✓ Use another Sportsbook, this one stinksThey have no problem with deposits going through in seconds, but withdrawals take forever(other Sportsbooks I use take seconds to withdrawal). Their chat support is always backed up for at least 30 mins and support takes forever to answer when it is your turn. On an actual betting note, the interface is boring, the odds aren’t nearly as good as other books, and there are no alt lines..Wellwellwell 198364Version: 23.10.0

✓ Missing promo bonus bets.Would’ve been 5 stars if I got all my bets. Maybe I’m not waiting long enough and being too impatient but I’m not sure. I’m a first time user so I should be qualified for the $200 for new users. But I also used the CTNEWS promo when I signed up to receive an additional $250 in bonus bets. I received one of the proms but not both. If I receive them then I’ll change this review to 5 stars. ✓ No Live Bet StatusNice simple set up and great bonus bet opportunity but it was to my surprise that i cannot see the current score of the players i am betting on. For such a huge company thats the least they could do, Fanduel and DK have this feature and it makes to experience that much better..WavvyymarrrVersion: 23.10.0

✓ Payout Time/ offersThis app seems to take much longer than other betting apps to pay out winning parlays. Also, does not offer many prop betting lines so limits parlay building. ✓ Needs Alt LinesI like the App but they need to add alternate lines for props. Over/unders are fun but I’d like to have the option to pick 25+, 50+, etc. I think once those options are added I’d stick around. ✓ I WAITED ALL THIS TIME FOR THIS?!They’ve been hyping up their new betting sportsbook for awhile now and finally it came and it’s a dud. If I could give it a negative star I would. Im still stuck on trying to get verified. I did everything right when I signed up and still am waiting for my ID to be verified. What’s worse is I can’t get any answers. Tried emailing support and they never got back with me. Tried calling but could never get to talk to someone. It’s always nobody is available so leave a voicemail and someone will get back with me soon. Of course they never do. And the live 24/7 chat. I wait for a long time and twice I got to chat with someone and got two different answers. Then other times I’ve waited a long time to chat the session just randomly ended without me chatting with someone. So again I’ve waited all this time for this to be an epic failure so far. If I’m going through all of this just to get verified I’m afraid what I’ll be going through IF and I mean IF I finally get verified and start betting. ✓ Still needs workThe app is new so obviously it won’t be perfect right away. For example the home section feels very cluttered, with nothing to breakup the sections. We need a dark mode. Have to have it, it’s not negotiable. Account names should have an option to edit and/or hide the display along with the email address. My full legal name should not be so brazenly on display when I go to my account page. What’s the point of having two-factor authentication, biometrics & etc. to protect my account, if someone can just look over my shoulder and easily see my info?.BruhvonteVersion: 23.10.0

✓ Who’s giving this good ratingsThe bonus promo is the only thing you would even use this app for. And they didn’t give me mine and the support and Twitter page are helpless. They literally didn’t know 72 hours was 3 days. Other than that it’s just the barstool app which was easily the worst one I’ve ever used. Don’t use it just because it’s espn. ✓ No alt player propsI like it so far but what is gonna keep this company from becoming the best is not allowing alternate player props. It’s a big problem you guys need to address and until then probably half the country will stop using you guys after those bonus bets expire solely because of that. ✓ 6 hours still no payoutIt’s the old barstool app 100% with the ESPN logo. That’s it. Dissatisfied to say the least. $1000 deposit match is not a deposit match. That was shady. These mf’s have had my account saying “we’re still verifying your identity” it has said that for multiple days and still no update, I’ve reached out to support and they say it’s supposed to be another 24 hours. ✓ GarbageApparently they will void your whole bet if a player doesn’t play instead of adjusting odds like all others. At least with all other legs winning. Bet was active whole time and not voided until game was over. I’m pretty sure if any other leg lost they would have kept my money and wouldn’t have voided ticket. ✓ TabsYou guys need tabs for different selections like points, assist, rebounds, player threes. Instead of having to scroll all the way down. ✓ Okay so farIt’s not awful, definitely a bit different from FD. Money line is the third button instead of middle which threw me off. The most frustrating part is the fact that I tried live betting last night and it took around 45 minutes to be able to place a bet because the app kept updating the odds every half second and making me accept the changes despite the fact I already clicked on the settings to auto accept any changes. No one even tried to fix my problem and all of them kept telling me the same thing. Still can’t login to my account and access my MONEY or anything. ✓ Crap PerformanceThis has to be the worst Sportsbook app I’ve ever used. Probably 8 out of every 10 times I open it to log in I get stuck in a loop of “Oops, something went wrong” screens and have no way to get around it without deleting and reloading the app over and over hoping one of the times it will let me log in. ✓ Great first bet but terrible appIt is a great first bet, but it is impossible to live bet. I have tried for an hour and I keeps saying odds have changed after 10+ Minutes of loading. It took 10 tries to load into the app on WiFi and on 4 bars of 5GE. I hope it gets better but the crashing is ridiculous. ✓ App is good BUT…The app is good, smooth and works well but I wish in the “My Bets” tab it would give you the score and a total when you’re doing over/unders.
