✓ Really good, but I have a suggestionThis device is great! It has changed the way that I interact with my home. But recently I've found when I'm in a rush, it takes a while for me to find the app, wait for it to load, wait for it to make sure there's no errors. And I thought "hey, a widget for the lock screen would solve all these problems!" If that could be done, I could see a lot of people that would use this feature. But still, 5 stars on the actual product..Version: 1.1

✓ Great productJust got 1 today, easy to setup and use by following the instructions carefully. Tested it all, working perfectly as it described. I am going to get another 3 tomorrow. Cheap and handy. Can able turn on anywhere. I am not afraid of the dark anymore when going home late. I wonder if I can able to turn on and off when I am overseas? It would be great to pretend someone is at home all the times 😊 There are too many Burglary around my area. I am enjoyed this product so far. One of the best thing I ever bought. 👍👍👍👍👍.Version: 1.1
✓ Great camerasAwesome cameras, long battery life before needing to recharge. Good graphics and reliable and good notification system, definitely recommend and will buy more for other parts of the property. We can safety check on our property while we are away, the sound and picture quality on our iPhones are fantastic..Version: 1.1.4
✓ Mirabella Genio (Led lights)When I first got my led lights I instantly fell in love with them. And this app was so great! I really anted the remote led lights but when I got the app I was like “Stuff the remote!” But the annoying part was that’s e had to disconnect our wifi and put this on and then reconnect and turn it off again so it was stressful but after that the app started to go slow and it takes like 10 seconds to change colour and it’s annoying but I’m grateful that I have led lights!.Version: 1.1.3
✓ Please help me!Hi mirabella Genio! i just want to say that i’m confused on how to do something. so i have a google and obviously the sis set light and i wanted to link it to google so i could say “hey google turn on light”. so i went in “me” and clicked google assistant. and on your example there were 2 bars at the bottom. the top one said “link with google assistant” and the bottom one said “view more ways to link.” but on my screen it says “ link with account password” and if i clicked the arrow it would take me to instructions. how do i link it???? pls help. (i have the google assisztant app btw).Version: 1.2.0
✓ I love themI love these cameras I brought 1 then 2 then 3 then 4 I loved them, They are so easy to instal and for the price the quality are much better than I thought I want to buy more of them they are that good. The two way talk is really handy to speak to people at your front door. I would 100% recommend these cameras..Version: 1.1.4
✓ Automation at its bestThis product works well I have purchased a few more devices for around the house. There is always an anomaly in that my wifi takes a few seconds to 20 seconds to get the video feed. Sadly that’s WIFI and speed of the internet. Have front door video a street camera and I installed a few wifi lights around the house. 👌✅👌✅👌✅🎄.Version: 1.1.4
✓ Wifi camerasGood platform easy to operate but there is some lag time between camera and recording if it was on point this system would be a lot better and you would sell more a lot of people I know have same experience there for the hard whierd cameras has less faults there for is still a more reliable system memory capacity is also an issue upgrade both memory and instant den ore no delay and will have the market for most convenient cameras to youse and buy is good but could be better :).Version: 1.1.2
✓ Good, but app needs moreAffordable smart devices that are fairly easy to setup. Having to tweak the wireless router to only transmit 2.4ghz just to set devices up is a pain. App needs more functionality, for example the IR smart controller function is a mess when it comes to setting up a custom remote, as it won’t save. The doorbell camera would benefit if you could turn on/off the night vision manually and maybe a schedule for PIR, as even on low setting it picks up trucks and buses going past on the road. Maybe a suggestion box on the website would help as I imagine a lot more users will want more functionality..Version: 1.0.9
✓ Great bulb and nearly great appReckon it needs widget functionality for quick colour changes without having to open the app, and needs to be able to let user add personalised color presets so you don’t have to keep changing the settings. Otherwise, spot on 🙂.Version: 1.0.9
✓ Handy and simpleThis is a reasonably affordable system to smart light up your home. I like the ability to schedule, dim and also choose colour tones. I find the ability to adjust the brightness really handy when on video calls as my natural desk lighting changes right throughout the day and night. Supplementing this with subtle or strong fill light is great. Would like to suggest a little more flexibility for editing the scheduling automation functions. You kind of have to start again if you change your mind about a particular light’s timing etc. Apart from that, I use this system daily and it works great for me!.Version: 1.1.4
✓ Pleasantly surprisedWife bought the camera from Kmart as a cheap way for us to initially keep an eye on our dogs while we’re away. Didn’t expect much from the app or the camera but it works a treat. We recently moved it out front as kids have been throwing rocks at our house and it’s awesome! Picks up all motion and alerts us and has good video quality. App can be a little slow loading but for the price and for a free app, we’re both very happy and will probably get more soon..Version: 1.1.4

