✓ 95 cap energySeriously it takes less than two minute to use that energy… I have paid and bought two islands but no increase in base energy… so frustrating 🤬 UPDATE: I persevered with this game hoping that the energy would increase over time playing the game, but no it doesn’t! I’ve spent £30 on this game and I sincerely wish I hadn’t. After reading other reviews I’m not alone. The second island with the cute fluffy animals is horrendous… I’ve been feeding strawberries to umpteen varieties of cute fluffy things for over a month and nothing gained from it at all! The whole island is awful when you unlock pieces of land it opens up 2 or 3 squares no where near where all your animals are, it’s tedious and irritating. Also as one review has stated it will take over 100 hours to get any progress with this game, I loved it when I first started playing but it’s definitely getting deleted, don’t bother!.Version: 1.28.5
✓ Inefficient/annoying in-game gesturesSome of the tabs/buttons are so close to the edge of the screen that my palm accidentally tap into them all the time: especially when I’m in the middle of dragging items around. This is the most annoying, irritating, frustrating thing about this game: I think the screen can only recognize one finger at a time, so when you have a lot of items on screen, you need to carefully pick the item up and drag it to the edge of the screen until the map starts moving. It doesn’t make any &-$&(&:&: sense!!! Allow players to move the camera alone without picking anything up by using two fingers at a time, or allow one finger to hold onto the item while the other finger can drag the camera on the map. I either want to move the map and end up accidentally dragging an item, or I want to drag an item and end up accidentally moving the map. What’s even worse is that when you hold on to the item and starts dragging it, it falls back to the original spot all the time. I spend so much time in this game just trying to get stuff to the spots I need them to be to merge. This honestly pisses me off so much that the game isn’t satisfying anymore and I felt compelled to write the first app review in my entire life driven by the frustration. What a small detail and an easy thing to fix..Version: 1.35.5
✓ No support - having to just delete now3 days ago the game suddenly stopped working. The loading screen gets to 93% and then it just stops. Looking at the Facebook page, there are dozens of people with the same issue. None of us have gotten a reply to our help requests. We all missed the end of a massive event and have now missed almost all of the current event. Tried restarting phone, uninstalled and reinstalled, checked for latest update. Nada. ✓ Enjoyable game, but could get boring...Enjoying playing the game, and making progress even though it can be a bit slow at times. I just hope that this isn’t going to go like farmville with multiple farms that just gets boring and you feel you don’t get anywhere. Wish that things didn’t take so long to achieve or build. Suggestion - when you have the magical island like midsummer why can’t your achievements be stored so you don’t have to start from the beginning each time and never complete anything - I have made purchases to try and complete but that’s not enough and that would be why I would look for a new game to play that’s not a merge one - frustrating but easily fixed..Version: 1.32.1

I wish that you’d make the extra games full games or at least leave them on for longer that a few days it seems like that you’re just getting the best of the game & then it finishes. Please consider making them last longer. Also, the stars & gems collections. Why do the scores have to be so high to buy anything or to clear the fog? Please put it lower. Also the amount of rubies you have to use to get the golden ticket for the extra prizes is way too high especially if you have to buy the rubies all the time please can you lower it? Loving the animal game but why can’t the coins/rubies be separate to the main game also do the same with the extra games? One other point, when people do the extra games, if you have/haven’t completed the game, why can’t you collect the Crystal chips to go towards the main/animal game? Also if you have any energy left over that could be transferred as well. Please consider these options. I like the new game just a few pointers in my opinion that I think would make it better:- 1, Give the new game separate energy so you can at least play both games instead of one or the other. 