✓ Update WoesI was enjoying using this app until the most recent update completely wiped out my task history. I’d been using this app daily to log work tasks to match up with timesheets and log appointment dates. The update reset everything (confusingly compiling SOME of my past completed tasks into a giant list). Now I have to try to recall all of my work over the last two weeks... and for what? New themes? The simple, minimalist design previously used was what drew me to this app. Having new background colors at the cost of all my past information isn’t a great exchange. ✓ Nice app (edit)Still a good app functionally but recently it was updated and wiped all my to-do list and all my history. Very annoying. At least some warning would have been nice so I could make some copies. No way to get in contact with the developer to see if there is any way to retrieve lost data... I’ve tried to reconstruct my list from memory (which defeats the purpose) but I know there are things which I have forgot. Also the list of completed tasks was useful too. ✓ Really hated this appThe good thing: it syncs with google calendar The bad: all of it left, the themes are so limited, fonts are so small even for iphone - they claim you can customize size but there is only a slight difference between small and large barely noticeable. Theme colora could be so much better instead the navigation is so bad with these selections. It also has glitched so much asking me to add a substack every time I open it, i dont want to! And it wont let you skip it, why? It screws up the whole thing. i didnt like it and the photos shown in the app preview looks even bugger than what it is in reality..PgbxkcncVersion: 2.2.1

✓ Nice simple appI like how simple this app is, that is a lot of its charm. If there was a way to add all of the tasks from yesterday to the list for the current day it would be perfect. Or a history feature, where you can add lists from past days to the current list. I don’t really want to type the same things in every morning. ✓ UpsetI’ve had this app for well over a year, I started it when I got really bad depression, after the birth of my daughter. I used this app to show me all the things I managed to do when Ill and how I managed to pull myself back out, and use it to look back on when things are not going great to show myself the feelings don’t last forever. I’ve gone to use today’s and due to an update, it’s wiped all my pass jobs. I know it doesn’t seem much to someone but, to me this is very upsetting.OjaybthenVersion: 2.0.1

✓ Can only make a list for the current day?Makes is useless for me, I’d like to have lists for different days and to plan them ahead; it would only allows to do the list for current day, routines or create events. Still can’t find a perfect app, will stick to my Muji paper calendar for now. ✓ FrustratingNot everyone’s day ends at midnight. The app requires you to reset once midnight hits. This is very frustrating since there are things I need to check off for the day before going to bed and that happens to be after midnight. And to add to my frustration, if I opt to add those items I would have checked off to the next day and they’re already on a routine I will also add, it only list those items once. ✓ Nice clean interface, No way to get the data out.Minimalist approach to managing tasks. I would like to use the app, but I cannot without the ability to export my data. For example, to be able to export the views for Today, Backlog, and History (for a week or a month). I was really hoping that I could track my day-to-day to-dos in this app and simplify the status reporting to my team and management by exporting out daily and weekly reports to provide status to my team. ✓ 4/20 Update Killed This AppDeleted this after 5 frustrating minutes. Dev lost his way by complicating this simple app. Now it’s like the others, having trashed the unique differentiator. I loved that this USED TO BE a digital version if my paper list, complete with crossed-out completions and highlights for to-dos that became must-do-nows. Plus, it took away the tedious business of rewriting my list each day. Open app; type task; have only one list to track. And now there’s a mandatory account creation and sign-in. Not optional: FORCED. Aside from the complication of logging in, I would have to share the intimate details of my life (make appointment for STD check????) with this random guy or Apple. (And don’t BS me on privacy; if it syncs over the Internet, it’s compromised.) So immediate delete. I could forgive the major screw-up of wiping my current list out of existence, but I’m not putting up with the day-in-day-out annoyance of logging in and wondering who is mining my personal data for fun and profit.
