Version: 2.4.1

Simple and efficientIn the free list, I did the back version available at toward the bottom. Every time I wished there was a button to do a thing, there was. It’s short. It has you hold for about 30 seconds a pose, and it’s a pretty perfect length in whole and in its parts for someone like me, who typically gets bored out of her skull during yoga. The images are easy to follow, with time to realign yourself between moves, and while I don’t feel pressured to focus on the meditative aspect, the music and very sparse, very calming, and incredibly unobtrusive voice would also allow for meditation on a morning when my puppy isn’t smacking me in the face with his squeaky toy pig or attacking my hair. Hard Working KarenI have three needy sometimes annoying children. They are quite a hand full for my husband Bill and I. So when Bill is working it’s just my kids and I. Yoga app reviewI like this app a lot. I recommend it to anyone whether you are just getting into yoga or already a seasoned participant of the sport and simply want to discover some new moves. I would say that it is irritating that if you don’t pay for it, you only get 2 custom workouts. No BrainerI’m very new to yoga and was looking for an easy to use app that had many different workouts and was FREE. Every single app I went to was advertised as free, but wasn’t, or you only got 2 workouts. There is a paid subscription option in this but I have yet to see a reason to do that. I have access to at least 50 workouts ranging from beginner level to expert and flexibility to strength building. You can customize workouts and it shows how to do the poses so it’s great for a newbie like myself. Discovering yogaI’m a newbie to yoga and this app let me choose how long I do it for and it also tells me how many calories I’m burning. I love that it gives visuals of what I’m doing, how to do it and time to prepare to get into the next pose and instruction on how to do before it starts. Omg!!!This app is amazing! I am a dancer and I will soon be joining the company of my dance studio. I am both excited and nervous to do so. Before I join I want to be able to do the splits. I tried my best to do stretching routines in the morning and night time but I couldn’t keep it going consistently. I searched around to see if there was anything that could help me. Then I found Mind+Body. It has incredible stretching routines and yoga that actually help! You can even set a timer for yourself on the app, so your routines will always be consistent. A really good findMay 2020 - My daughter introduced me to this app, and although it is many years since I attended a Yoga class I’m finding it very easy and helpful to follow the instructions for these short routines. It especially supportive as I’m in Covid-19 lock down here in the UK. June 2021 - I’m still using this app more than a year later, which says something very positive about how good it is. I like the flexibility of making my own routines. It would be even better if I could also select the music I would like to have alongside the exercises. The record of sessions and the statistics are a good thing too - I can keep track of my progress. The reminder is helpful too, but I need it to go off at 7:00am not pm!.Version: 4.7.0

100% recommendedA genuinely really good app. Most of the other yoga/workout apps I’ve tried require a membership before even being able to try the app out. Just what I neededI didn't buy this app. Yet. So far it's provided several yoga workouts with various experience levels to try and I've been able to create my OWN session with all my favorite poses. GoodI’ve tried many exercises to stretch my back and legs and this does both perfectly, although it would be nice to see them give an additional stretch for the standing forward bend as me, and probably many, cannot do this hard stretch but I think if you’re considering getting an app like this definitely get this one, just have straight legs and bend from your hips down as much as you can and it does the same effect and eventually you’ll be able to do the stretch..Version: 3.2.1

