✓ It’s good but......It’s a great game and really fun but the problem is that you only get 3 jobs to do and once you do all of them it’s Boring and it’s kinda glitchy still and the houses are really expensive as well and you don’t get paid much in working but my main thing is please get more jobs on there because with just 3 jobs it gets really burning.Version: 0.94

✓ Good GameOverall I appreciate the fact that this game exists and is free with no interrupting adds & not having to wait an hour or so for jobs to be done such as painting like in other games. This game is very well put together graphics is great no unnecessary noises music foreign languages etc no long introductions and is very easy to figure out which is interesting, after a couple hours it tends to get boring, but I would love to make some suggestions of my own. As part of adding new and different houses on the market maybe refreshing them every day automatically and adding bigger renovations mini tasks and daily bonuses, it would really be great if maybe we were able to place faucets such as toilets and showers in places We want them to be, and to add a couple more options of furniture decor and utilities etc... this would really be wonderful. . This is already a good game but with a few updates and upgrades it could be great. I can’t wait fo future upgrades..Version: 0.952

✓ Pretty Fun but could be better!Overall the game seems to be a clone of the PC game House Flipper. For a mobile game it is pretty good, however the game does have some limitations and bugs. The lighting in the game needs to seriously be updated as well. I can barely see what I am doing in some jobs, which makes cleaning up dirt difficult. In the bar job (which I have done twice), it was so dark in one corner (literally pitch black), I had to blindly click until I found the spot of dirt. There are a few bugs here and there too, like I placed a plate in a sink, and it started jumping. Could you also offer more variety of jobs please, and make sure the game doesn’t give you a repeat job (as previously said, I had done the same bar job twice). Also I have noticed you have the infrastructure in place in many jobs for items such as radiators, yet in all the jobs it isn’t required to install them. Can you please maybe allow for this to be part of a job (otherwise what’s the point of having it there). And could you please add in more variety of furniture, especially clutter items. I am currently doing up the place I live in, and there is almost no items to fill up cube shelves (most of the potted plants don’t fit, and neither do books). Also could you add in some jobs that allow us to do up the garden with the included garden objects please..Version: 0.981
✓ Fun and FrustratingI would rate higher, but there’s a bit of a scam to this. They offer you 2500 coins for $1.39 but no matter what you push, you can’t get the offer? I though if I just purchase the 500 coins for $1.39 it will automatically apply the offer and it didn’t... there’s no way to contact the app developer to ask for a refund or to apply the proper promotional amount. The clean up takes a long time and the jobs don’t pay well compared to the price of items, however the concept of the game is actually fun. I just wish there was a way to contact the developer to provide feedback and or bring up concerns and have them fixed..Version: 0.987

✓ Great potential.. Needs a little more detailI do really enjoy this game. But the features are very basic. I have some suggestions that would improve the game play quality for me. Firstly it's frustrating that I can't see the value if my current property unless I leave it and go to the basic house. Secondly, there is no way of monitoring the value increase on the property, it seems as though I'm make very little money on my property after renovating and refunishing it. It would be useful to be able to access this information to clarify what items or repairs make the most profit. ✓ Has Potential...BUT...I would have to agree with “StickLeaf” this game does have potential but I feel more as if I’m doing janitorial services more than flipping houses. Most of the “Jobs” I pretty much know what to do without looking at the required items since they are constant repeat. You also need to have a more better “Tutorial” I was stuck for awhile while cutting the grass in the backyard and still had to figure out why it still showed not completed when I went over it a zillion times and I had no extra grass. In this situation you need to use the rake to go over bald patches of grass to have it all even. The furniture and decor and repairs needs more options these are pretty blah and outdated like back in the days you know.. bring some actual modern decors and more choices. It’s kinda hard to make a house look nice with a ugly yellow couch. None of the furniture or repair colors will match and look nice and they are pretty blah. This game has GREAT POTENTIAL but since we are the 21st century I believe the game should play the part and look more updated instead of old fashioned. More different jobs as well would be nice and more often instead of every 3 hours and actually “flipping” houses for a good profit would be even better..Version: 0.972
✓ Great game but needs more itemsI love this game but I find myself getting bored after a week. It would be great if there was more items for backyards, maybe a garden design competition? Also would be nice if furniture and wall colours were updated a bit more. I find that the furniture all has the same colour scheme and things like the curtains only have a choice between red, black or blue which doesn’t always go with the room that has been designed. ✓ Great Idea, but...The game plays really well, the main issue is money and progression. I’ve just done a house cleaning and earned $520 for about 5-10 minutes work, but one of the higher paying jobs that I’ve done which takes about 15-20 minutes only gives about $300 profit as you have to pay for the materials used during the job. Shame too because that kind of job is perfect just needs a much bigger payout. Also, buying, upgrading and decorating houses should be profitable. No point buying and renovating a property if you only break even in the end when you sell it..Version: 0.952

