Authentic, useful and easyThis app was recommended to me by a friend. Being someone who has a lot of panic attacks and anxiety, and who has had CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy), i can say that the app is really similar to the sessions i would usually pay for. This app has saved me many times and i highly recommend it. It is free and no ads which is something i cannot say for most other mental health apps. I find it easy to use despite my OCD which sometimes involves frustration with typing and tapping buttons on apps for example, however this app has somehow been easy to use even with such the notoriously difficult keyboard. Really helps me through a lot every day. Thank You! :).Version: 1.7.15

So far so goodExcept when I have to type in my passcode I have to open my keyboard 4 times for each time I want to put a number into the bubble I have to tap the bubble to open my keyboard, each time tapping the next bubble individually.Version: 1.2

Wow!I recently discovered this app and I love it so much! The only thing I noticed is that the app seems to crash a bit and it is always asking me the same questions as when you create your account everytime I open the app. Aside from that, this app is amazing!.Version: 1.4

Not just for young peopleI found this after downloading their harm app. This is excellent and yet another that is made for teens but actually works really well for everyone. I am an educated person who subscribes to highly rated apps made for adults. But I have had anxiety and depression since at least eight years old. I hope they realize this app would be useful to a broader audience and make it more known. They can state it was designed for teens to explain the format but also state that it works well for adults too. Either way, thank you for an excellent app..Version: 1.5

Incredible appDespite very low expectations, I am wowed by this amazing app. There are an abundance of excellent tools which help deal with fear, anxiety and many other emotions. The buffet is well designed not to overwhelm but to deal with the fears and the situations that may be causing them. If you have anxiety or stress I would recommendAt first I was kinda confused about things but then I saw that you can do activities and I started right away. There are many helpful activities and this app really helped me when I had a panic attack. It’s also completely free, with no premium or adds to get in your way. Great game helped calm me downI liked this game very much, and someone had recommended it to me and it helped a lot to calm me down during panic attacks. I also loved all the options to “clear your fear” like the mindfulness and joke box 🥳 My only complaint was that there wasn’t many activities besides the breathing one and the other ones I listed. Fantastic for immediate reliefStumbled upon this app from a Tumblr post and it is amazing! It has a section for you to input your own ideas of how you like to calm down, as well as activities to do to calm and distract yourself. There’s also breathing exercises and panic attack assistance. The one thing I would like to see on this is an option to create an account and log in. I would mainly use this on my phone but I would occasionally like to use my iPad. However, my data is treated separately because of the two devices so it would be nice to have the option to log in to more than one device so my data saves and can be accessed elsewhere. Things like having to manually input your calming strategies on multiple devices is a little annoying..Version: 1.2

Helpful, but annoying glitchI found this app extremely helpful and very easy to use and perfect for times of stress and anxiety. However, every time I open the app after having closed it down, it asks me to put all my information in again (the country I'm in, age, secuirity question etc) basically I have to set it up every time I open it, which is really annoying. Hopefully this can get fixed because in a panic attack, I would not have the patience or clarity to fill those questions out again. But, other than this I think the app has a sweet simple design, is very easy to use, has lots of very helpful techniques and is effective at calming me down when I need it..Version: 1.3

Great App, Great Results!I am absolutely awestruck by this app! I have had it for 4 days and my mood is getting so much better, along with my anxiety and stress levels. I love the breathing exercise as I find it hard to concentrate on my breathing without a visual and it has given me just that. And if you are thinking that it's ONLY for fear, then you are wrong. I love setting myself goals, and although I'm goal-orientated, I think that it would help for people who aren't. Another thing that I like about it is the "Grit Box" feature, which allows me to feel uplifted and empowered. Even if you are confused as to what you need from it, this app almost goes step by step to find out what you need. Tracking your progress is so simple and helps you reduce your stress and anxiety as well, even though it is just monitoring. Amazing app, would highly recommend this for children, adults and people of all professions that need guidance with anxiety, stress or phobias of all types..Version: 1.6

Good app!This app has been so helpful for me when my anxiety flares up and very useful for calming me down! The breathing feature is especially helpful. LoveThe panic attack calm downs have really helped me take some techniques and use them outside of the app as well and is my go to thing to really help me calm down. Bht lately the audio gets choppy and cuts out which is really not helpful in the middle of a panic attack.Version: 1.6.1