Fave!I have a couple different yoga apps we are using for myself and my son (post bone marrow transplant patient) to help with an injury for myself and to strengthen his muscles and flexibility again. This is by far my favorite and we use it daily! They don’t charge you insane fees and seem to genuinely just care about the person’s well being by offering it for free. Very impressed with it and the designers! We do not have the funds to waste and they are truly helping a family in need. You are appreciated and we highly recommend! Mixed FeelingsI downloaded this app a while ago. First, I was looking for a way to exercise, but in a way that I’m not sweating, and running. So, I checked the App Store to see what they offer for yoga apps. I tried literally every single one of the yoga apps, and this one is the one I liked best. One of the things I was concerned about is this app has an animated person to show you which pose to do, and the animated person doesn’t even have an actual face! Basically all of the other apps out there have real people as your personal trainers. Also, I would enjoy if this app gave you more time to settle down between poses. Like, it gives me 10 seconds to 1., get out of my previous pose, and 2., get into the current pose! I mean, doesn’t that take AT LEAST 10 seconds?! Anyways, now to the positive things. I love how this app shows you how much calories you’re burning (or gaining I’m young so IDK) and it shows you how long it is, and it even has a name for the workout! I just completed another workout today that was intermediate, 30 minutes long, and burns/gains 111 calories! Really glad I found this app!I felt I really needed to do… Something… but finding the time (and more probably- inclination) was difficult. AngelWow... my first ever experience with trying yoga. Flirted a little in the past but could never get the hang of the breathing and wasn’t sure what to do first! I decided based on the fantastic reviews to give this a try and I’m so glad I did. I’m a total beginner so I’ve started with a couple of 10 min poses and they were fully demonstrated and I didn’t panic about missing anything.. I love the start of each excersise where you are given time to get ready and can honestly say I thoroughly enjoyed it, I have a weak ankle but the excersises are bite size snippets which did not give me any problems. Looking forward to building up more and maybe do beginners for a couple of eeeks incorporating more excersise, then move on to next section when I feel ready. Not putting pressure on myself, just taking a day at a time. Great app for all levelsI’ve had this app for a while now and seen lots of changes and updates. It runs smoothly with no glitches and has options to change the length of time in position, music, rest between position and so on. The programmes are a good option to keep you on track and they’re for all levels too. You can just choose a quick option if you prefer to change it up. I like the flexibility programmes and single sessions or the full body options. I use to do yoga a few years ago but am now so unfit I wouldn’t dare go to a class plus I struggle to find time. If you want an app to do in the comfort of your own home either to get to your target or to supplement other activities such as running, swimming, gym then you can’t go far wrong with this one. Worth it!We are in July of 2022. I am 5’7 and 285lbs. I have been using this app for years. I used to do more yoga on my own and was very flexible but I have had a lot happen to me and gained a lot of weight and haven’t done yoga in a while. This app is perfect for me. App is great but where did the voice-guide go?Really great app. I’ve been using it for a couple of weeks for one of my assignments but also to help with some of my own physical issues (back/shoulder tension etc) but I opened the app to do a couple of sessions before going to bed and when I started the first session I realised that the usual zen music wasn’t playing the guide-voice wasn’t telling me when to change to the next pose. This means that I have to keep looking at my phone to see how much time I’ve got left and what pose I need to do which, for some poses, isn’t an easy thing to do. This really is a great app.This is a great app and has lots of free exercises to follow. If you don’t know how to perform a pose, just click on it and it will take you to a video so you can see how that pose is performed. I subscribe to Apple Fitness and I enjoy the yoga lessons on there but I still come back to this app. The music is relaxing, it’s slow paced, and there’s lots of variety. It’s perfect for beginners but great for intermediate and advance too - just add your own flow in between poses. I love this app and it’s free. Feel like a new woman!I’ve been using this app (premium) for about 2 years on and off but more on recently. After 6 children all born via C-section my body is somewhat broken 😂 my posture is non existent and the pain I’m in daily is unbearable. Doing the set routines here help so much and I feel really floaty after every session 🥰 really really helps with my mental health too! I would highly recommend paying for the premium version, so worth the money! Simple yet effectiveI started using this app a few years ago and didn’t stick to it past a week. I redownloaded this back in March of this year and used it to dip my toes into losing weight. I would do this every day, twice a day for at least a month and a half. (Along with cardio exercises) I haven’t kept up with the cardio but this is the only app I use to kinda keep me moving even if it isn’t absolutely everyday. Great app!I am using this App regularly since I have implemented a short morning yoga routine after waking up. The short workouts are perfect for it and the app works flawlessly. The only thing I would change is that there are no one-minute exercises it is only I think 7 minutes up, but overall I love this app and it is pushing me to new limits. I have never done yoga before. Best of the yoga apps, they put in work in the last 2 yearsI love this app, I used to use it years ago and think it was good but the work and updates they’ve put into it over the pandemic has made it so much better than it was. Just what I was looking forI’ve been wanting to get into yoga and lighter exercises, but I could never find an app that would break down each pose and how to correctly do them and I can’t stand the videos that are on to the next thing before I’ve had time to figure out and do the pose they started with. This app is so great for that. I has a simple to use list of all the poses offered that you can browse individually at your leisure and there are videos of each individual pose. I like it because I can take my time to understand and learn them so I can do them right. Love, but new update is not goodThis was my favorite app and I’ve recommended it to everyone who wants to get into yoga because it’s perfect for beginners. I highly recommend it. However, the new update has diminished the quality significantly. There’s a weird mix of an automated voice with the original voice during workouts. New names for the poses make it complicated and confusing, and sometimes the name doesn’t match the pose (like head to knee stretch). We no longer get a ten second preview of what the next pose will be. Sometimes you won’t get both left and right versions of a pose so I have to stop the workout and do it myself. This is frustrating because I really do love this app. There are so many pros to this app and I don’t think I’ll change simply because it works for me, but it’s making my yoga workouts harder to get through because I’m more focused on figuring out what I’m supposed to be doing instead of breathing and stretching. Life changingI have chronic pain, arthritis, and scoliosis. Regular chiropractor visits were not enough. I got this app because it offers so much for a free app. I don’t need to be an expert, I just want to manage my pain and have better posture. Beginner to YogaHave had this app for years & have hardly used it! Until this week. Some things that have happened lately that has triggered my anxiety quite heavily. Great intro to yogaThe gentler options for beginners are a good way to start yoga. Have done a three week video yoga course before and it was really hard! I think it’s better to start simple and then build up. I had difficulty being comfortable just sitting cross-legged but having been doing the morning yoga sessions (almost) daily for a few weeks and maybe another session like bedtime yoga too, I’m now finding that sitting cross-legged is actually quite relaxing rather than a fight against multiple inflexible muscles and tendons..Version: 4.7.1