2, Do something with the Emerald Isle fog so people can clear it quicker instead of 1 square at a time. 3, Maybe lower your prices on some of your things as they are high especially the new game. ✓ This game is a joke.This is the most money-hungry merge game I have EVER played, and i’ve really tried them all. You can include micro transactions in your game without being outright insulting to the player. You might as well charge people to download this game right off the bat, because you’re barely going to be able to play at all without shelling out. DO NOT waste your time downloading this game and trying to play for free. Seriously, i saw all the numerous reviews mentioning the flawed energy system and not having enough gnomes. There were plenty of developer responses saying they’re working on these issues. Then they roll out an update that makes it so you need your two gnomes for MORE tasks? ✓ Game crashes too oftenThis game is crashing a lot today. This is going to mean that I will not be able to finish the event and will lose the crystals that I used to purchase the extra rewards within the event. Even after removing the game and reloading it, it still is crashing. ✓ To slow to build anything. It’s getting boringI’ve been playing this game for about a week now and while I enjoy playing, it’s just too slow! I know it’s called EverMerge but everything takes so long to do. I’m only on level 9 and only managed to make one house for the princess castle so far. It’s far too long a process. Merge 3 logs to make a bundle, then merge 3 bundles to make a house, then merge 3 houses to make a slightly better one, then 3 slightly better ones to make a good house and so on. Chopping trees and stone piles all use energy so after about 4 goes I’m out of energy and have to wait ages for it to refill just to do it all over again. I would expect after a week on a new game I’d be much higher than level 9..Version: 1.13.0
✓ Great but impossible to completeThis is a great game however there are numerous events which are almost impossible to complete without spending actual money. What I find disappointing is that I spent days working on the last event and spent all the coins I had saved in the main game on event energy. I didn’t manage to complete anything as the energy usage is so high for simple tasks and all the effort I put in was for nothing because as soon as the event ends everything I have achieved just disappears as I didn’t complete. Now within days of not finishing one event another has started. I’m definitely not going to be able to complete this one as I spent all my coins in the last one. Please reduce the energy usage as you’ve made impossible to complete the events. I’m now thinking of deleting the game as it’s just not enjoyable any more.Version: 1.18.1
✓ Too slowYou start out playing the game quite quickly, but soon hit a wall. You can only do things using energy, but once you run out you’ll have to wait hours before even getting a 10 minute flurry of activity again. A game like this needs to be played at a faster pace, but you’re limited - clearly because the developers want you to pay money in micro-purchases. Freebies and ad-watching ‘gifts’ come rarely. The result is, I’m frustrated playing so slow and any delay makes completing a goal loses that sense of satisfying completion. Lastly, it guzzles battery, so any attempt to play even for a few minutes drops my battery too much to even bother. Fix these issues, I might enjoy this game. ✓ I do love EverMerge...BUTAnd the big but is, it’s so unstable. It’s takes forever to open, every time and more often than not I get to around 96 or 97% loaded and it just shuts down. Or, you will have just done a huge ‘merge’ and finally completed a section or gained a new animal or object you’ve been working on....and it shuts down! And of course when you open it again, it’s reset itself to before all the work you’ve just done and even though you replicate what you just did, you never get the same ‘goodies’ in a chest, so you don’t get that final bit you’ve worked for ages for! So frustrating UPDATE over the last few weeks this has got worse, it now takes at least 2 to 3 minutes to open, then very often gets stuck at 97% and then often just shuts down and I have to start all over again. And I can’t even try going to other worlds, if I try all that happens is the game shuts down. While I still say this is a fun game, it’s not ant longer. No come back from developers, they don’t care. ✓ I Truly like this game butI started playing this game when it came out. It’s fun and the building worlds in a storybook is entertaining. I also like Big Fish Games so I was expecting more from this. I got it initially. There are side games that are fun but if you don’t buy jewels, you never finish. Ok, I bought jewels. Now, you have to buy another type of item to finish an event. Seriously?? Also, after playing this game forever, I only have a few pieces of land open because it takes FOREVER to open new areas. The island and the main game both share the energy so if you play in the main game, you run out in the island. Next, you also use those precious points in either one area or another, so you may or may not ever open new areas. And jiminy, the points for prizes and the prizes themselves have gotten more expensive and mundane. BFG, I get it, you want to make $$; BUT PAY