✓ Unable to send BTC to external walletI tried 3 times last week to send btc to an external wallet but they all failed. Raised support ticket but didn’t get a reply until yesterday. Was told to try again at a lower amount as the fees must have been higher than they estimated and therefore there were insufficient funds for the transaction, I did this and it failed again. I’m getting increasingly frustrated with his as I cannot access my btc and the customer support response times are slow. It’s an internal transfer and they keep skimming off the top from their own users. This would be like banks having the same level fee to transfer from checking to savings. ✓ Worst wallet everTrying to send BTC to Binance, this wallet would not let me send even if I leave 200 dollars available to pay for fees... how much are they charging in fees!? This is the worst wallet ever, they rip you off and you can’t do anything about it. No option to send max amount so you have to try several times until you figure out the fee, which is extremely high when you send BTC. I hate this wallet. It’s really annoying me. ✓ Scam!! Warning!!When you buy Crypto on Etoro, you can’t actually withdraw it. You don’t actually own any crypto unless you can withdraw it to your own personal on chain address. They keep all your money and pretend to hold the assets for you, without ever actually giving you access to them. Such scam, very sad. They have a ‘wallet’ app but it’s literally the same thing. ✓ TerribleThis really is a bad app. I tried to transfer LTC from the trading platform to the wallet. The coins have yet to appear in the wallet and it’s been 10 days now. I contacted Support and got an auto-reply saying it will take up to 7 days for them to reply. As far as I can tell, the wallet doesn’t support ADA or TRX. I guess this relates to the staking rewards eToro offers on these coins, but I don’t see why that should make a difference. I don’t mind not having the keys. I think wider adoption of cryptocurrency will see less people wanting this. Keep it simple. I would like to use Touch ID on my iPhone rather than entering my password every time I open it. As a UK user, I find it hard to purchase crypto because banks will often block transactions. The eToro wallet is a potential way around this (because eToro sell other assets as well as crypto, purchases aren’t blocked by the banks) as I could use the wallet to move coins to other platforms without going through a bank. But I need to know my coins aren’t going to disappear when I try to transfer them So far I just don’t have the confidence in this app..Version: 20.0.0

I had to send funds from the trading app to the wallet where I couldn’t send them or do anything with them for months. I contact customer service who keep saying I must be doing it wrong and need to lower the send amount to account for fees which I did upwards of 20-30 times. Upon providing them pics and whatever they needed they kept insisting I wasn’t doing it right. When I finally was able to get it to go through and got a receipt it showed that I sent it to not one but two contact addresses that were not the one I specified. Then I was told well that’s not our fault. EToro stole my funds and blatantly disregarded my issue. I recommend that no one use this company for any reason. I have an eToro account that I buy and sell BTC from. I downloaded this wallet and used my eToro sign in which worked fine. Except that the wallet does not sync with the platform so I get a note saying I have no BTC to trade. It is pretty worthless right now since all it is is a generic wallet. There are way better, multi currency wallets available to iOS. The only point in having this wallet would be to sync with your eToro account, which this doesn’t do. ✓ Not even Alpha stage - it’s horribleI installed this app on my iPhone hoping to put some of my coins in cold storage on my Ledger Nano X. First I went through a head banging experience of not being able to use the Paste function in the login screen to paste my 20 chat password (Seriously, eToro, this is such basic UI/UX stuff!) and was forced to enter it manually. Next I went through a buggy process of setting up a new wallet for BTC and one for ETH, both of which didn’t appear for a full 3 minutes after I clicked the Add button, with zero indication of what was going on. Finally I followed the instructions they provided that stated that once I installed and logged into the eToro Wallet, I would then see a “Transfer to Wallet” link enabled in the eToro app in the page for each supported crypto I had open trades on. GUESS WHAT? No such link is visible anywhere in the eToro app. I even restarted both apps and still no dice. EToro - HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO GET MY COINS?? I work in IT and can easily say that whatever QA team eToro has us clearly not doing their job. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLATFORM!.Version: 20.0.0
