✓ Good concept, lacks substance.I enjoy the idea of the game, but it’s missing a lot to make it entertaining more than 1 day. I love racing games of all sorts, but this I have a hard time wanting to continue. Firstly, there’s no motivation to keep playing. The starter craft is just as good as the boat you can buy for 6k diamonds so there isn’t really a need to switch to something else, other than aesthetics. The coins are useless, they are only used to up the value of coins and the “flip boost”(which the npc’s don’t have). The levels are more you vs the track than opponents, resulting in an unchallenging aspect to the game. Second I’d like to see more game modes, time trial, endless, pvp, etc. As the game is now, it’s fairly repetitive having the same type of obstacles just under a different look, making it feel like each level is basically the same. I’d like to see improvements like near miss bonus, clean race bonus, missions for frequent than 8hrs and a lot more of a challenge..Version: 1.0

✓ Flippy race, more like Trashy raceThis game is very fun and addictive. Would recommend to kids, teenagers and adults. I started the challenge to get the croc, using 3 fuel every 3 hours for a duel race. However, I automatically thought when you win this boat/character you can get their powers it used in the duel races, so i spent a lot of time trying to get this character. ✓ Too many advertsAs there is roughly 3 different adverts pooping up between each turn there is no point of playing the game as it’s just time wasting. ✓ Ads ads adsI’m not usually one to write reviews but I couldn’t give this one a miss. I think that the game concept is fun, though a bit repetitive, and a good time-burner. But when I say ‘time-burner’, I mean it! The ads come up after almost every single play - it is unrelentless. This game is just ads, ads, ads. ✓ The coins are absolutely worthless..So I was a huge fan of this game. I have been playing it since January... but then I realized the coins are 100% meaningless. The only thing you can buy with coins are flip boosts and coin value increases, which just makes the amount of coins you get go up... however... since the only thing you can buy with coins are those two boosts, it’s a never ending cycle of spend coins to get more coins to spend coins to get more coins. Even though they trick you into thinking you’re “getting more coins and progressing in the game”, in actuality you’re not progressing. Coins mean nothing. And yes... this means the magnet boat is pointless too... you just attract the coins you end up paying to get more coins to use on coin boost increases... Its a never ending loop that tricks you into thinking you’re progressing even though you’re not progressing towards anything..Version: 1.4

✓ Not happy.For starters, the game is awfully repetitive. Eventually, you stop getting new tracks and end up repeating the same 5 tracks over and over. The boats are all for looks — they don’t give you any special features that will help you win the races. I ended up saving two million coins because realistically the power ups don’t help either, so the coins are a waste and I didn’t need them for anything. If you’re looking for a game that will challenge you and keep you interested, then this is not the one for you. I only kept this game on my phone because it was something to absentmindedly do when I was bored or anxious. It became so easy that I could zone out throughout a whole race and still get first. My final complaint is that a week ago I opened the app and all of my progress was deleted. I had almost every single boat, one thousand gems, and millions of coins. To be put back on level one with zero coins, gems, and only one boat was annoying and was my final straw to delete the game. ✓ Used to be great but now it’s poorI’ve been playing this a couple of years now and currently in the top 250 worldwide. But over the last couple of months this game has become terrible. Adverts popping up whilst you’re in the middle of playing a level so you then flip over and lose. Freezing glitches are very common too also resulting in you losing. Then there are those levels where you’re flawless, get everything spot on and yet somehow only finish second! This used to be my favourite game but now it just frustrates me. An advert at the end of each level is fair enough but during game play... Totally unacceptable. Avoid this game and I will be hitting delete too :-(.Version: 1.4.7
