✓ WASTE OF MONEYEvery time I back out of a page, I have to sign back in. Even more frustrating is that I cannot access my account information to cancel it. I now HAVE to call in order to do that. I LOVE LIVERPOOL. THIS WEBSITE IN NO WAY REPRESENTS THE EXCELLENCE OF LFC. Also, the only update in the last year took away social media sign ins. Updates that take us backwards...good job. Continue to play video/audio even when I navigate away from the App. This is especially brutal when listening to live commentary. This is the expectation with any subscription service. 3. Pick a navigation style. All these top levels are not important if ‘All’ is an option. 4. Content audit. The app is all media containers. Yet some of them have 0 videos. Are the videos pulled? Not intuitive, but mostly confused as to why you’d make an audio stream a video, which makes it useless. Plus get rid of the stuff you’ve had going on repeat for the last few years!!! ✓ Really Annoying. Could be so much betterIt’s a strange app this. I love listening to match commentary on a Saturday afternoon. I’m doing that now. Or at least I was.. I need to use the calculator app on my phone and that means the player stops. You can only watch / listen while in the app. Other Radio player apps and even the BBC Sport app play in the background. I’ve just missed a goal as a result.. and if I go back to the app it carries on from where I left off NOT staying in real time, which means other apps tell me of goals when they happen but this app is behind by the length of time I was doing something else. Come on developers. Sort it out. Allow it to run in the background and only ever in real time for live transmissions, unless the user wants to rewind and listen to a section again..Version: 1.1

✓ MattLove the channel. The tone and atmosphere and lack of slickness. It’s just the right amount of local almost amateur feel to warm and involve you. All the presenters are superb - full of enthusiasm and real supporter feel. What a team from the city to the last blade of grass it exudes a place I would live and breathe (if I didn’t love Australia). Been on the Kop once in 2004 to watch a 0-0 derby. The LFCtv platform in general seems rather amateurish, but this app does not take valid credentials created on the mylfc website so it means I can’t chromecast to my tv, and instead have to watch via the phone. Cancelled my subscription straight away. Log in details on the website do not persist, either. I’m constantly asked to log back in and click the squares containing traffic lights or motorcycles.
