✓ Works less than 50% of the timeApp and device are cool when they work, which is conservatively less than 50% of the time. I’ll have everything lined up well, full batteries, all other apps closed, and everything else the FAQs suggest, and the shots just fail to be tracked. The latest update caused videos during night sessions to be incredibly dark, to the point where I can’t see anything in the video. Useless. These issues are incredibly frustrating as the device is not cheap and the issues have existed since I purchased the device over a year ago. Please respect your customers and fix it..Version: 2.6.29
✓ App update causes issuesUntil I updated to the most recent app version, I would have given 5 stars. However, the latest version of the app have introduced a number of bugs. My phone goes to sleep during a practice session and/or the app crashes constantly. The previous version was much better and worked perfectly..Version: 2.5.3
✓ App is fine but not productThe Rapsodo MLM was very inaccurate for me. 8 Iron was usually about 20 meters short. The only club remotely correct was a pitching wedge. Tried everything for a couple weeks the returned to Amazon and bought a Flightscope Mevo which seemed quite accurate..Version: 1.9.0
✓ Those looking to buyThose looking to buy this product need to hear these things (not commenting on “is it worth it”) Pros (if you *pay* for subscription): •You get a load of different measurements. •Number accuracy is pretty fair. Compared it to a Top Tracer, numbers seem to be close. •The interfaces for range are pretty nice. Nothing super flashy, but gives bare bones essentials. •Additional features are at additional cost, but the info provided sheds light on certain ways to get better. Cons: •As you begin a “session”, your data is being loaded shot after shot. The sync time has a large lag if you hit multiple shots sequentially. •Untracked shots happen more than they should. You could be hitting the same club time after time, and all of a sudden you could get a series of 1-4 shots that don’t get tracked. •Sessions get deleted. This has happened (to me) for 6 straight sessions. This is solely app related. •The app/MLM combo is absolute battery killer. I STRONGLY recommend charging both unit and phone to 100% before session. Conclusion: At the time this is written, I would not recommend this product *YET*. They have tons of room for improvement. If you’re set on buying a personal launch monitor, consider waiting until app features are improved so you are creating more value for yourself..Version: 2.1

✓ Displayed dataTo anyone out there that is wondering why you can’t change the settings that are displayed when you hit the ball, you can. You go into metrics in the recent sessions and change the 4 stats shown to the first desired 3 you would like displayed, for me this is club speed, ball speed, and carry and then it changes the metrics shown. The rating attached to this is for a different issue..Version: 2.11.10
✓ So frustratingThe single most frustrating peice of technology I’ve ever owned. Constant connection issues, monitor isn’t detected by any devices except the device used to register to product. Tried contacting support several times and haven’t heard anything back in weeks..Version: 2.11.10