✓ Excessive ads, fun gameI love the game but you get a 30 second ad after every single game. Each game is only about 10-30 seconds long, depending on how long you survive. So over half of the time spent playing this game is watching ads. And the only way to prevent ads is to spend $3. Who the heck is going to spend $3 to remove ads on one app that they aren't going to ever think about after one month? Imagine spending $3 on every game you downloaded. Apple needs regulation on the amount of ads and ad length on their apps because otherwise no one is going to play these games. I don't want to sound mean, I think Ketchapp does a great job on their games with excellent design and fun, unique games. It's just really hard to enjoy a game when you are constantly watching ads. I know you need to have ads to make money, so that you can pay your employees, so that you can continue to make these apps, but maybe cut back a little bit? Or maybe just have like one 30 second ad after 5 games instead of one after every single game? ✓ Good but needs fixingGood, fun game. Only thing that needs changing is the coins. You can buy boats with gems but the only thing you can buy coins with is a coin booster and a flip booster. The coin booster makes the value of the coins higher (eg get 2 coins for every 1 you collect) and the flip booster means you get more coins for each flip. This means that collecting any coins is pointless as you actually have nothing to spend it on that more coins. I think you should be able to buy more things with coins like - an upgrade where you can’t sink for a certain amount of time, a head start, boats..Version: 1.2.1

✓ My opinion:The idea behind the game is good, however it was clearly not well thought out. for a bit this game could be classified as “fun” but after a small while you begin to realise how boring it is. not only is it infested by ads, it crashes, glitches. but one thing that has really annoyed me is that on a certain map, one with arches going above, i would speed off and ramp and the arches would cause me to crash and have to restart that “level”. it also is quite hard to actually progress in the game, since the coin and speed upgrades seem to do little to none. also after playing for what, 10 minutes, my phone will start to be really hot and only these ad-based games really do that. overall, this game can be a good thing to play to pass time, however it gets very boring and is very buggy. ✓ You reach a point in the game where it’s pointlessI loved this game at first. And it was supper fun and addictive for the first week or so but soon noticed something. In the game you earn both coins and diamonds. Diamonds are used to buy new boats and coins are used to buy a faster “ boost “ and increase your coin value. I’ve been playing for an while and I can say for sure after a point in time their is no difference in your boost speed. No matter how many coins I get and how many upgrades I do to my boost speed their is not a change after a difference. So the only thing left to spend my coins are is upgrading the coin value. So I upgrading the coin value to collect more coins to buy what?... just more coin value. Furthermore the different boats you can buy have no performance difference. They just look different. It would be nice if they looked and performed different. I want to play the game more because I had so much fun when I was upgrading the boost and getting new boats. But it’s kinda POINTLESS now. ✓ Impossible to PlayI used to absolutely adore this game a few years ago and stumbled upon it once more while checking what apps I used to have downloaded. When I first updated the game I was met with several lag spikes that kept on going no matter how long I had been playing the game. This was unusual for me considering that I have never once had a problem like this and my device is up to date with IOS and works perfectly fine. This paired with the insane amount of ads and repetitiveness of the game makes it absolutely unbearable to play and gives you many reasons not to. ✓ Can’t Win The Duels After 24...I like the game. I win pretty consistently on the “normal” races. I thought that when they came up with the duels, that looked pretty fun. Why did they pick that you had to win 30 times to get the Croc? That’s a weird number. Wouldn’t 25 have been more “normal”? Another thing with the duels. I’ve won 24 times. Now I can’t win at all. The Croc throws these urns at you when you are jumping & it totally knocks you off the water track so far that it is impossible to land back in the water. It is also now extremely accurate with the urns so that when it throws them at me, it ALWAYS hits me causing my boat to stop. The Croc is so fast now that I can barely overtake it and if I’m winning near the end of the race, it zips past me so fast that there is no way to win. It goes by so fast that I might as well have not been moving. My boost is at 730%, so you would think that it wouldn’t be that much faster than I am. I haven’t been able to beat the Croc in a couple of days & that’s with me putting all my gems into buying more gas cans. I have even tried using different boats, but in all honesty all the boats react exactly the same so it doesn’t make a difference. The normal races are fun. The duels after a certain point can’t be won..Version: 1.4

