✓ Buyer Beware!I got the app for the simple tasking of converting photos of documents into a pdf. After paying almost $50 for the extra features to do this, the app wouldn’t even allow me to email or get access to the pdf outside of the app. When I emailed support to get help, they had no solutions for me to get my PDFs out of the app nor did they know how to process a refund. So now, $50 the poorer, I have moved on to other apps that actually work (and for free). Don’t waste your time or money with this app - It’s a scam..Version: 2.68

✓ Awful productI have just bought it (with no way to cancel it) and the quality of scans is awful. The resolution is very poor. It is in black and white only. No way one can contact the Customer service as the push button on each email inside the app is grey, i. e. not working. I have to bite the bullet but will cancel at first opportunity..Version: 3.15

✓ Horrible appI got the premium free trial so I could send some documents to my doctor in a pinch. However, after taking the pictures (which was incredibly hard to do I might add) the app continuously gave the pop up that sharing and saving is only for premium users (which I already had subscribed to). Not to mention, what type of scanning app charges $50 to turn a document into pdf? What good is scanning if you can’t do anything with the scan? Horrible app imo, look for a different scanner..Version: 1.20
✓ ScamMy family and I are shocked and appalled at this app, its developer, its support, and everything in between. The “free trial” prompted an automatic and unavoidable $50 charge, which made my father very happy. Then, it was impossible to reach the developers and their support staff and get to the bottom of this. Looking at other reviews, I did make one mistake: being utterly stupid enough to download this app. I cannot believe this was the first result for searching “pdf scanner” in the App Store. Before I noticed the charges, I also noted how difficult the app itself is to maneuver, so even if you are ok with paying $50 for this service, it’s lackluster and frustrating. Shame on everyone involved in the creation of this abomination of an app.Version: 1.28
✓ All they do is steal your moneyI used it once for the 3 day trial but the scan was so blurry I couldn’t even use it. Then I can’t find how to cancel the trial and no one would help me. Deleted app took my credit card off iTunes, but sure enough one month later I had to put my card info into iTunes again and now I’m charged $50 for this worthless app. I have now sent another help ticket through their contact me tab on app so they can tell me how to cancel so I don’t get charged again!! I’m afraid to click on anything on the app because I don’t want to get stuck signing up for something I never wanted..Version: 1.28

✓ Can’t use without paying. Not free.It should be against App Store guidelines to post an app for “free” if you have to pay to use it. You literally can’t do ANYTHING in the app without paying. Which is fine, except that it’s a “free” app. Wasted time scanning and saving docs just to find out that I couldn’t do anything with them unless I pay monthly. ✓ CHARGED $50If you don’t want to get automatically charged $50 through the iTunes Store after the 3 day trial, you have to unsubscribe through iTunes Store. I had no idea that was how to do it and I didn’t know I would be charged automatically. Customer service said I have to refund through Apple and Apple won’t refund it. Angry I have to pay $50 for an app I used once and deleted the same day. Also the trial price of $50 is MORE than the regular subscription, how does that make sense???.Version: 1.30

✓ Still undecidedI’ve just begun to try out this app, but my initial impressions are this: 1) the image quality of the scanned document is so-so 2) the images didn’t automatically save in the order I scanned them but it was fairly simple to move them around 3) the app is quite user friendly, so I got started pretty quickly I think overall this app is a quick and uncomplicated option for mobile document scanning, but it could use a few minor adjustments to streamline and make even better..Version: 1.30
✓ What?I saw good ratings and it did have a future to capturing the borders of a document. However I can’t get this app to export proper in an email in a recognizable pdf format. I found another app for four bucks which works fine and exports right to the Google drive. Trying to get my money back I don’t know if this is a scam or what. Pro for 30 bucks it was very odd I also noted there’s a three day trial with $50 there after? Are they trying to take advantage of people who forget to cancel in three days. ✓ Horrible app do not use!!Downloaded app to submit my documents via email in a professional form. Upon uploading my documents to the app, I selected option to email documents. I then received a pop up alert in the app stating that in order to use this service I needed to submit a review to use the service for free. I submitted a review and when I retired to the app, he service actually was $69 for the year. This app played my life for a good review and did not uphold the devices promised. Don’t waste your time or money, find a different app!.Version: 1.30