✓ Great concept ruined by glitchy appI bought my MLM last year and had high hopes for it. But I have had so many problems with it (using iPhone 11 Pro) that I could never recommend it to anyone. Often while recording swings it will be working perfectly fine. But without fail at some point during a session it stops working. The LED on the unit will turn blue, a sign that it recognizes I took a shot, but it will not actually record it. I have to either turn it off and on again to get it to start working or move the unit around (even though it was fine for a dozen previous shots). Often while recording swings, that will be working perfectly fine. On top of that, I paid for some coaching sessions through the app but there’s so many problems getting them uploaded it’s a broken experience. Run far, far away from this unit..Version: 1.9.4
✓ Known issues unsupported doesn’t workThere are known issues in the current firmware version that stops the device detecting shots with no current timeline for a fix. In the odd occasion that it does detect a shot it seems to work well. Once it stops detecting it shots you may as well put it back in the box I wasted hours at the driving range moving it backwards and forwards with no affect Support have confirmed the known issue but as they are concentrating on the mlm2 the MLM is low priority. Absolute waste of money as it simply doesn’t work Oh and to top it off I signed up to the annual subscription so that I could use coach connect which I find out via a support request has been discontinued despite it still featuring as a benefit of the premium subscription within the faq in the app. The support team are rude and unhelpful save your money and buy a garmin for the extra money - hopefully I can get a refund !!!!.Version: 2.14.11
✓ Great when it worksMy phone is constantly freezing and overheating and this has to do with the amount of storage this app uses. I don’t want to pay for the cloud storage right now and I honestly feel like it’s too much given how much this device costs. If you could give us the ability to delete shots and create more space, that would be great. Otherwise, I can’t use the app until I decide to go with cloud storage which doesn’t seem fair to me..Version: 2.6.8
✓ Won’t pick up shots any longer in net mode (1.9.2)The launch monitor worked really well until the latest update to version 1.9.2. For some reason now it only picks up bad shots which is very frustrating. To hit several good shots in a row and none get captured, then hit one fat that goes half the distance and it magically records. I have not tried the range since the latest update but I hope it gets resolved fast..Version: 1.9.2
✓ Rapsodo ripoffThe latest version allows for changing the visible metrics (distance, ball speed, launch angle) to other sets on the iPhone but you have to pay $100/year for this amazing flexibility. Other devices allow this by default. A shameless grab for cash. Petty and pathetic..Version: 2.1
✓ Really good but...I really love the app and the launch monitor, however, after paying $850AUD for the launch monitor itself I feel having a $100 a year subscription for all features of the app is not fair. Whilst the free version is really good, I went to review a video from one of my shots from 1 day ago and it won’t play as it just brings up the subscription screen. Overall it’s really good but not worth 5 stars when it’s $100 per year on top of the $850 I already paid for the monitor itself..Version: 1.5.1
✓ Good product but bluetooth connectivity is not consistentI like the product and hope the newer monitor is as good as advertised. Didn’t use the product for over 4months and now I can’t connect my app to the monitor, off/on numerous times with no success. Followed all the steps on faq and booklet with no success, and the isn’t phone support either. Must email and patiently wait for next steps.Version: 2.13.1
✓ App crashing or connection dropsThe app is always crashing. Whenever I open the app I always have to manually add the device before doing a practice session. Then while practicing I can only do 5 or 6 shots before the app crashes or I notice that the device has lost Bluetooth connection. I’ve tried it on multiple iPhones and it’s still the same. I tried to contact support thru Facebook and they said an update would be coming but it’s been a few weeks and no update. Tried contacting support again and now no response..Version: 1.3.1
✓ No indoor net settingI just spent a ton of money buying a net and Mat to set this up. I don’t see an indoor net setting like advertised. It’s been very frustrating..Version: 2.5.3
✓ Innacurate, Crashes and Bad UsabilityFirst, I primarily use the launch monitor into a net at my home. When I use it at the range the distances are 10 to 20 yards different. This makes club selection very difficult. Second, the app crashes several times during use. I would say it crashes around every 30 swings. I have to exit the app, restart and go back to my session. Meanwhile, if I didn’t notice it then it’s possible I missed several swings and there are only so many one can hit in a day. That can be a big loss of data, which is what I’m trying to accumulate. (FYI, I have a fully updated iPhone 11 Pro Max). Third, the usability of the app is very poorly thought out. There are several places throughout where there are simply no buttons to exit the screen. One example is if you look at an instructors drills. There is no exit button. One must close the app and reopen. Other places it’s just assumed that a user can figure it out. An example is the swipe left to view videos of your swing. That took some time to figure out. It would also be great to be able to see the swing speed instead of ball speed while in play mode. Please work on the UX so things are obvious. I don’t want to return the MLM just because the app is poorly developed..Version: 1.7.0
✓ Unable to log inTried to create an account. Never received an email verifying my account but when I tried to log in, app indicated email is already in use. So, I reset password and app says success! Great!! But when I try to log in, says wrong password or I have to verify account. I have never received an email to verify my account so that leaves me unable to use the MLM at this point. I see all of these great reviews so perhaps an issue with Rapsodo servers or something to that affect but until I can rectify this, I’m giving this the lowest rating I can. I’ll wait a few more days before I just return the MLM and take my business elsewhere..Version: 1.3.5
✓ Good app but lack of personalizationI noticed the app stops responding and exits at least twice during an hour long session. I have to restart the app and remember to choose the right club or else I have to go edit the data manually offline. Also, why can’t we save dark mode? The app always defaults to light mode and it eats up battery. It gets annoying to switch between light modes after the app crashes. Also it would be nice if the app can remember my preferred view of the metrics instead of the camera view. I mentioned this in the Google review already, having the option to see all the metrics while playing is important. The launch direction, launch angle, and smash factor are missing here..Version: 1.9.1

✓ Nonexistent SupportThe product seems to work OK ...it’s hard to know how accurate it is. Be aware that after you purchase the hardware, to get access to all features you have to pay an annual fee. My “free” account is faulty as I get nil saved swing videos. I have sent 3 emails to support about this and use questions. No response - no support..Version: 1.3.3
✓ Could be excellentAll the pieces are there for this to be a fantastic launch monitor and app but some work needs to be done to clean things up. The feature to auto select the club by holding it in front of the camera doesn’t work at all. Tried it with multiple different iron sets and none seem to work. You can’t play the closest to the pin or long drive games when hitting into a net. Idk the actual breakdown but based on the price I feel like most of us using this product have basic at home setups for practice where we hit into nets. Most importantly the feature to delete shots or sessions doesn’t exist/doesn’t work. Sometimes I’m just messing around and want to use the rhapsodic but not actually save the session. Right now I get an error whenever I try to delete shots and the option to delete a session doesn’t even exist..Version: 2.5.10
✓ Latest updates have been horribleI love the MLM…but lately their software updates have been horrible for the older products. Missed registering 50% of my shots. In the past it was one or two a whole round. Past few rounds it’s almost every other shot. Please fix it so I can go back to using it!.Version: 2.11.10
✓ Misses shots, Export issues, clunky appSet this up exactly as described 6.5ft away and aligned. Shot 50 balls. it only recorded 28… then I want to see the data. The data is all over the place there is a separate screen for different types of data. If I hit a shot I can only pick 4 data point to show. If I want to see all the data recorded for that shot I can’t just scroll, I have to go to leave my session go to another screen and click a menu etc. if I want to review my shot video and have play pause control can I do it from the shot screen? Nope gotta go to another screen in another menu to actually pause and scroll through shot video. Now I want to share a good shot. Export video, share it with friends. Then realize the video didn’t export properly and there are no trails and the video cut off part way through. This app is really bad the way it is and makes the rapsodo a do not buy currently in my book. Too bad golf town won’t return it because it’s been opened. Neat..Version: 2.6.8
✓ DisappointedFor what is a expensive product , the software is terrible… always hanging , log in issues , freezes and doesn’t read shots ( have to reset or change light settings each shot to register a shot ) . When it works it’s good but at the end of my patience with this.Version: 2.6.29