Every opportunity to put a add in they will including by letting you double the coins you earned in a run or try out a new boat. I'm not asking for them to entirely remove adds but maybe one every 3 games, you can watch them to double your coins after a run, you can watch one to try out a new boat, and you can watch one to earn gems. ✓ Lacking some aspectsThis game was really fun when I first got it. I was totally addicted! But then I realized it’s not all that. If you think about it there is really no purpose in getting coins. When you get coins you can’t buy anything but two different power ups: coin value, and flip boost. Which increase the amount of coins you receive. You can’t buy boats or anything else with coins. So what’s the point? Your earning coins so you can upgrade to get more coins then upgrade again, etc. So why earn coins if you really can’t get boats or anything really with them. You’re really just gaining coins then spending coins to gain more coins and so on. This app would be great if you could buy boats with coins. Also all the boats perform the same, they just look different so why spend more gems on a boat that performs the same. The only boats that do something different are the banana, unicorn, magneto, rocket ship, and ducky which cost about 3,000 gems each which is almost impossible to earn. :\.Version: 1.3.1
✓ Useful for wasting timeThis game is fun in the beginning but once you figure out the nuances on flipping and avoiding obstacles it gets boring rather quickly. Building up your gem bank to purchase better boats does absolutely nothing in the way of better performance as you would expect in other games, it just gives you something to work towards I guess. As for the race itself, you race in a shotgun start, meaning you begin in last place and work your way through the pack, which by the way is all within the game, you are not actually racing against other players. The way the game is set up you can run a perfect race (not hit any obstacles and land flips on every jump) and you may still not come in first. You are almost better off hitting something as it bunches up all the computer racers and actually makes passing them easier in some cases. I experimented and even stopped racing for a few seconds and when I started back up almost the entire pack of racers was bunched up right in front of me. As you progress and win races it tells you that you have unlocked a new track, all they do is recycle the same tracks over and over with the colors changed and different jump configurations, nothing worth getting excited about. What would make this game fun is if they would make the track have some curves, you’re essentially just drag racing a straight track. For me, this game has run its course..... it’s no longer fun.Version: 1.2.1

I wasn’t paying any attention and I was in a rush to get to the next game, so I accidentally pressed the button that I didn’t want to press... there should have been an “are you sure?” Button, BUT THERE WASN’T!! Almost over half the gems I’ve been collecting for a week GONE! I suggest that there is an “are you sure?” Button on EVERY purchase. Also, the game could use more daily challenges. I think it’s kinda repetitive with the levels but there are some differences between them. The game sometimes lags as when I’m playing the game makes my character slow down and it just stops my character for some seconds. The lag is not bad but when it’s a racing game it is not very helpful to say the least. I play it often and I like the idea. It’s hard at the beginning but after a while it gets easier. 7/10 would download if you are bored and have no WiFi. This game is better when you don’t have WiFi. ✓ Good gameIt’s definitely a good game but it could be better. this games biggest problem is that after a while you realize you’re just playing the same levels in a loop and playing just to level up. They could easily make an online mode with a (ranking system) where you play against x amount of players, but online you all have the same flip boost - then they could have boats that you have to pay with real money for - i’d buy a boat or 2. also there’s literally an ad almost every other game but i guess its free (it costs 3 dollars to remove ads but i don’t know if it’s fun enough to remove them, this games just feels like a demo - it would feel a lot more complete with an online mode, i would definitely pay for stuff as long it’s not pay to win, but you guys wouldn’t have to with cosmetic items.Version: 1.3.1