Feature request: One suggestion I would love to have a new feature in their Mirabella Genio app is the possibility of Picture in Picture in iOS with their cameras so I can use phone for something else while checking the camera! ✓ Really good but suggestionThis is really good, but I have a suggestion. I have the Genio LED portable night light, and it’s pretty good except for a few things. When I open the device menu where I can change the mode, if I go into scenes (device scenes not smart scenes) I can’t add a new scene, meaning I have to change an already existing scene, which I don’t want to do. Next, if I go into smart scenes, I can’t set a colour or scene for it to go to when I run a command on it. Overall, really good but these suggestions could bring it from a 4/5 to a 5/5..Version: 1.2.6

I’m on a fixed income and the $99 for camera and free app not only saved my life as an exboyfriend and 2 of his friends were inside my home and didn’t know about the camera but the alarm on the stopped me 5 minutes before I got home and the night vision clearly showed what I would have walked into. ✓ Widget PleaseLove all your products, between me and my flatmate we probably share more than 30 different smart lights, wall plugs and projectors. ✓ Great devicesI got 3 devices(camera and 2 smart plugs) 2 years ago and I’m still using them. I don’t know the other products so I cannot compare with it but Mirabella Genio products and the apps are easy to use and I don’t have any issues at all. If I need to pick up a problem, I would say I cannot find the same products in Woolie, Coles or K-mart anymore(I think it used to be there around 2020). This is kinda problem cuz I wanted to get more but I don’t want to spend much time to find the products. Overall, very satisfied.Version: 1.1.4
✓ Pretty good 😏 BuT……..I got a Genio light projector for Xmas last year (2021) and at first I loved it but…….. In the app you can create your own scenes name them , put a picture on them and more. The problem here is which really isn’t a problem anyways but if u don’t wanna get outta bed and grab your controlling device/phone and change it to one of your scenes you have mad in the app, when you save a scene it should automatically come on for example : When you press the side button of the projector it should come up with your saved scenes instead of what the app has put. ……………….. The app should also allow you to have the colour black. I really want black bc it would be really cool. My friebd got one for her birthday and she wanted to have black but she couldn’t bc it DOESN’T HAVE BLACK!!!! You can create white but it doesn’t work very well. It doesn’t show up in the best way. I fo like this app but sometimes the projector itself is just better. I hope the creators of this app and the projector sees this because my friend agrees with me and I’m sure others do to. ✓ Positive ExperienceOnce getting the system installed (not easy requiring a company software engineer also himself to require assistance), it works beautifully. Only issue now is the settings turn on after a power failure is restored but yes, the lights do turn off at the next OFF cycle. HINT: I needed to create a seperate wifi account to get the system to sync. Strange really. Makes no sense..Version: 1.1.4
✓ The wifiOk don’t get me wrong this app is awesome and so are the L.E.D strip lights but it’s a bit dumb that you need 3G internet for them and you can’t use 5G, 5G is the better wifi anyway. My parents are split and I was gonna have em at my mums because I am there more but it said I need 3G and not 5G, I only have 5G at my mums so I had to take them to my dads witch has both but like I think it should work on 5G as well bc it’s not fair that some people won’t be able to use em at all bc only have 1 house and only 5G internet..Version: 1.1.4