✓ Good but more can bed doneLet’s start with the pro’s very similar to the original game however there are things that could be drastically improved. Earnings are low a lot of hard work for little money especially when items are expensive. Profit again you can spend a lot of money and make very little profit I’ve spent £10,000 on a house a made a loss ??? It’s house flipper ie make money not just a few quid. Old furniture is not even worth selling for low insulting prices and if renovations another property through work common give us some money for the sales. The back garden OMG how much rubbish needs to be back there cut it down and I want to use the garden section but it takes along time to clear almost 100 pieces of rubbish. 🙄🙄🙄 Needs more items in the shop more paint wallpapers, floorings bathroom choices kitchen choices bedroom choices and more matching. ✓ Please readI have mixed feelings about this new update, I like it but the way that you guys categorised things are really throwing me off because I'm used to the way that you put them before. It's very hard to find things now. I don't like that you cant choose which work place that you would like to go to first, because with the tactic that I had it was going from the highest payed job to the lowest, now i cant do that because the game chooses it for me. I also don't like that you changed it so that only one object thats supposed to be in that room only gets shown. I don't like the price changes i was so close to getting the house that i wanted but now its like 420,000 to get it, Im really upset with that. Now its time for the things that I like about the new update. I like that you added humans that actually walk on the streets. I like that theres birds now. A suggestion that i do have is that making the mirrors actually have an option to work, like in the setting menu theres an option that if you want the mirrors to be reflective or not. ✓ Need to make profitThis game is promising love the graphics, gameplay and features but kind of gets tedious and needs more rewards for when you fix a house and flip. There is little reward for all the effort and purchasing of decor and furnishings adds no increase in value for flipping you just get your money back which is a let down when you don’t make a profit for the effort. This should be a feature so that the player makes money rather then doing up someone else’s house (in game job) and earning that way. I would suggest an auction for house flips or a realistic property value price where we actually make money for all the time and effort because it’s a let down to not earn from flipping which is what the main objective of the game is. ✓ Love itHello! I just want to say, I absolutely love this game. You don’t find many games like this. But there are a few things I can’t get over. 1. We definitely need more options for decor, furniture, paint colors, flooring, etc. 2.The missions are always the same, which makes it hard to play. I’m sure I’m not the only one getting annoyed with the same missions over & over again. 3. It would be nice if some missions, we could work on the outer part of the house. Just cut grass, or pick up garbage. 4. We should be able to change the color of the houses too, that would be nice. 5. Definitely would love to see more houses we can buy & clean up to resell. Overall it’s a great game, but the same thing over & over again is getting old & I don’t play it as much. I was addicted for the first week & now I’ll play it about 1-2 times a week. ✓ Enjoyable but...I enjoy this game, the basic furniture options is slightly annoying but it’s not that big of a deal. I HATE the daytime/nighttime. I end up turning my phone brightness up to see and then my battery dies in 30 mins. I have a new phone. If you could fix that it would be fabulous! Reasons being: You can’t have different coloured furniture, decorations or the outside of your house. ✓ Amazing at first..This game was amazing at first, I have waited soo long to find a game that is like this & got addicted to it pretty quickly. It’s easy to get used to the controls & exciting at first. ✓ Great game but some things need fixed.Besides the graphics and everything the game is spectacular. There is many problems I can point out which is the missions are always repeating and they eventually get very boring. Another that needs to get fixed is the