✓ Option for driversApp is amazing but to make it even more amazing it’s need to add option where driver press to take them back to depot as sometime driver end up in the middle of nowhere signal are bad, google map don’t work cause no signal so to use the app option button will b great. ✓ MohammedI totally agree and support the idea that says the drivers should be given or told which postcodes are available so they can pre plan their Routes , and that’s why most of the drivers they don’t not accept any blocks at a peak times or at evening blocks coz they will not know which area or post codes they will be going so it makes them think twice to accept the blocks or not. So it will be very helpful if you could let the driver know the available post codes for the Blocks-.Version: 2.92.1

✓ Filters issuesHas anyone else facing the same issue like me where i cannot use filter to see only blocks which i want to do because if i use filter option all offers just disappear suddenly and when i diasable the filter option all offers are still there , in short my flex app is not letting me use filter option at all, do someone know how to fix it? tried updating , deleting and downloading again the app, downloaded app from different apple id but still couldn’t use it.Version: 2.97.2

✓ I’ve had a terrible experience using this app!This app is very undeveloped and a total pain to use! There are NO blocks for hours on end, you have to refresh it continuously for hours if you want to find work. Then every single block I click on to schedule, it says someone else booked it immediately. It’s ridiculous. The filter feature for filtering blocks is useless… you can’t filter anything without making it so you won’t see any offers at all because there’s a glitch with selecting the time to filter. I’d give it zero stars if it could. I really wanted to enjoy the flexibility of driving Flex, but this is more of a headache than anything. $18/hr is not worth the stress! 👎🏾.Version: 2.107.2
✓ Honest reviewHonestly the app has improved from when it first came out. The only thing that I can really complain about is the fact that they have hired on so many flex drivers in my area to the point we’re there isn’t enough batches available for every driver. You have to basically be a night owl to get the ones that are early in the morning. Even then it’s a hit or miss. I have 4 different delivery station around me and yet I can’t seem to get any batches unless I stay up all night and wait for one to pop up. Even then your depriving yourself of needed sleep if you have anything to do during the day time. I was given a tip by another flex driver but it’s not one that I’m wanting to do to waste my gas to hope for an batch to pop up..Version: 2.118.6
✓ IOS devices ProblemsThe app works great not going to lie but, there is a big problem on IOS devices (not all of them , i think it depends on the app version). The problem is that every time i work with a partner we both have the phones linked up together and every time the one that is the "helper" the app is always crashing making us only working with 1 phone. Gps is alright i know some housing states are new and the roads are not there yet but the way that the computer or (someone) does the routes are so bad that i can drive up and down the same road 8/9 times in a single shift and that only burns time! Other than that everything is ok just the IOS problem is the major problem. PS: Add and option on the menu to tell the drivers where are toilets close to us that will help everyone..Version: 2.108.2
✓ Very goodI think it’s the best navigation app, better than any other delivery companies, I’ve read the review of a guy saying that it would be quicker taking a picture of ID… I don’t think so, because then the person will have to go and find the ID, not everyone has the ID on them 🤔.Version: 2.109.1

✓ Maps functionAs a suggestion, the maps function when on your route is really poor. It doesn’t take into account live traffic reports to send you on the quickest route to your next drop it sends you the only way it seems to know. Waze app uses live traffic data and will re-route you if there’s heavy traffic/accidents/road closures etc. Utilising something like this would ensure on time delivery and improve the overall service we are trying to offer..Version: 2.78.7

✓ Performance review jeopardizeI love delivering smiles to clients on your behalf And I do so with so much pride, professionalism, care, passion and enthusiasm however is SO MUCH UNFAIR that my performance review is based on a missed package when the package have been given or delivered to the client and you believed the client putting My loyalty to you under the table and measuring my performances base on clients story. What about investigating more whether that is a client that typically would report missed package to avoiding paying for it or to get a 2nd package or item. What about taken both stories in consideration and filing claim thru your business as loss and replace your clients item but don’t put the blame on me when you know my record impeccable base on my background check you did. ✓ Safety suggestionSafety suggestion: Create a “dark mode” for the flex app. The bright background of the flex app is very hard on the eyes while driving and delivering after dark. In some cities and counties, it is illegal to drive with a light on at night while in the car because of how hard it is for the eyes to focus on other vehicles, signs, and road hazards. The bright white background of the FLEX app makes it difficult to refocus on the road and on obstacles while driving and delivering in the dark. Please make an effort to change this incredibly dangerous part of the flex app. The bright white background of the FLEX app is dangerous while approaching homes at night; it drowns out surrounding vision making it difficult to see oncoming obstacles, such as steps and curbs. More so, it also makes it very difficult to see potential threats such as a stranger approaching or a dog approaching in the dark while delivering on foot. Please make an effort to change this incredibly dangerous part of the FLEX app. I have tripped and fallen twice while delivering packages at night while using the FLEX app. I have also been approached by strangers at night while using the FLEX app to complete a delivery. Due to the bright white background of the flex app, I was not able to see these hazards or potentially dangerous situations while delivering. ✓ Love HateI like flex because it allows me to make money on a flexible schedule. They do love to send you 40 plus miles away, there and back that’s nearly 100 miles a day on your car. You get to the warehouse to pick up your packages you wait 10-20 minutes just to pull in. The load time is another 20-30 minutes and I feel like that’s a lot of wasted time. Flex could be way more organized. When your out delivering if you need support you put in a request and they call you back…. Not cool! I flex for extra money to keep me from having to go get a job and exposing myself to Covid. Flex pay is not worth the wear and tear or the mileage you put on your car! They say your safety is important but I don’t see it. Lastly they might send you thru a turnpike to deliver! It is not the delivery drivers responsibility to pay toll fees!! Be aware!.Version: 2.88.2
✓ Good gig appWhile the app isn’t perfect, none are, it works pretty well most of the time. As far as the job itself goes, the biggest issue I have is getting too many of the routes that have you driving nearly an hour before reaching the first delivery. You know what that means, when you are done you can be an hour from home. Sometimes I feel like the flex drivers are getting more than our fair share of long distance deliveries because it’s our vehicles that are on the line. When the winter days get short I won’t take routes in the dark, you never know what you will get and I’m not willing to find myself miles from any town on gravel roads and possibly sketchy connectivity. I do like the work though. If I could get daytime routes all year long I’d take them 5-7 days a week..Version: 2.85.1
✓ Could be better.It’s not too bad but there’s a few improvements to consider. 1. When fallowing a route the map zooms out too far and sometimes can be difficult understand which road you need to turn into. 2. When selecting blocks, it would be useful to see the first two letters of the available postcode area for the block. This would help drivers know which areas their going to in advance and able to pre plan routes to the area and advoid traffic. Also for example- if person ‘A’ lives in a CT postcode and person ‘B’ lives in the opposite TN postcode, surely it would make more sense for drivers to do their more knowledgeable area to ensure all deliveries are easier to find and complete, plus it’ll say a lot of time and fuel for each driver. 3. Taking a photo of the customers I.D on an AVD package would be faster and more accurate than inputting the details manually..Version: 2.84.1

