User friendly? don’t make me laughMy wife took hours to set up your shoty app and product. It is infuriatingly frustrating. We had to get a Wi-Fi booster in our room 20 feet from the router and then it still didn’t connect until we messed with it for a further 2 hours then the remote control in the app for the bed didn’t work even though it said it was connected. We paid an extra 1000 dollars for this debacle and it hasn’t met even my standards of crank car window status. Lame is lame lame does..Version: 1.9.10

The app is worthless as a remoteNon responsive. I have 1 TB upload and download speed and this app cannot keep up. Responds to one button push. But if you turn massager or do anything else it simply will not do anything to the bed. The guy at the store said an advantage to this base was you always have the app in case you lose the remote, but theres no way to regain control cause the app is not functional for controlling the bed..Version: 1.9.11

Surprisingly very disappointing and discouraging experienceThis has been horrible. I have had this bed for 2+ months and I cannot get the bed and app connected and set-up. We called support who tried diligently to help me. However, when they had to escalate, I was told someone would call me to help. Instead I received an e-mail with basic instructions, as if we had not tried that already about 25 times. This has been a surprisingly very disappointing experience..Version: 1.9.11

One big glitchMy wife and I have been using this for a year and we do love it. It delivers information in an outstanding and easy to digest format. It breaks down the phases of sleep very well. For instance, sometimes I know I was dreaming right when my alarm goes off in the morning sometimes, and when I check the app it reflects that I was in a REM stage at that time. My only complaint is an important issue however. It outweighs all the other brilliant features. When the app calculates total sleep it is inaccurate. For instance, last night the app showed I went to sleep at 12:18AM and woke at 7:18AM, with one wake up of 11 mins. Therefore my total sleep should be 7 hours and 7 mins, but the app says I slept 6 hours 30 mins!! At first I thought I was missing something, but the sleep start and wake times are correct, only it adds the time incorrectly. Today I tried checking my apple health - (the sleep tracker imports data there as well if you allow) (I never like looking at my sleep there because the heart rate display is better and the sleep phase display is better. But it adds the total sleep wrong.) When I checked my total sleep on apple health it was correct, 7 hours, 7 mins. To summarize, the app said my total sleep was 6 hours, 30 mins - but my health app said I got 7 hours, 7 mins of sleep using the same data. The strangest thing is the display shows the correct time falling asleep and waking up. But it simply calculates the total time asleep incorrectly..Version: 1.9.10

Remote is poorly responsiveThe tracker is good. But the remote I’m within the app is poorly responsive. Not all commands works. One can start the massage, but can’t stop it from the app. Poor response to positioning the bed. As a tracker, amazing. But the remote, not. I truly want the remote to work since one can control the iPhone screen brightness, but not the physical remote, and at night that matters.Version: 1.9.10

Terrible ServiceI purchased a Tempur-pedic from Mattress firm. The guys that delivered it scratched my hardwood floor, put a black smudge on my brand new white fabric bed, and left me to do the majority of the bed set up. They did send out a crew the next morning they found out the connecting wires below the bed were not plugged in and that’s why it would not work with my app. I had to go through a lot of extra hassle to be there for another time on a second day, and I’m going to have to coordinate and arrange for a cleaner to remove the spot from my bed. MattressFirm says they will pay for it but it doesn’t nearly compensate for the extra time I had spend on a simple delivery..Version: 1.9.8

A lot of money for poor serviceWe spent $14,000 on a new bed, and to say I am disappointed with the service would be an understatement. The guys came and delivered the bed, wired it incorrectly with no explanation on how to use it. I left a message with store manager, he never bothered to respond, I had to figure the wiring myself, I am still trying to figure out how to use the other features of this bed, you would think they would explain that all to you when the delivered it..Version: 1.9.11

Needs an updateLove my bed and cannot fault it at all, however, the sleep tracker needs a little tweaking to bring it up to the same level as it’s counterpart. Some nights it will state that I’ve not got up during the night, when I’m tact I’ve been up 3 or 4 times. Other times it has woken me up and claimed I’ve been snoring, when in fact it has been my sleeping partner who has. We each have different trackers and they are both paired with our individual beds so this shouldn’t happen; I’ve now had to disable my ‘snore feature’ because this kept happening. No I do not snore AT ALL and in fact have had 2 in house sleep studies done to test this out. I do believe that if these kinks are sorted out this product could be a wonderful device, even one that information can be shared with Dr’s; but right now that information is incorrect..Version: 1.9.11