ATTENTION TO PRICING THIS GAME OUT OF REACH!! I expect more from Big Fish, and when we are spending too much money of our recession budget on games, I may have to not choose this one. ✓ To Slow To Reach Big RewardsI’ve finally decided to delete the app. After a moth or so of shamefully falling victim to the games addictiveness, I decided that my hours a day obsession with trying to reach the next level was not worth the remaining breaths I have in me. After the first few levels, it just takes too long to be rewarded with the next level. Once you work out the very few simple strategies to get what you need to be as fast as you possibly can be in the game, there is very little intellectual challenge to keep you involved. ✓ Reason for 3 starsGame starts off really good but after playing for awhile there is too much time doing nothing but waiting for gnomes to finish tasks and 24 hours for a castle to complete is ridiculous starting to lose interest .The other issue I have is that on most occasions when I have the ability to speed up time to complete a building or gain 30 energy points by watching a 30 sec ad, after the ad plays I just get the please wait and end up having to close down the game as it will not go past it and I don’t get the energy or the building is still being built (so pretty much wasted time watching an ad for nothing in return) this glitch needs to be fixed ..Version: 1.15.0

This is a really good game and I mean, really good but the mess that is caused by support has never improved. Yea, they have great graphics on their extra events, really fabulous but the problems with the main game are ongoing…can’t get updates, seasonal game chest unavailable although they will tell you that they are still giving chests, yep, one per day….they also like to point out that they are bigger than the usual chests, well ok, if that’s the case why do I have to merge five “bigger “ chests to get two large ones…..really?? We aren’t stupid and the consensus around this game is that support is ABSOLUTE RUBBISH…they often will answer your ticket enquiry and give you 100 energy and apply a “fix”….yep!…when they have done that and you complain that you still aren’t getting your game to do what they say it will its then a case of….we can’t help you anymore. ✓ 3 months inPlayed this a lot and I mean hours and months, it’s addictive for reasons I can’t fathom. Great concept but little return. Frustrating moving things around then merging when you don’t want to. Give aways are few, I watch all the adverts (lockdown gives you time to waste) but you get nothing much in return. New version loaded to find they replace butterfly objects with bees and gave me stars for all the butterflies in build and I have thousands of stars because I collect and merge all the wands so pretty disappointed with that would sooner have gems. New version is just adding to the myriad of collections to merge nothing much is new at all. You need hundreds of thousands of the small pieces to reach the final build goal in each category. Thinking of dumping this game now as it’s too slow to build as you progress with 2 workers, the chests reveal fewer useful items making it more frustrating than fun now..Version: 1.12.2

✓ Don’t Make In-App Purchases!I’m a level 28 player & have spent hundreds of hours playing this game. The further you go the more tedious it gets. You need energy to play & it takes a lot of it to accomplish tasks. The energy renews way too slow, so you log in, do a couple of tasks & then you have to wait a few hours to log back in & do a few more. The developers do this so you’ll buy expensive boosters in order to keep playing. I used to buy extra energy boosters every day or two and spent a considerable amount of money in this game (more than I’d like to admit to). DON’T DO THIS! The Big Fish company who owns this does not stand behind the purchases. The last purchase I made was months ago. I bought a booster that would last on my account for a week (the extra gnome). I was charged for it but I never received it on my account. I immediately reached out to Apple & then Big Fish to either get a refund or have them give me the booster I paid for. I didn’t think it’d be a problem because Big Fish could look at my account and see that the 7-day booster I paid for wasn’t there. Apple referred me to Big Fish & Big Fish refused to make it right. They wouldn’t refund me or give me the booster that I paid for. They lost a customer that day who has paid over $500 in in-game purchases. This game takes way too long to make meaningful progress & the developers are only interested in money. Don’t waste your time. I recommend Merge Gardens instead..Version: 1.18.1