Perfect App for people with AnxietyI may be young but I downloaded this to help my anxiety thinking I would have to pay for things and it would be rubbish but this is an amazing app and it has helped me so much. Useful but need improvementThe exercises on this app are very easy to understand and helpful- however, the app is very hard to use on an iPhone XR- the typing boxes don’t work very well and it tends to crash. There is also no way to journal without completing an activity, making it frustrating if you want to immediately journal in the app..Version: 1.5

OmgThis app is fantastic beyond my belief the features relax me and de stress but the developers do other apps called calm harm to help self harm and move mood to help with depression so if you don’t think this is right for you I have all of these and they really help if you are having therapy or working with someone talking over this will really help too.Version: 1.7.15

Super Helpful with DepressionMy sister recommended me this app months ago and I hadn’t needed to use it until tonight. Well I wasn’t set up for anything so I’m trying to get everything set up while I’m crying and spiraling downward. When I finally got everything entered and could actually use the app, it was incredibly helpful. After doing one activity my crying stopped and I did a couple more just to make sure that I was calm enough to try to sleep. The only complaint I have is for some reason I couldn’t get the one where you stare at a scene to work. I kept pressing the play button, but nothing happened so I did it with the play button in the middle of the screen, I think I didn’t get the full help and experience from the activity but it did still help some. I would love to see this app continue to grow, and this is now my go to with my emotional struggles..Version: 1.6

Fix this and I’ll give 5starsThe only issue I have with the app is that every time I open it I have to fill out the information again as if I just got the app. It still has my safety net contacts saved and my things I can do list, but I have to basically re-create my profile every time I open the app, and for someone with anxiety who may need immediate help, this is not a good thing. Perfect support for OCDI have OCD, and I’ve been having trouble finding a good app to help calm me down between therapy sessions. Some apps help you deal with panic attacks, others have you set long term goals. This is both! There are activities for emotional support, but also areas to reflect and build a support net. There is so much stuff it’s rather confusing at first, but once you explore it’s very helpful..Version: 1.7.13

Room for improvementGood app overall. But I’ve noticed on the My journal, every time I got on it the days and time change to what it currently is, so for example if I do an activity at 3pm yesterday (Wednesday), when I go onto my journal it will show up as the current time and day, not when I actually did it..Version: 1.2

Opening the appThe app is great! I’ve found it helps me relax and keep track with my worries, but the only thing is when you login/open the app I’m asked to fill in everything again like country, age etc etc but if I have a problem I wouldn’t have the patience to fill everything. A couple bugs but overall I like itWhen I go to the section to input my age and gender, it won’t let me click the age one, I click it and it just shoots me down to the gender one and won’t even let me select my birthday. Also the notifications don’t seem to be working, I have push notifications on for it and have them turned on but I don’t get notifications for any of my goals. Other than those things I really like the app, it has good information on different mental illnesses and I like all the different features, I just wish the goals thing actually gave me notifications like it said it would..Version: 1.4

I’m wowed!This app is so extensive and an amazing addition to my collection of self help apps. I would put this on-par, above, or at least very complimentary to the SAM app. It’s very impressive and I can already tell it is going to be a valuable resource to me, minutes after downloading. I have a slight problem tapping on boxes to type in them, but it’s nothing I can’t deal with considering how incredible this is. I am going to tell my therapist about this app so she can recommend it to her other clients. Very good, want to see more!I found this app while actually looking for ways to deal with overstimulation associated with autism and ADHD. though this is not the direct purpose, i found this app to be extremely accessible and intuitive to use with a lot of grounding tools to help me when i’m feeling overwhelmed. i would love it if the developers of this app considered the idea of an app meant to be used by people who deal with a lot of issues in regards to stimulation. it’s not often that you see such a straightforward approach to mental health, and this sort of treatment should be available to all kinds of people..Version: 1.7.15

Good startAfter just a few uses, I find this app to be useful. It’s simple, has an easy to use interface, and helps my moderate anxiety and ocd. I have an iPhone XR and the app is not optimized for this screen, though. It took several taps for me to use the monitoring/journal boxes, the passcode has to be done 4 individual times (does not automatically go from one to the next)..Version: 1.2

Friendly Interface - Needs Android CompatibilityFriendly interface. Easy to understand. Some apps are too overwhelming with how they use metrics. This app is no pressure. I’m an adult (31) and it works great for when I’m really feeling low. I am also a mental health worker and use this as a teaching tool for some of my youth.
