✓ Still buggy!Even after constant updates and emails this is still a shonky app! I have troubles signing in, the app doesn’t recognise my user Id. For an expensive app this is basic stuff that should rock solid! Would of got 1 star had it not been so useful when it does finally work!.Version: 3.1.0
✓ WOW, and not in a good way.The app used to be good, not amazing but good and did the job. I am currently an acupuncture student so I paid the $25 and now half the time i either cant log into the app after every new update that’s suppose to “fix issues” or it’ll crash. It’ll happen either on my iPhone or my iPad. Literally at the moment i can log into my iPhone version but my iPad is not letting me log on at all. ✓ Worst respond & upgradeI have been using this apps since the old version started. With lots of technical issue finally got pro version. Of course I had to pay for that instead of fixing their issue. I found that when I needed the most for my test & exam. My password doesn’t work. When I contacted via email. Their response, a support representative will review and will send personal response with in 2 working days. This is a digital age but they seem to be in snail pace when solving problem. ✓ THE APP UPDATE SUCKS REAL BAD!!!I’ve had this app for years and used to love it for its ease of use and instant access to the videos even when not connected to the internet. In fact, the access to the demo videos for the points was the only reason I got the app. I paid a good amount of money for it already. I definitely do NOT recommend getting the app now with this latest APP “update”. By “update” I mean the APP UPDATE by deleting all the videos of the original app, and NOT the “subscription upgrade”. You’re not given the option to NOT to “update/upgrade” the APP and the option NOT to have to “log in” and “subscribe” online before using the “upgraded” app with deleted videos. I see it as a downgrade actually because now it is more inconvenient than ever to use the app. All the videos don’t play anymore if you’re NOT logged in or when NOT on the internet. The new version of the app has lost its best feature, namely the videos, NOT worth getting it now. I do NOT want to have to log in every time and I do NOT need any “additional features” online. It’s such a RIP-OFF! And YES, I have emailed the customer service regarding the problems with “logging-in” since it did NOT work when I tried to log in the first time to get the old videos back but OF COURSE it did NOT work. And when I emailed again, there was NO reply. But it does NOT matter now since I don’t even use it anymore now that the videos are all blank and can NOT get them back. I have DELETED the “upgraded/updated” app from my device and use a different app instead. WHAT A TOTAL WASTE!!! WHY DELETE THE VIDEOS FROM THE OLD APP AND DISGUISE IT AS AN APP UPGRADE AND FORCE PEOPLE WHO ALREADY HAD THE APP TO HAVE TO LOG IN AND SUBSCRIBE ONLINE TO GET THE VIDEOS BACK WHICH CAME WITH THE ORIGINAL APP PURCHASE???
