✓ Miss the old appI LOVED the wegmans app ... the way it used to be. I was able to make several lists at a time. For example: a vacation grocery list, a future party grocery list, a current weekly grocery list, and even I’d make lists for meals I made seasonally. The new app doesn’t allow me to do that. I also frequently get knocked off this site, or my current list is deleted, there seems to be bugs they can’t fix. Once my list is made and I’m completing it, the old app would notify me if all my items were purchased. This new app doesn’t. That’s not a huge deal, but it was such a nice perk. It’s nice that Wegmans offers such a detailed database of all their groceries but I miss the old app. The new one doesn’t sort my list in the order of the store I select. Why?! The new app doesn’t let me click on items and zoom to see specific things on the packaging. Apparently I had more complaints than I thought. Hopefully someone reads this and improves the new app! ✓ It stopped workingI used to use this app all the time with no problem and it was very convenient. All of a sudden it stopped working. I keep trying, I’ve deleted and reinstalled. Sometimes I can’t even get past searching for my store, other times I can’t put an item into my cart. ✓ Just use the websiteThe app is the exact same thing as the website I’m pretty sure it’s just re-directing you to the website. Also why would you ever delete my grocery list after a few days? How dumb are you that you would throw away potential business, ever? ✓ Needs more optionsI absolutely love Wegmans subs but there’s no options under the customize page to add salt and pepper or sub sauce or any place to leave a comment to have those things added I was so happy when they finally added delivery being disabled I was going to be able to get them delivered but I can’t even do it now I hope they fix it and I will definitely be ordering from them when they do.Lumox1Version: 1.7

✓ Not WorkingI don’t know what changed with the update, but I’m trying to use the app and I keep getting the same error message “Oops! Unfortunately something went wrong. Please try again.” I’ve deleted the app, reinstalled it, no success. I’ve also tried using my laptop and had my husband try his phone and still cannot checkout. We get the same error message. ✓ No record of order when picking up curbsideWe used the app to pre-order two meals for my 87-year-old mother (curbside pickup). My wife waited in line to pickup the order and was told it did not exist. Attendant only wanted name (not confirmation #). Once evident that the order was not going to materialize, the attendant told my wife she would have to cancel the order in the app. That function does not exist...tried the number provided, which redirected to message “non-working number.” Might want to shut down the app until Wegmans gets this figured out?.ILuttVersion: 1.9.14

✓ PLEASE FIXFor the love of god can you update this app so it doesn’t log me out every mother loving time I try and use it. Half the time I have to order food as a guest bc once again I was logged out and when I TRY AND LOG IN IT SAYS “bad request” 😡 so frustrating bc now I can’t even track the order bc I placed my order as a guest!!!! ✓ Meals2GoThe merger of catering and meals2go was poorly executed. And don’t get me started on meals2go and the wegmans app - really dies anyone in IT understand how to better integrate apps? For example - I open my wegmans app, create my shopping list and then decide I want to order a meal/catering item. I open the Meals2Go from the pull down menu in the wegmans app ONLY to have to open the Meals2go app and sign in again. Wow. I would like to introduce you to the concept of integrated systems and apps. Also, even with app security - you can have single sign-on. Geez, my wealth mgmt app does that with outside institutions..JkopchoVersion: 1.10.6

✓ No Ingredients Listed plus Limited OptionsI need to check ingredients before everything I eat. I am constantly surprised at the harmful ingredients in the simplest foods. Roast chicken at two chains I shop with contains carrageenan, which reacts with my digestive system. This app lists no ingredients for any of the foods. It does tell you allergen containing ingredients such as soy, wheat, milk but that is not enough. I am disappointed that such a highly respected food and meal purveyor such as Wegmans does not provide this information. Then too the meals list is extremely limited to maybe 6-8 options! There are no separate entries listed so that is it. Not helpful when I want to access some of Wegmans fine cooking..KittyCaperVersion: 1.9.10

✓ Was 5 stars now 1I can’t get it to load, keeps spinning, location doesn’t work, other history won’t load, even trying through the regular wegmans app it will log me out. Never had a problem and used to order a few times a week. Had issues all weekend and at the store they haven’t even heard of others having this issue. I’ve reinstalled app, tried on various WiFi’s and also on LTE, I’m frustrated. They are also losing lots of orders from me. Rebooted phone, everything. ✓ Confusing??This app asks for way too much information just to order a sub sandwich!!! Like why do you need to know my birthdate? These apps are just selling your info to marketers and anyone willing to pay for it. The sad thing is EVERYONE is doing it. I just signed up with AT&T wireless a year ago and I get at least 3 spam calls everyday… never had issues before. ✓ Delivery is horribleThere’s no way to track where the driver is or when are they coming. No way to contact the driver without going through the store, which took 30 minutes to call you back. The delivery driver put my food on a building in the opposite building and didn’t even call me (found this out after 2 hours on the phone with the store). ✓ Pick up optionWegmans makes it easy to order, and purchase. However, not being able to add comments is super frustrating. Instacart does the shopping; they will text you when shopping- but if you did not see the text that VERY SECOND- you will miss everything. ✓ Horrible online ordering experienceI ordered food for my team at work through the meals 2go crap here, 3 days in advance. I received a message 2hrs before pick up time on the actual day saying that it got rescheduled for another day...what the heck?!! I didnt need it another day! Apparently there was nothing Wegmans people could do so not only they canceled last minute but the refund of the cancelation wont hit back in like 3-5 days. I had to pay out of pocket somewhere else for a rushed, last minute order instead of what I had planned and was expecting from days before with them. ✓ Can’t specify storeUp until recently, when I placed an order for no-contact delivery, I would get my food from the Pittsford Wegmans and could order from their menu. Now, all of a sudden, it defaults to the Eastway Wegmans and I can no longer order certain items. This is extremely inconvenient. When I spoke to someone at the help desk, I was told that this was because the app used “DoorDash” technology. How can this be? DoorDash allows you to specify the restaurant you’re ordering from!
