✓ New Upgrade issueI love this app and highly recommend it for everyone!!! I’ve been using it for couple of years and it’s just delightful. One year ago I purchased it with no regrets. However after recent upgrade the app works very slow and sometimes even can’t find common using words. Hopefully this issue can be fixed. The reason I gave 3 stars now is because of app’s bug. ✓ I paid for download and it doesn’t work off lineI paid for download. The charge ran on my credit card. I keep click in download and it doesn’t work. I says it is downloaded but every time i am off line i request me to go back on line to see a definition. When I click off line, it wants me to charge again. Then I uninstalled the app and download it again. Now it is asking me again to pay. It even says i did not pay. Yet my back card has the charge. No email to write this company. ✓ Words lost after the update of the dictionaryI cannot find the emails or any contact of the app developers so I have to come here to provide my question. I have used the dictionary on a daily basis for a long time. I haven’t got any too bad experiences with using it. But I found that the app has been updated to a newer version automatically when I started the app this morning. Then I checked the words/phrases that I added to “my favorite” and found nothing is there. It took me over one year to accumulate the words, but now they are all gone.