tools you use to do stuff like the weed whacker can be upgraded to like a riding lawn lower or something. Another that needs to happen is you should be able to roam around the neighborhood and be able to walk up to a house and buy instead of using the little gadget tool. And since they have the cars in the game you should be able to drive those around the neighborhood also and drive up to a house to buy it. Other than those things the game runs really good on my iPod 6th Gen and it doesn't lag at all. Please come out with a update soon and make sure it is worth the wait. And another this is the pets you should be able to react with them and another is since there is beds you can sleep and since there is sofas you can sit and since there are TVs you should be able to watch TV. ✓ Great game but......This game is both addictive and repetitive. I love the making money aspect of the game but it is repetitive. I have also noticed that when I have cleaned mark Kelly’s house countless times, the main living room says there is 1 more trash to collect. I cannot see it anywhere. I have even deleted the prior soles furniture to try and find this mysterious trash but cannot find it. So the result is me losing money in the final completion. Adding the grades ad part of the cleaning regime will be a nice update. Cleaning and doing projects for the bigger houses needs more of a bonus otherwise cleaning marks house is more worth it instead. Well done though..Version: 0.952
✓ Fun game but…I really enjoy this game, however, I have been playing it for a couple of weeks, and I have noticed the jobs are very repetitive. Cleaning the same houses, using the exact same Decour and wallpapers as part of the task. Even though there are multiple roll papers and carpet and flooring etc. to choose from… I just don’t understand why all of the tasks are the exact same mission. I also don’t really understand why all of the furniture is not more modern, or the wallpaper. Everything seems pretty outdated, makes it difficult to want to decorate your actual virtual house, because everything is very old style. Very 70s. I would consider spending money on this game if it had better options. Unfortunately because it does not, and the missions are basically very repetitive, I find that I may not play this game past another couple of weeks because it is becoming so boring and repetitive. ✓ Not all badSome parts are fun, but I HATE cutting the grass. It takes so long, and half the time there’s grass inside the trees that you can’t cut. Also, trying to hunt down that last splotch of dirt can be very annoying. Also, chairs should be able to go under tables/desks, you know, like they actually do. ✓ I love BUT needs more!! limited!!I love this game but I honestly think it could do with more ‘work’ to earn money and also to earn MORE money for example you renovate and clean a house, by the time you have bought the stuff asked for, your literally earn a few £100 that is all, it says ‘£2500’ for example but missing out that the furniture and decor you have to buy will come up to about ‘£2100’ so your really only earning your own money back on top of a few hundred which is pointless because then it takes a longer amount time to make homes yourself and enjoy the game which is annoying and also I think the should be more choice in furniture, be able to change furniture colours and more decor choice, it is all so very limited, the game is really good it just need improving. You get addicted but then bored very easily because of how limited it is, and how long it takes to earn money without having to spend your own. ✓ Fun game but a few issuesOver all I love this game it is so fun to play, however, I have some slight issues such as in the jobs sometimes there are glitches when placing the books as when I place a set of books it doesn’t recognise it as what it is asking for and asks for it again. Also I think the time for when you finish the jobs to wait for more jobs is too long. The last issue I have is that I wanted 2 Dalmatian dogs as pets so I bought 2 but it says that you are unable to settle 2 of these pets so I wasted 500 coins on a dog I can’t even settle into my house. I think you should be able to have 2+ of the Dalmatian dogs or any pets that it says you are unable to settle 2 of these pets. I hope you can improve this game due to my feedback..Version: 0.985