✓ Good games but...The good news is that the developers create fun and entertaining games. I don’t deny that. But, and this is coming from someone who knows about Admob and other PPC integration, is it really necessary to have a pop-up ad each and every single race or episode? Sure, you guys (and gals) need financial compensation. I get it. But to annoy your customers with ads after every race is overkill. With this many ads in the game, you’ll more than likely lose money rather than make a substantial profit in the long run. And trying to force your customers to remove ads by having them appear every 15 seconds is bad for business, regardless of the business you’re in. I mean, think about it...would you watch tv if a commercial interrupted your program every 15 seconds? Hell no. Likewise, there is nothing wrong with having ads integrated in your games so long as that they don’t appear so often that they drive away your customers. ✓ Gets you frustratedThis game is good and all but.. I’m just done with the adds popping up in the middle of the game. I was annoyed with it and I just came back from exactly THAT happening when I was right behind the A.I bot in 1st place while flipping. An add came up and I clicked the x in the top right corner but that caused me to fail the flip. Another annoying thing about this game is that you have to be in first place to get onto a new track. Why not in the 1st-4th range? It’s very irritating, especially when you get tired of trying to get first place just to get onto a new track. Neither does the game have an actual level count, so you can’t go back to a different level you played. I don’t see the point in the coins too... after a while you will notice that when you keep charging for the flip boost, there is no difference in it. So what’s the point in trying to collect coins anymore? And the boats.. the boats, I was expecting them to have a better boost than the one before, but they are all the same! The A.I players are much faster than the boat you use, and are able to flip you over when you can’t flip them over! The game has so much more little errors that screw up the game I can’t even count! Overall, the game is not that good as it looks, with all those adds of this game on my screen looking so fun to play, I was convinced it would be decent, but no.Version: 1.3.1

I paid to get rid of the ads to make playing more enjoyable but each level is basically the same as the last. The challenges are a good idea but can be achieved fairly easily. I don’t understand the point of collecting coins when all you can do with them is upgrade to get more coins but you can’t buy anything with them! And you can earn gems to buy new vehicles but there doesn’t seem to be any difference between them and you can’t upgrade or improve them at all. ✓ Overall good but…I love this game and it’s a Time consumer and it’s fun to do. There are just a few things I have issues with. The first one is the flip boost. When you get flip boost, it makes you go faster, but when go faster ands flip, you automatically die. This makes no sense and i think it should get fixed. You would think that the flip boost should only work while riding on water, not in the air. But it works on both. And it annoying. The other thing is the controlling. Now the controlling definitely needs to be worked on because when you are n the air heading for land while flipping, when you try to turn, you still flip. And that makes you sink. So I suggest that when I am trying to turn, you make me stop flipping and go straight. Then once I’m done flipping, make me go back to Normal. Another thing is to make the controlling more percice. When I was driving or flipping, I would try to turn a little, and it would make me go across the whole ocean. Please fix this so this game can stay fun and awesome! ✓ Great game but poor in app advertsThe game it self is pretty good and I’d give it 4/5 stars. However what let’s it down is the in app adverts that keep appearing after every race and some adverts don’t give you the option to skip or close. For example a “Word Wiz” advert asking you to install for free has been designed in such a way that you cannot exit the add to resume the game play. It forces you to go to the App Store every time you touch the screen! I have force close the app and go back to it to play! ✓ Ads and flipping plus peopleOkay first off this is super fun game but the worst thing about it was that whenever I got in the game an ad would pop up on the screen and I would get out of it then this only happened like 3 or 4 times but when I got out of the first ad in the middle of a race another ad would pop up. ✓ Would give 0 if I could.When playing the game, the computers continuously push blockades and things into the area I’m trying to go through. And I understand that that’s the point is to make it harder but it’s also unfair that I can’t do anything to get out of the way or stop it, and that when I run into an obstacle, it will say that I drowned when I didn’t even flip to begin with. This game is really cool and all but it has a LOT of errors. Especially with the crocodile. When you’re racing it, the croc can break through obstacles and leave blockades behind but once you have the crocodile, you can’t do any of those things. You get a lot of feed back and most of it is the same, such as how you can’t