Good but edits don’t workApp is good but fails in several areas. It has difficulty during a designated sleep period of knowing when the user gets up briefly (pets, bathroom, et al) and then comes back to bed. App often ends the sleep too early. It then becomes impossible to edit the sleep and have it reflected. You can edit the sleep period but the app fails to update the graphics and score. Update: edit does not ever update the data shown. Changing sleep time still shows an abbreviated period. Device records sleep even when no one is in the bed AND the sensor is turned off in the app???.Version: 1.9.12

It’s pretty inaccurateI’ll be awake all night and the next morning I’ll get my email telling me that my sleep quality was something ridiculous like 90 and that I got 8 hours of sleep. It will show that I was in a deep sleep during the hours that I was laying awake staring at the clock. It has also never told me that I’ve been awake more than twice per night which is really far off. The idea of getting this information is really neat but the technology isn’t there yet..Version: 1.9.9

The review of my base and sleep tracker.We made the big purchase and I must say that the sleep tracker feature was a great selling point. Unfortunately it has a few anomalies. The customer service, while being prompt with the emails, still needs a little bit too. I write this review after purchase and set up. The sleep tracking has been hit or miss at best. I hope that since it is so new, that’s the reason for the way it functions or doesn’t. We did have a repair performed on it Also. I hope that it starts working the way that it’s supposed to and if so I’ll fix my review but for now honesty is the best policy. Thanks for reading.Version: 1.9.10

Delivery SetupOur Split-King base & mattress was delivered this morning. I spent the rest of the day figuring out how to install and set-up the sleep tracker app for two people. Disconnecting and reconnecting wires to get it to operate properly on our two iPhones should have been done by the MattressFirm delivery crew. They seemed like nice guys but didn’t even mention the app. They were in and out in less than 20 minutes so I expect they are familiar with the bed but I not sure if they know anything about the app. Now that I’ve had it operating all of two hours, I’m impressed with the bed..Version: 1.9.11

Awake cause my husband is snoringI like that I can access the remote through the app and Alexa. But the first night we didn’t have snore enabled. So the second night we did and felt like it would randomly adjust and pulsate and wake us up. And I’m the morning, I could clearly hear my husband snoring and the bed never adjusted during that time. Tonight is the 3rd night having this bed and I’m wide awake because the bed is not adjusting so my husband is continuing to snore. I guess at least I don’t have to fumble in the dark for the remote since I can use the app. Been manually adjusting the bed a few times…knock on wood but o think he finally stopped snoring for now..Version: 1.9.9

Junior high projectErrors… all I get during setup. I finally got the bed set up. I moved my router which involved unplugging the router. App lost everything. Every error I encountered the 1st time setting up, I encountered again while setting my app up again. Whats up with the 2.4ghz thing? Only device that only works on 2.4 and fails if it sniffs anything else. I think a junior high programming class did this app for a class project..Version: 1.9.12

Not reliableSleeptracker is inconsistent and inaccurate. It doesn’t record every night; sometimes it records that I am awake and up when I am asleep and visa verse. It skips entire nights. On my iPad it does not record on the correct day. I have reset it numerous times and even deleted and reinstalled the app and closed/reopened all devices several times. And really strange is that my partner’s sleep gets recorded accurately every night, except for the problem with the iPad. He is on the wrong day also..Version: 1.9.11

Not dependableThe system looses connectivity with the network consistently. I tried using a booster and then a mesh system with excellent signals at the device and it still does not connect or looses the signal. It needs a lot of improvements as far as I am concerned.Version: 1.9.12

Totally unreliableApp is less that worthless! Glad that the hardware was almost free on top of the mattress and frame. The software regularly and randomly misses hours of my sleep more nights than not. I even went so far as to request assistance from the developers and sent them a log of my sleep for a few nights for them to compare with the data from the unit. Strangely enough, this included one of the random nights when the tracker actually matched my sleep experience. A few days later I received an email that I should see my doctor for a serious medical issue related to my sleeping ( or could visit their sleep lab on the other side of the country in California for more insight). Last night I slept for 7 hours. The tracker says 3.5 completely missing the last hour and a half and another 2 hours in the middle of the night. Conclusion, if you get the hardware for free use it but keep your expectations low. Otherwise, save your money..Version: 1.8