Self help!I started using this app alongside physio sessions for chronic back pain. I am 38 and feel 98 some days. I have used the beginner session for the last six week and now introducing the morning and night stretch. In the beginning I really struggled with pain after. It’s getting easier. On bad days, I now get out my phone and do a routine and stretch the back. It does help release a little of the pain. I feel more in control of my pain and more positive. I am in LOVE with this app!!I have heard that yoga has great aspects for flexibility and increased wellbeing but I was skeptical. I have OA and along with a form of myalgia. Both are painful and life limiting. I had become less able to bend my knees and true to OA my back hurt constantly. After just 3 days of doing the 10 min morning yoga I can feel such an improvement!!! I can bend my knees with little discomfort and I can already stand for longer periods of time without my back hurting!! I’m still early in this yoga relationship but I plan to add a 10 min yoga during my lunch. Eventually adding one before bed as well. Starting again after a breakI enjoyed the sessions which were super easy to follow with poses held for 30 seconds each. Also there was no talking other than the instructions, which I also liked. Love it, but could be even betterI am brand new to yoga, and this app has been a great introduction. The teaching videos are great, and there is a good variety of routines to choose from. There are a few things I think could be improved though. The order in which the routines are displayed should be more progressive in difficulty, especially since the app is geared towards beginners. Yes they have the beginner routines grouped first, then the intermediates, then the advanced, but the order within each group is not progressive in difficulty. The first beginner routine listed is the most advanced of the beginner routines, and the first two intermediate routines are the most advanced of the intermediates. When a beginner is trying to learn it is difficult to figure out the best routine to try next. I also think there should be the option for the instructor to give direction during each pose. There is so much to remember when starting out that details like when to breathe or having correct posture are easily forgotten. But overall it's a great app!.Version: 3.2.4

