✓ IPhone 12 Pro Max - No live feed / constant bufferingHey Dev Team, The app will load the available cameras and lets you open each view but buffers constantly. I also cannot roll back the footage for each of the cameras. Spoke to a Cox rep who said uninstall and reinstall the app, I know this works occasionally but was not a factor for us. App was working fine on a prior model : iPhone XR New iPhone 12’s were purchased and the app was loaded with the same consistent issues across each of the phones (No live feed, can’t view old footage, buffering, etc). I call cox all the time and they just say “we’ll try to uninstall the app” Completely useless.