do a fourth flip no matter how much space you have to do it, but you never change your game to fix these major errors. ✓ Few IssuesHello, beside all the issues I, myself find, this game is kind of fun. So let’s talk about the issues. First, you start your race and flip and do everything else. (That’s not the issue) Later on into the game, you may lose or die, whatever you want to call it when you can’t continue the game. This is where the issue comes in! We can’t continue the game! What I mean is, most games let you revive. Like press “revive” and then watch an ad, and boom! You’re back where you last was. It’d be cool if this game could do the same. Unfortunately, in this game you lose, you lose. No coming back. I don’t want sound like a sore loser but it might help this game gain more gamers. Some people ARE sore losers. So once they die over and over, they give up and delete the game! But with the “revive,” they’ll get a second or third chance. We all will. This will make people not want to delete Flippy Race! ✓ I’m literally so madLook yall i got this app and it was SOOO fun for the first few MONTHS. it was my go to game and i loved it. but i PAID for several things on the app, (to remove adds and for a new boat)i believe that the app had a glitch in it. there’s 5 free gems that you can get every 3 hours. but i noticed that on mine the timer stopped. sure enough i pressed on the button to get my gems and it still said that i could get 5 more i was confused because it’s only supposed to give you 5 gems every three hours. i pressed it again and it gave me 5 more. i started pressing it over and over and it gave me over 1,000 gems. i was excited to get so much free gems but when i left to go race some more, my screen was frozen. i closed out the app and tried again. it was still a frozen screen. i was getting disappointed at this point. i shut my phone off like power off, turned it back on and went back to the app. the app opened. but to my HUGE disappointment all of my gems and coins were lost. there were adds on the game (which i had paid MY OWN money to get rid of!) then looking on all of my boats... i had lost every single boat that i had ever bought and paid for. all my progress was lost and i couldn’t be more disappointed with this. can anyone tell me how to get my money back?!?? i’m👏losing👏it👏👏👏..Version: 1.4.4

✓ Very bad.I was so addicted to this game when i first got it. I thought it was so fun. However, after observing the app and coming more familiar with it, i realized a few thing. First off, the amount of ads are ridiculous. This goes for almost every game today. Also, when you do the “flip boost” it literally doesn’t change anything. Your boosts stay the exact same no matter how many times you spend your coins on the “flip boost”. what is the point of it if it literally does NOTHING to your boats? oh, and there are some cheap boats and some expensive boats. However the boats are the EXACT SAME SPEED. Every single one of them! No matter how much you spend on a boat or how much money you put into the flip boost, the speed of the boat is the EXACT SAME. ✓ Good but a few problemsI love this game and it is so much fun, but it does have a few dowbsides. First of all, there are two different ways to buy things: coins and diamonds. With coins you can buy boosts which are absolutely useless, and with dionands you can buy things like boats. It is quite easy to earn coins and i have about 300,000. But it is really difficult to earn diamonds, but those are what eveeyone wants, so basically, i am stuck with loads of useless coins and almost no diamonds. Flippy race also has an option to play duels, you only get 3 for every 3 hours, but you can use diamonds to refill them. If you win 30 duels, you get a boat. I thought the boat was really cool because when you dueled it, it could break through barriers, so i used loads of diamonds to refill it. When i finally got the biat i found out that it didnt actually do anything special and that i had wasted all my diamonds..Version: 1.4
✓ Coins and boats are pointlessWhen I first started playing this game I was hooked! I love buying new boats and upgrading my boost and coming value! Now, I realized it’s just a waste of time. Sure the actual game is fun, but it gets boring repeating the five tracks over and over. Also coins are pointless and here’s why: 1: The flip boost doesn’t actually upgrade. I have 400% flip boost and it’s still the same as when I started. So flip boost is out and what’s the other thing to use coins for? Coin value. Great! So I can use all my coins to do what? Get more coins?! Also, I used to love getting new boats but now I realized, what’s the point? There’s no difference from the beginning to the 800 diamond boat! The only ones that are actually better are the 3,000 gem ones which are impossible to get. Love the actual game but the coins and boats are pointless..Version: 1.4
