✓ Best temp job app!!I LOVE this app! I recommend it to all my friends. I was working an AWFUL job this last summer and ended up quitting a month before college started back up. I was stressed how I was going to earn enough money to pay tuition, given no where would hire me for only a month. Lo and behold, a friend suggested I try Bacon!! Best decision ever! The app is seriously as good as it sounds; you select a job, show up and work the shift, and get payed! Every company I’ve worked for has been awesome. This app gave me the freedom and money I needed! Even though school has started back up, I still pick up a shift whenever I have a day off! ✓ Perfect for non-committed jobsI have a normal 8-5 job and still able to find a job after that helps me out with some extra cash for that week. I love this app and option to not be committed like a regular temp agency. I can work as often or little as I want. But, it you did want to look for a permanent job, the work places will also offer you jobs if their looking to hire. So either way you can’t lose!.Version: 2.3.0
✓ Gig work done wellReally loved this app last year! Both my Husband & I did quite a few shifts & loved how easy it was to select jobs & get paid quickly! Word had gotten out now so we haven’t done as much with it recently, but we hope more employers will be added & provide more shifts to be available. ✓ Help me with my billsI was let off my full time job and came across this app. At first I was unsure but I gave it a try and was surprised to find jobs paying 10 to 14 dollars an hour and is flexible day to day work. ✓ Do your job and you’ll love itAs long as you treat this app as a real job and not just say like “oh it’s just an app”!! NO!! This app can take yu very far if YOU DO YOUR JOB!! It’s very fun you can work in almost any state that they are available in.. ✓ This app is a great help to me!This app has been awesome for me finding work with my crazy Mom schedule. There are a few things that could be improved. Wish that I could set the distance instead of it always reverting back to 50 miles. Also wish I could search by day instead of having to scroll through all the days. I worked my first job yesterday and they wanted me to come back but there doesn’t seem to be a good way to easily reserve a spot for a certain worker. Maybe there is a way to do these things but it is not apparent to me..Version: 2.3.0
✓ Can’t log inIt’s a great app but all of a sudden this morning I couldn’t log in and they’re saying my email isn’t linked to any accounts, so I can’t complete “forgot password” successfully. Please fix or help please. Still cannot log in even after bug update yesterday. It’s very unfortunate because I know at this point, I’ve missed out on shifts I actually need to work due to money issues. App still not working after update, reached out to you guys through email, they keep telling me to make sure I’m entering my email correctly. ITS NOT WORKING JESUS😭.Version: 4.0.4

✓ Amazing appBacon app has been truly a positive experience, it’s a relief from having been in temp agencies for many years and experiencing nightmare work experience. They are analytical in finding you the right job for you, they pair you up with amazing companies that have also high ratings! ✓ It’s NOT a scamI completed a shift on May 20. Still haven’t been paid. Seems like a good idea. Only explore if you enjoy doing manual labor for free. UPDATE: I remember that guy ☝️ so young and naive. It turns out this was bad timing. I signed up and completed a shift right before they implemented Stripe, and all I needed to do to get paid was accept the terms for Stripe. Once I did that I got paid pretty quickly. Changing from a 1-star to a 5-star because the app works and the people that helped me resolve my issue were very nice and helpful..Version: 1.1.6

✓ Good conceptI think this app will absolutely take off. I’ve used something similar (Jobstack by PeopleReady) and what I like about this is you don’t have to worry about getting the paper job sheet like you do with PeopleReady. You just select the job and go. The only thing I don’t like about Bacon is there’s a few bugs in the app but I’m sure they will work out over time..Version: 2.3.1

✓ Actually legitThis is the only app that has given me reliable contract work. I’ve made over a $115 on my first week on the app. The more you work the more job postings become available. If your a backup worker, you show up to your gig and the business states they don’t need you. you’ll still receive some type of payment just for driving down.