✓ Good but frustratingI love the game. But it’s certainly not without issues. Firstly, earning coins is far too difficult. It’s practically impossible to build up a reasonable amount of coins so that you can purchase extra energy and things in the ‘shop’. Strangely is way too easy to earn wands, I currently have over 38,000 wands but can’t get through the game quick enough to use them as there isn’t enough energy available to do so. Energy is needed for pretty much everything, yet every time you buy some with the little coins you do have available the price of the energy goes up by 100 coins. Which wouldn’t be too bad if it was easier to earn the coins in the first place. Also, in the event islands the adverts for the bonus energy has not been available AT ALL for weeks, and despite writing to the game about this several times it has not been sorted. This means that in order to actually complete the event island I have to use all my coins for energy in the island event which leaves me with none to buy energy in the main game (again an issue that would be resolved if it was easier to earn coins) while I’m still playing this at the moment I can see me giving up on it soon. Not only because it’s so frustrating, but because I’ve bought (real money) items to help me along and while I know this is my decision, I cannot afford to keep spending real mo et on this game. 🤷♀️.Version: 1.41.9
✓ Very Disappointed (player for approx 6mos)I started playing EverMerge around thanksgiving of last year. I quickly became obsessed and played every free second I had. So many events and fun games to keep the game fresh and exciting! The events still continue and I’m still enjoying the game HOWEVER, they continually remove well-loved features from the game in exchange for a hefty price tag or just removed all together. In particular the most recent feature to be removed is the infinite energy. You have to have energy to progress through levels and the infinite energy was a huge help. Most events had this as a prize for completing the entire event. You could also buy them with tokens from mystic isle (where you collect & level up adorable animals). Those tokens were really hard to collect as you have to have fully leveled-up legendary animals to get them (rewarding faithful players). Now those tokens are basically useless taking away our incentive to progress. I’m very disappointed because I’m JUST NOW nearing that point in the game to begin earning the elusive tokens. There’s also been new in-game currency (diamonds) introduced which you have to use real money to buy. All of the other currencies (rubies and coins) are locked behind the paywall of the diamonds. I’m very anxious about how the game will continue to change since this has been the recent trend. I hope they realize their mistakes & take the updates in a different direction!.Version: 1.40.5

In this event I found a bug. It had made it so there was always a ! On the discovery book,even when there’s nothing that I discovered it’s not that bad but it’s really annoying me, it’s happening with all the discovery books. When I unlock something it goes away, but then it comes back. The other thing is the timing. It takes AGES to make stuff on higher levels, like ONE HOUR! ✓ No longer funWhen I started playing this game nearly a year ago, I was recommending it to everyone but over the last few months and the last couple of updates it has become less and less fun. With the new updates they have removed a lot of the free functions in place of paid functions. ✓ You will be merging for everThe graphics are sharp and colourful, the constant grouping and tidying required to maximise merges appeals to the neat freak in us all and it is satisfying to complete the various objectives and see the landscape develop....BUT.... even the deepest pockets will never finish this game, even as it stands without inevitable version extensions. Why? Even the first palace takes 6500 pieces to create, using the merge bonus each time. The last 3, as matters stand, take 1.5m each. When you take into account that a full energy bar of 90 will only generate 50 or so pieces and that it takes 3 hours to fill up that energy bar, each of the final palaces will take 900k hours or 100 years to complete (assuming you’re awake 24/7 to use the energy before it hits its maximum). As others have commented, the “offers” are very expensive with “rewards” which speed up matters by a few hours costing £5 or more (not that I buy any of these anyway). So enjoy the odd 20 minutes or so per day when you can do anything but watch a timer tick down or grab the 3-5 pieces that float in every 10 minutes or so, but don’t waste your money - it won’t buy you any significant progression..Version: 1.13.0

