✓ Horrible AppThe Cox Business app works twice a month… if I’m lucky. It is always have issues and errors and connection problems..Version: 5.1.0
✓ Doesn’t work and more issuesWell, needed this app this morning and turns out it won’t work with iOS 12.4 (the worst update from Apple in a long time). Add to that and the Cox MyAccount system will only handle 25 accounts. I have over 30. Not a great system..Version: 1.0.8

✓ No more call forwardingAfter removing call forwarding from the app, now you have to log I to the website to set up call forwarding. If you donut off your phone it. Takes 5 minutes to finally set it up. Please fix this. Why would you remove call forwarding from your app and make it so difficult. This is really the only reason anyone needs to use the app or online account on a daily basis. PLEASE PUT BACK CALL FORWARDING.Version: 5.1.0

✓ Thanks for throttling my speedI’m still in a contract with cox business internet for another two months but decided to switch to T Mobile 5G home internet since cox was delivering speeds nowhere near what I’m paying for. There’s no excuse for getting less than 10mps if I’m paying for 100mps. I now pay $30 less a month with T Mobile and get speeds up to three times faster. Didn’t expect to get 300mps through my cell phone provider but I’m truly grateful since I need reliable internet for work. Cox does not take care of its customers and I’m happy to have other options in my area now so I’m no longer trapped by their subpar service..Version: 3.8.0
