✓ Stolen my money!I absolutely loved this game but when I went to buy a pack of diamonds they happily took my money but didn’t give me my diamonds. The coins not transferring to the next country is stupid. I have played many cooking games and transferring coins always happens. We earned them so why can’t we keep them. The level in Japan - once you get to the 60 combo level they want you to upgrade and your coins are still in the USA and they do NOT send enough people to make the 60 combos. Disappointed. ✓ Played for 2 days and nothing like the adThe first day I played it o was obsessed with it but the second day you have to move your and so fast it’s impossible. Now every 2 games I play I have to wait 30 Minutes all because my “energy ran out.” ITS A GAME HOW DOES YOUR ENERGY RUN OUT!? Also, it was nothing like the ad! In the ad all the food was already cooked and all you had to do was give the right order, but actually you need to make the food. I even bought a starter packet to help with spoons and get me to the next world.. didn’t mind because I hadn’t had to purchase anything in like 80 levels... well I got to Paris and it’s next to impossible to pass any level without spending spoons, they don’t give you enough customers forcing you to buy/spend spoons to make the level.. ✓ FrustratedI like playing the game! It’s fun . . . until it cuts off. No reason - just cuts off. Usually happens when I am at the end of a level. When I get back on - I not only have to start that level over, but I’ve lost a life . . . even though I was winning before it cut off. ✓ Was fun until...This game was pretty fun until you get to a certain difficulty level, and then it becomes impossible to win without spending money, either because the goal is unreachable in the time limit, or because if you fall a level too many times, you have to wait thirty minutes to be able to play again or pay money. After a while it stopped offering for me to watch ads for a second chance, and the only option was to spend money or get penalized for thirty minutes. I don't mind games with tons of ads (which there are in this game) but if you can't even win it without paying money, not sure what the point is. ✓ Fun but expensiveThis game is addicting, but as you win higher levels, it gets harder. When you run out of time, they want you to purchase diamonds to add more time (100 diamonds for 30 seconds). Other than the daily videos, there is not another way to earn diamonds for free. The daily videos don’t offer a lot of diamonds, so you either have to pay or wait weeks until you can build diamonds back up. I will be deleting this game..Version: 1.0.59
✓ Can’t afford to play any longerLove the game, didn’t mind the ads but have reach the point that you cannot win a level that is a time mode with out using spoons to extend time, you can watch an add for ten seconds which you do not actually receive no matter how fast you close the ad, and unfortunately I don’t have the money to purchase the spoons. ✓ Love the game but it is a bit of a scamThe game is highly addicting and I find that the levels hit a point of absolutely impossible forcing you to need to spend money. Also, I purchased a starter pack and it did not go through so I bought it again and I received the pack but only once and i was charged twice. I emailed them and sent them a chat through the app asking for a refund or at least the product I paid for. No answer. I even emailed them a picture of my credit card bill showing the double charge. ✓ GameI love this game but only thing I don’t like is that I’m stuck in a level and I used the help like slow the cook timer down and I still don’t pass the level. I need one more key to open next box and I’ve tried this level probably 50 times now and have to reach 200 gems to get only 3 help items. I gave it 3 star cause it shouldn’t be this difficult to pass a level especially when u use the special help it requires. These things should t cost 200 gems either maybe 50. Getting to the point where I won’t play this game anymore due to the fact I can’t beat the level I’m stuck on! Also there are bugs, you cannot select the sauce first, nothing happens. You have to select the chips first then the sauce for example. You also cannot select the chips and sauce at the same time. ✓ GemsThere needs to be a better way to verify if you want to use gems. When you are in the middle of a game and on a roll you aren’t paying attention to when time runs out. You’re just going through the motions. Then the “do you want to use gems to continue playing” screen comes up without you realizing it and you’ve already hit the button without realizing it and spent gems. ✓ Fun but a bit of a scamI will say this is a fun game, however there are levels that are designed to where to can not win unless you watch a video or use a cheat. I say this because on numerous occasions I have taken care of orders as fast as they come in with out flaw and have even been waiting on more customers to walk in when I run out of time. The customers walk very slow and order from the opposite side of the way they came in from and somehow that is my fault. Keep in mind that there will be levels you can not pass no matter how quick you are. ✓ Played this game long enough to give it a fair reviewExpect to have problems as you get higher up in the game. When you watch the ads to get lives, diamonds etc. the ad will play all the way through and when the ad ends the screen goes grey and locks up’ed up my tablet and the only way to get out of it was to close the game and start over, which means the item you were trying to get is no longer there. I did contact support and as usual they gave me an answer of: how they are trying to improve the game, didn’t give me the items that I lost, when asked about that, they gave me lives, hearts, which I already had sufficient of. I told them I didn’t need lives, and that I just wanted what the game owed me. NO RESPONSE. So, it kept happening, freezing up. I contacted them again this time they didn’t offer me nothing, again I old them I just wanted what the game owed me. I told them I enjoyed playing the game, NO RESPONSE. Inappropriate behavior, innuendo, violence and suggestive sexual behavior.