✓ Buildings Etc take way too long to build. Give me EnergyI am enjoying this game. But I am fed up with a few things. 1. Energy is never enough. 2. Some builds say free, but don’t help when it comes to the many builds after to complete the actual building needed. 3. The mines take too long to regenerate. 3. Flowers ahhhhhhh these drive me nuts. Too long to get to the final one. 4. I don’t understand the animals. When will the fog ever lift If adjustments are made it would sure make me smile. I have paid way too much money because I wanted to keep playing. This is now at an end. Life needs come 1st. Make a storage for unlimited and other energies that can be rewards in different levels of energy, like 5 mins, 10 mins, 15 mins 1 hour. This is always good to have ready when challenges arrive. With the side games I was so disappointed that the unicorns I took all those hours to get didn’t add in my game. Sort something that those go into your animal area. The shame of it all is that you show fun in your video about the game to entice us to play, yet it never goes ahead as is shown. ✓ Game not loading 4 daysGreat game. I have spent significant money (no regrets) and time. I am 3/4 of the way through Lv26, half way through building Thumbelina’s castle, huge progress with gold, rubies, infinite’s, great chests event flowers. FOUR days I have been stuck on 93%. I have sent requests to support, I have tried all your fixes, I have given my game ZD and STILL no response. Coming here is a last resort and may act as a warning for those who spend money. I was logged into FAcebook but when I loaded it onto my iPhone (I usually play on my iPad) I logged into my one and only Facebook account and it welcomed me with my profFB avatar then boom - brand new game. No saved progress. Obviously across multiple devices isn’t guaranteed. Customer Support yes up to 72 hrs delay. This is day 4 and I am truly frustrated and disappointed. ✓ Was the best game but now the worst gameI have played this game from the beginning and have loved this game. I’ve even spent money on the game but In the last few months it has gone down the drain. Glitch after glitch, unfair gameplay where some players get multiple events and others get none. Different prizes for different players and different special offers some greatly better then others. They have taken so many things out of the game it’s impossible to progress without spending a lot of real money and forget about sending in tickets when things go wrong they just ignore you now or give a generic response without fixing anything. ✓ Fun... then it just takes foreverI have been loving this game. I don’t even care about the energy running out. It really doesn’t take long to reload and there’s opportunities to win more. But as you advance in what you are merging, it starts to take forever to build things. I don’t mind waiting a bit, but I’m not even to my last merge for puss-in-boots castle and it’s two hours to build the structure! Is the next merge going to be 4 hours?! When there’s only 2 gnomes, I set them to build and then have nothing to do. Honestly, I’ve been over my energy cap for the last 3 days because all I can do is check in every couple of hours to tap the screen a couple times (collect the new building and tap to start building the next one) and then I have to leave again because you can’t do anything without gnomes. I understand the times getting longer as you go along in the build process. I just wish the timeline remained the same for all the characters: level one builds (free), level two builds (15 sec), level 3 builds (30 sec), level 4 builds (1 min)... etc. the fact that I have over 40 buildings sitting around waiting to be built doesn’t make this fun... it’s become a chore. I really loved this game for a few weeks. I really hope they change the amount of time it takes to build at each level..Version: 1.14.0
✓ Horrible customer service.This game, like many, requires far too much “energy” to progress. Obviously they do this to try and manipulate people into spending actual money. I have never purchased anything from one of these game apps, and I never will. I’m already watching commercials just to get through the game, and at least three times per day, the feature that is supposed to add 30 units of energy for game play in exchange for watching a commercial fails, and I get nothing. At this point, I’m owed at least 3000 units of energy for watching these stupid commercials for NOTHING. On top of this, on at least ten occasions, the game has crashed, requiring me to restart my phone to get back into it, at which point I’ve lost all the progress from my last playing session, but the energy I used to progress is still gone. So I have to do all of the tasks over again, and use more energy. This happens after I’ve used game coins to purchase the additional energy packs three times, so at least 300 units of energy completely wasted, basically stolen by this stupid game and it’s glitches. One has to wonder if this is purposeful, hoping to force players into spending money. The final kicker is the amount of energy required for each task is ridiculous. ✓ Events ruining what was a solidly good experienceWhen I first began this game it was a nice, chill activity— apart from using that cursed loot box mechanic (in a somewhat less obnoxious way than most) it was relaxing and fun. I don’t play often