Doesn’t work.I tried to get this app to work when I first got the bed and stopped because I had issues and now I tried again a year later because I lost the remote so the bed is stuck in an annoying position and it will not connect to the WiFi no matter what I do. The most annoying app. Should have just bought a much cheaper no moving base..Version: 1.9.12

Good when it works, questionable dataMy main complaint is the app crashing shortly after I open it. PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE. It has been months. As well, If you get out of bed an hour or so after falling asleep, the app will start to record your sleep after you’ve gotten back into bed and not the sleep you got prior. If you get out of bed in the morning and come back to bed to sleep, the app will not record or track the minutes or hours you’ve gotten after going back to sleep. This bed base was very expensive and the sleep tracking was a major selling point, yet the tracking is far from perfect with little updates..Version: 1.9.12

Connecting monitorAfter two hours with customer service (ugh) we finally decided my router was not compatible with the app. So…new router and… Still had problems… kept saying box was not connected which it was. After shutting off the bed several times and deleting and reloading (3times) the app, it suddenly appears to be working. Well, we will see tonite anyway.Version: 1.9.9

Nee SetupI have created 2 tickets to support now and I can't believe it's this difficult to set this up. The first one was the wi-fi which was fixed after resetting the sensor. The 2nd ticket is still in progress. The verification process keeps failing with a message of "Two Control Boxes have been detected..." I chose the King Bed (no Cal King option) and Powerbase options in the Verification step. I have a Cal King with a single base NOT "dual base" but the app thinks otherwise. By the way, I have checked under the bed and there is only one power base. I actually added the S/N of the Powerbase in the app when it asked me. Needless to say, the verification process does not complete..Version: 1.9.9

Buyers remorseRe: Sleep Tracker, I love the program (app) itself, and being able to see how I slept, know my heart rate, etc, BUT I greatly regret buying this bed with the feature all together due to extreme cost!! My husband, and I specifically went to look at Tempurpedic mattresses, based on family referral of its years of comfort like no other, and we were prepared to pay more for a great bed that would last 15-20 years, rather than 8, but we were too easily swayed by sales rep to purchase the one with this feature, and it ended up costing us about $7,000!!! We are still making payments a year later, and I’ve regretted it since the 3rd month of owning it, it’s just TOO much money, it’s absurd. Again, I like the app overall, not picking on how cool it is, but the cost, especially combined with way over priced bed itself, is just too much for regular folks like us to have bitten off. 😩.Version: 1.9.8

DisappointedThere are many things I love about this app but it’s left me wanting in a lot of ways. I like how closely it monitors how I am sleeping but there were metrics I used on my old sleep app such as heart rate variability that I don’t get here. I don’t get trending metrics (just how last night was in comparison to the previous day). I miss being able to tag things I did the previous day like meditation/exercise/drinking/sexual activity/etc. The sensors are great but the limitations of the data it collects are disappointing..Version: 1.9.11

Worked in the beginning…not so much nowI loved this app in the beginning which was over a year ago. Lately it seems there is something wrong with it. It closes immediately after opening, and it thinks I’m still sleeping even though I’ve clicked that I’m awake and to turn the alarm off. This would be really annoying if it went off in church or an important meeting someone might have. Another thing is in the middle of the night while I’m sleeping, it will randomly start vibrating as if the alarm is going off but it’s not set to that time. I’m also not sure the snore feature is working anymore. I can’t seem to figure out what is wrong. Also it keeps saying I gave high carbon dioxide levels in my room which may be true but I am wondering how accurate the air sensor is. I loved it when it worked right. Please fix these issues. Since Last Update!!My bed keeps dropping from the SERVER every day for the past two weeks and I even unpaired my Monitor and started from scratch 3 of the times. Every time I had to reset or reboot my modem and router. Before this I have not had any issues with my king split for over 2 years.Version: 1.9.12

Having issues with the bed controlsMy intelligent bed readjusts itself two or three times a night. Vibrate low, vibrate high and then vibrate middle. Sleep country it seems provides little support for the electronic beds they sell and as a result I am woken up by this automatic bed resetting nightly around 3am. If anyone can help guide me to a solution, that would be greatly appreciated . Thanks..Version: 1.9.11