✓ Getting worse not betterAs I went up to highest standing (Fantastic) and highest level rating (4) you would think, my opportunities to get scheduled blocks would increase but, instead, the opposite happened. I see many illegally resorting to bots to catch all the blocks. My scheduled opportunities are now less than half what they used to be, even as I made it to the highest rating standing. I written several times to to Escalations Team about the matter with no response whatsoever to address such concerns. It’s like the mafia has infiltrated management and is working inside on behalf of those illegally profiting from using robots and bots to get all the blocks available. ✓ Parcel deliveredThe app should allow you to take pictures of every delivery. I am fed up receiving emails saying parcel not delivered when they all were. The company thinks your keeping items when clearly the customer is either lying or someone else has lifted it. Photos with every delivery is a secure way to prove you delivered it..Version: 2.98.1
✓ The AppI’ve found that the app is very good and normally when delivering it 99% of the time goes to the correct address. There does seem to be a generic address which is always wrong in Leeds. It goes to an address called Wynter Avenue which is an industrial Estate. The first time it directed me there I was late to my last delivery as I had to call the customer who couldn’t speak English then in the end I ended up just using the address on tjhe parcel to get to the correct address. There is one issue that is really annoying when you get called back to deliver more parcels. The app should give you all the parcels at one time rather than being called back sometimes there is traffic and you can’t back in time!!!.Version: 2.84.1

✓ Good app needs a few improvementsOverall I find using the app fine. I would like to suggest the following; Map zoom needs to be closer as sometimes it’s too far to see the correct turn to make. Routes are pre done for the driver, but to have a choice of doing the route forwards or backwards would help. I find that a lot of my routes take me further away from home/pick up point. If I could do the route backwards, without having to select every drop manually, it could save a lot of time and could even cut down the amount of time required for the route. Helping drivers finish closer to home/pick up point would help me get more slots booked because I can get back at an earlier start time. I will be honest and don’t find driver support helpful. A lot of the people I speak to can’t help if something happens on a route and tell me they are not part of that team! (This has happened a few times) Having options of what my issue is before coming through to someone who can help would help improve the app, speed up any issues on route and overall make the driver feel safer..Version: 2.86.1

✓ Not good anymore.I used to really like this app until it stopped showing current block availability in favor of future availability. For example, it’s Sunday morning and there are no blocks listed for today and only one block listed for tomorrow which is Monday. However I see Tuesday and Wednesday’s blocks in entirety for the whole day. Now I have to spend endless hours refreshing for blocks that trickle in one by one but can’t get them as someone has claimed the block. I’m sure it’s easier for others to claims blocks I can’t see. I’m concerned with working today and tomorrow right now I don’t care about what’s happening mid week. This is now resulting in days not worked and now block prices don’t update often anymore either..Version: 2.96.5

✓ I make roughly $1600 CAD a monthI’ve been doing this for about 3 months now, and I’ve been raking in about $1600 CAD net profit a month. $50 a week for gas in my Toyota Corolla. $1600-$200 in gas=$1400 a month is decent for a side gig/part time work. ✓ Room for improvementGood but sometimes blocks are left up even after someone has accepted them, making it take longer to find an available block on the offers page. Also the map never shows road closures which I understand can be hard to track but some roads have been closed for ages and it still takes me to them even after logging it. Lastly, sometimes the map will take me to the complete wrong area of the city, especially if there’s a new build which I understand but to tell me to go somewhere 15-20 mins away instead doesn’t make sense and sometimes it’ll take me into fields no where near an address..Version: 2.97.2
✓ Good navigation but one issueIn terms of navigation I think this app is brilliant and better than other apps I’ve used and better than my TomTom. It will take you right outside the house and is incredibly accurate. The only issue about this app I keep having it keeps marking me late when I collect parcels. Even when I am really early it will mark me late which is annoying. I have contacted support several times and they are absolutely clueless.Version: 2.82.1
✓ App works fine.This app works fine for me. Once you get approved you get blocks and you either decline or accept them. The work isn’t all that hard, but you just have to knuckle down and do it. Some blocks are easy whilst others are much harder. Pay is ok. Only issue is fuel prices, when they go up your expenses are much higher. Overall I’m happy working with flex..Version: 2.104.5