enough to purchase much but my partner does for convenience and it felt voluntary. Altogether nice. Then the events started coming in every weekend. They are too short, very demanding, and they require such frequent checking that they stress us out when we are trying to relax. The worst part is that when they are over there is a tiny window of time in which you can get FIVE MINUTES to gather any coins or gems you were accumulating. Miss that window and it’s all GONE. Why would anyone put any real money into something that treats them this way? Is it so important to put so much pressure on being there to collect loot on something that has ended? Is there any point buying anything to help in something so short and potentially pointless? Just a terrible idea. The people figures let you know that they are hungry. The problem is that you can wait for hours and never get the food elements that you need to develop the food. So...hours later! You have finally developed the food, you feed the characters and 10 seconds later they are hungry again! They do offer to speed things up for a fee! Or, you can take the coins you have earned and buy food for them. As you will soon notice you are bankrupt. This GAME needs some crucial repair. ✓ FrustratingI’ve been playing this game for some time now and find that it’s getting worse for its glitches, I’ve had to restart a game about 10* because it just shuts down and I find this especially happens in the animal kingdom, although less frequent does happen in the other areas also. The worst part is when it glitches you lose the progress you’ve made, either your energy bolts have been used but due to the shutting down you don’t feel the benefit of them being used or the animals change with each glitch so as you’re close to making the final animal you suddenly get something different it’s very frustrating!! ✓ Stop playingEvermerge was and is one of my favourite games, however its going downhill very fast. They’ve stopped the events that players really enjoy and keep throwing new events in that are nothing but a money grab. They waste your resources and give you nothing back. ✓ Goes from fun to tedious really quickI question whether the developers of this game have actually played it through multiple levels to see their creation in action. It’s a great idea and hugely addictive at first, but it is so slow moving and repetitive that it turns into a chore just to get your buildings built and your characters fed. There are lots of complaints on here about energy being spent fast and slow to reload, so I won’t repeat them except to say it would not be as big of an issue if there weren’t so so so many things to build to make a castle or so much Xp required to level up. For example, just to make the Puss in Boots castle, assuming you always merge 5, you need to gather over 6,000 small stones (that are provided 3 or 4 at a time) and from there build approx 2400 piles of stones, 975 small stone huts, 390 bigger stone houses, 150 blue roofed houses, 63 bigger blue roofed houses, 25 small purple houses, 10 big purple houses, and 4 biggest purple houses. Not even counting the time it takes to gather raw materials (and it will take time) there is over 200 hours of build time required for these elements. Yes, there are a few shortcuts available, some freebies and some for pay, but they are not good enough. I was getting frustrated with this today when I looked around my real house and decided it was easier and more rewarding to sort, clean, weed, cook and build in my real life instead..Version: 1.13.0

However the latest update seems to have introduced gnome requirement to chop obstacles. Before you only needed energy so could busily chop obstacles while the two allocated gnomes were busy building. Now the only way to chop is using a gnome but if they’re building then there’s nothing left for the player to do except wait - and builds can take up to 2 hours in many cases - or spend money buying gnomes with only 1 hour of use at a time. What a rip off. Having progressed so far with much patience and perseverance I’m going to press DELETE. The developers have sapped any pleasure by forcing players to spend their money. I’m on a fixed budget and can’t afford to spend money on my game. I’ve also noticed in recent events things that would have given lots of star points previously are not giving as much. Not saying I’m going to stop playing just a little disappointed - I know the creators of the app need to make money but that shouldn’t be the main goal. ✓ Good game, but misleading adsI see EverMerge ads everywhere, I’s be fine with this if they weren’t misleading ads, giving the illusion of a completely different game, not a merge game, some examples are: A matching game; A sorthing game and a spot the difference game. I’d be completely fine with this if: 1. They were minigames inside the actual game; 2. The ads showed the actual game, or at least the main subject is