Wish you could skip breaksGreat app. Love that it gives a realistic calorie burn and that there decent lengths. Love the music! I just wish you could skip the breaks. They make the videos harder to follow with weird resting periods and when you go to skip them it skips the whole exercise. Still a great app though! I use this as a type of meditation rather than a stretch or workout. The moves are fairly easy so I go into the app thinking about my breathing and trying to clear my mind- it won’t guide you through your breathing however. I actually enjoy this appI’ve cycled through multiple exercise, fitness, and yoga apps and this is the only one I’ve actually liked and stuck with. It gives you comprehensive instructions for the poses in multiple formats so that you can read how to do it, but so that you can also see how it’s done. This app doesn’t push you to go at a crazy speed and doesn’t expect things from you. It can track weight and also the days you do a workout. With the weight, it can also help calculate your BMI, something I’ve never been able to figure out. But it’s all easy to use and actually enjoyable. Best yoga app out thereDue to COVID I was looking for a way to start practicing yoga on my own since obviously studios closed. Didn’t want to pay for anything online since it’s nothing like the studio experience, but it was hard to find anything for free. Bad back remedyAfter a horrendous 6 weeks of excruciating back pain I started on the beginners yoga . I did it every day and as each day passed I found the pain subside . Zero negative arthritisI was looking for some exercises that would not be to much as I am in a lot of pain with my joints. I thought this app looked good. Having completed a few of these workouts I can recommend for helping with joint pain. Personally it has helped me so far stretch areas I find difficult on a day to day basis. Great Yoga AppI’m always put off yoga or am uninterested when yoga is suggested. I’m more of a walking/HIIT go to person. However, I opened this app last night to try the bedtime yoga as it was only ten minutes. It really increased my blood flow, clarity and overall feeling of wellness, I was surprised but maybe I was more invested this time. Since, I’ve done a beginner yoga and felt similar. Simple and great for beginnersThis app is very relaxing and great fun. I have only used it for a couple of days (not very long at all) and I’m already starting to feel a bit more free in my body. It is very simple to use and not overwhelming at all. The choice of workouts is just right as you don’t want too many different options and it says what the exercise is about. In the morning I do the morning one and before bed I do the bedtime one etc.I would recommend this to anybody who wants to do a form of meditation and improve flexibility and fitness. Feeling betterI’m 60yo and have come to terms with a certain amount of pain. I have mild ankylosing spondylitis, arthritis, scoliosis, osteopenia and a collection of motorcycle and car accidents from my younger days. I’m exercising to treat biceps tendinitis and shoulders impingement. I walk my dog at least 2 miles each day. And I deal with a certain amount of pain. It’s only been two weeks since I started the easy beginners routines. I’m amazed at the reduced amount of pain that I experience. I’m sitting in Easy Pose writing this review. Really good for home workoutsGood app and easy to navigate/use but a tip....you have to go into the pose on each workout before to understand how to do it. I was confused at first because even for the beginners one, there didn’t seem to be an explanation of the pose or what muscles it’s stretching/working, I thought you just had to guess from the cartoon how to hold your body. Best calming app ever!!!I love this app! I’ve been really stressed out lately but this app has been very helpful and calming! I love that it has all the different options of types of yoga you can do. This also has an inner peace yoga that is really helpful with stress! If you just want to do a workout type of yoga it’s there! There is a fat burner, and core blast! Lots of different types of yoga. The yoga they give you is mostly intermediate and beginner yoga. If you really want to challenge yourself then this app is not for you. But for me this was my first experience with yoga. That means I was doing mostly beginners but it got to easy for me so now I do mostly intermediate yoga. This app has a morning yoga and a nighttime yoga. The morning yoga is a little harder than nighttime yoga because in the morning you are trying to wake up at and at night you are getting ready to go to sleep. Overall this app is totally worth it!!! Thank youThank you for this, I’m retired, and was looking for some kind of exercise while going through this Pandemic Period. Before all this I would go to the gym three times a week. It’s pretty chilly out now, so taking a long walk is out of the question ( I’m out with the dog .5 miles daily) sometimes shorter depending on the weather. I really look forward to my Yoga, I have been continuing this program since October. (Yes I’m still doing the beginner) once I get bored I plan on trying intermediate. So once again I thank you,! Great for beginnersI love this app, I’m using it for a week now I think, it just completely turns me off, it hurts as I’m a beginner but I do hope it’s gonna get easier, my only problem that the countdown is not there I mean not even the bell when it’s finished, when I first tried there was, but since there isn’t and I don’t know where can I put it back because I set it right back to original and still hasn’t got that, so during my session I have to look up how much time I have left because it doesn’t say when the exercise ends and it’s a little bit annoying as I try to focus on the session but otherwise it’s a great app and I’m so thankful for it. Great start to new journeyI will have to say this is my first day using the yoga app. I’m not fond of the advertisements, but I get why I see them. I like that this is free and there is everything from beginner (myself) to advance. This morning I did the morning wake up and it did just that got me moving and really warmed my body up and stretched it before I did my cardio workout. Tonight I did two: the intermediate core training and bedtime yoga. Now there were some poses I just could not do so I modified or did prayer pose until the next transition. I believe with consistency I will be able to master the poses. The music is ok and everything is easy to follow. I am enjoying the app thus far and cannot wait for tomorrow to try it again..Version: 4.1.3

Really good starting pointI’ve been meaning to do yoga for years. Our prolonged lockdown in France has meant getting to classes is hard so I decided to try this as the instructions are clear, though some modified movement patterns for us oldies with stiff joints would help. If it had that, I'd give the app a 5/5 rating. Having worked in nursing and MSK work and a rowing coach I’ve been adjusting the movements to what I am capable of, seeing myself as work in progress!! Already I can already see big improvements with my balance after 25 sessions. It’s so gentle, I do it everyday on waking and often pre bed. It’s a good starting point. My husband has even downloaded and is doing it daily..Version: 4.21.0

Perfect!This app is fantastic, it keeps me doing yoga with daily reminders and enjoyable workouts. Each workout shows the length, the level, and calories to burn! One small glitch though; when you open a workout it shows you all of the poses you do, with little sketches and names, but a couple times I've noticed that the sketches were different from the name. I hope the creators fix this in the next update, but don't let this stop you from getting the app! The only pose I've seen this glitch effect so far though is "seated side bend (right)"'s sketch become the sketch used for i don't know the name! Still a great app despite the one glitch I found! Best yoga app ever!!!It’s perfect!!!! I decide how much I want to do and each program is amazing!!!! I love the poses and how everything is counted out for me telling me which exercise is next- I can do it with my eyes closed!!!! Very informative too if you don’t know how to do an excercise the explanation is awesome!!! I recommend to all my health care worker friends to do before work and they have downloaded the app!!!!