✓ Love the game needs some improvement thoughI gave 3 stars because it is a great game and I love it so much and play it all the time but a couple months ago I tried to open the game and it just kept loading, I thought it was a glitch so I waited 10 minutes and it never loaded. Everyday I check to see if the game will open and it doesn’t. I have good storage so it has nothing to do with that. I hope one day it will magically open but for now I just have to wait. Also it needs some tweaking up. Sometimes when I go to put an item for a job it says I didn’t place it so I keep placing it and it still doesn’t so then I have like 8 thousand bookshelves and it still says I need to place the item. I also think it should be multi played so that you can play with friends and let them into your house. Since the cars are so expensive I think it would be necessary for them to be driven as well. The jobs take a lot of time so I think they should be more money. There should also be different seasons and weather like one day it’s snowing the other it’s raining. I think the mail boxes should be able to open and you should be able to leave your house. There should also be a grocery store that you can go to and buy food. I love this game so much as it is but it could get so much better! I hope you take some of this advice!.Version: 0.987

✓ I liked it but needs a lot of workI was so excited to play this game, because I saw one of my favorite YouTubers play a game fairly similar to this one. Though at the beginning I was so happy and excited I found that there was only three job options. I got over it but it got boring pretty fast. Also when I was renovating my first home I was putting cabinets in and the bottoms were not able be put edge to edge with rage other. So there was about an each or so between all the bottom cabinets. Also there were no options of color or style in most renovation options. When I got done with renovating my home I bought the second one and was trying to renovate it. When I exited the game I came back maybe 2 hours later and none of the paint or the flooring was there anymore and it didn’t give my money back. So I cleaned more jobs came back painted and put flooring in and tried saving it but it wouldn’t let me go back to cleaning the jobs so I had to exit the game again. When I got back it was fine though later I got more money and ended up buying cabinets and a stove and a sink and saved it again. But still wouldn’t let me do more work to get money. So I exited and came back and none of my work was there except the flooring in the living room/kitchen and the bedroom. I really liked the game but it really needs a lot of work and fixing. Also maybe more design options as well; with the furniture, flooring, tile, paint; cabinets and etc..Version: 0.94

✓ Major glitchy gameThis game is a much needed break from all the boring repetitive games currently doing the rounds. I feel it does however need more choices for decorating and furnishing houses and the lose of profit when u do a decorating job needs sorting. Other than that I was totally enjoying the game even with the odd time it would freeze and I would need to restart it. But today I have tried from morning until night to get the game to load but it keeps freezing and then the screen goes grey. We need lights for the outside to go on the wall, bunk beds with only top bunks, more variety for colours on the curtains, furniture for a baby room like a crib & stuff like that, change the colours of carpet on the stairs or be able to remove, have more children's items, also being able to get rid of a doorway or make it bigger, a function to see what a colour of paint on the wall or what the flooring looks like & a function to store items so you don’t have to re-buy. ✓ This app went downhill.I first began playing this game last year, and I quickly became addicted. It was fun, easy, and a nice way to relax. I recently got a new phone so I decided I wanted to play again. When I opened it up, it seemed to be almost the same as it used to be. You start in a house, and you can decorate it however you want. I then went to look at the section that furniture and houses used to be, and I saw I had an office. I went to the office and now I can’t get back to the house. I tried to make the best of my situation by cleaning up the office, but it still says it’s not clean. I swept all of the dirt, picked up all of the trash, and even spackled the walls. It is still telling me that I need to clean around 12% more of each room. I truly think your update ruined the game for me and many others that enjoyed playing. Now there is a limit on how much furniture you can put in a room I believe? That’s unfair to me, either that’s a capacity or it’s the amount you have to reach. ✓ CREEPY VIBE EVERYONE READ THIS!This game is pretty great and it’s not filled with adds and psychedelic like a lot of apps these days (trust me, I am an anonymous 11 year old who just wants a good renovation sim). But is has a really creepy vibe. Even when it’s day time there is literally NO SIGN OF LIFE except for a few creepy cars on the road every five minutes! The shading is so realistic it is eerie. I legit feel like something is gonna come out of the terrifying darkness and kill me or something. The visuals give the impact of a horror game and I feel like the house is abandoned and the pizza boxes look like they have blood on them. Please add some NON CREEPY humans that you can interact on the streets and add a function where you can explore the neighbourhood and make sure it’s not all houses so add some parks or beaches or something. Night time is also extremely hard to get through and it makes it hard to see dirt. And I feel like this is the kind of land a LOT of creepy things would live in.