merging; 3. If you arent planning to add minigames, at least give a disclaimer that this is not gameplay, this is a merging game. Overall, its an amazing game, but the struggle of coins and energy makes this review into a 3 star review. The constant struggle of gnomes getting energy and the way you can’t buy energy with in-game coins is definetly a reason why some players get annoyed easily. Here are some reasons on how you can make the game better: 1. Add minigames to earn extra coins fast or; 2. Make coins easier to acsess quicker and if it requires gnomes to complete actions give extra coins; 3. For more advanced recipies, you should give more wands for it, since for an early player getting lots and lots of wheat and candy for a 115 magic area isnt the easiest task, lets be honest, or you could 4. ✓ Great gameOne flaw is that the developers have an realistic view of how many wands it takes to unlock fog. In order to unlock the fog you would have to play this game constantly, never putting your phone down and sinking loads of money into it, which I guess is the point. However, the farther into the game I get, I’m on level 22, the more wands it takes to clear the fog. I love this game so much, but this is where I’m going to have to quit the game. It can’t hold my attention if I can’t go forward in the game. I’d really like to see this issue looked into. Everything else is perfect. The characters are wonderful, as are the graphics, and there are even mini games to keep players intrigued. The story is cute, but you don’t have to follow it if you don’t want to which is nice! I’ve recently unlocked the pirates grove and it’s really neat, however, the energy is based off the energy from the main game, making it a bummer when you want to play longer but don’t have energy. Overall I would recommend the game but I’d be sure to mention that it gets impossible to play and get any further in the game around level 20. ✓ UpdateI have been an avid player of this game, this game keeps me so engaged and is unlike any other game - there is so much to do. However since the update that takes workers to do well .. everything besides build is ridiculous. I can’t do anything. I’m no longer engaged at all. I find myself zoned out while I’m waiting and then just getting off and now I haven’t played for days. Please fix this, otherwise I probably won’t be returning. ✓ Double charged for extra worker!!I have repeatedly been double charged when buying and extra worker at the discounted price when buying it right away after the previous one ends. The first few were refunded however now Apple is saying it’s not eligible for refund. Watch to ensure it’s not happening to you. ✓ What a Joke. Scammers.I have been playing this game for ages. I have spent a lot of money on this game. Today I was playing the game as usual I switched it off when I was done and went on my way, that same night I cane back on and all my progress was lost. I have signed into my Facebook in the past so there should be no reason why it would get wiped out. I even tried to log in on my Apple ID and still the progress was lost. It took me over 2 hours to find out how to get in contact with the game support as it is very hard to find and the steps they give you don’t match. I was on level 18 I believe. I had the little mermaid, the next person I was about to unlock is the guy with the blue moon flute. I’m just so angry and annoyed. ✓ AnnoyedI’ve been playing the game for over a year and generally enjoy it. It has great graphics and variety. Of all the merge games this one is the best. However, there are a few frustrations. One of the ‘features’ they promote is not getting all the events. We are told this is to give players a unique experience. Imagine the disappointment as other players enjoy an event but you don’t. Then there’s the lack of in game energy available to play. Features are added that require energy, but there’s no corresponding increase in energy available. There’s also the annoyance of the ads that freeze the game and you loose whatever it was you were watching the ad for. If the company is going to ask players to post reviews, then players are going to be honest in their comments.Version: 1.25.1

✓ Don’t play this gameI started playing this game June of 2020 and I loved it, it was such an amazing game support was so amazing to help you with any trouble you had. Yes the game had glitches but the glitches where fixed and support helped. Than close to a year ago I had a lot of problems and it took 6 months for someone from support to help me. I put up a review of the game than. I was quite shocked when I came here to day to edit my review and it was gone. I honestly didn’t think the game could get worse but guess what it has. They have now made it so we can’t earn coins so you have to spend your real money. The glitches are getting so bad. Please do yourself a favour just don’t download the game save all the heart ache.
