✓ Poor poor poorYet again I struggle to spend my money on this website. What is going wrong? I am a season ticket holder and not for the first time I find it difficult to complete a transaction. I ended up continuing as a guest then using my wife’s email to get the job done. Why is it so difficult? On every other website I use it’s simple. How much is this costing the club in sales? ✓ Online store making same errorsI am travelling abroad on business, in Senegal. I purchased a gift for my nephew in the online store, as I have done numerous times. When inputting recipient address for delivery in payment process, your system automatically defaults to country of delivery being country where I am placing the order from, namely Senegal. There is no way to change it. I get charged £14.99 international delivery for a local UK delivery (Berkshire). This has happened numerous times when I order from your online store. I complain every time and never is a change made. It is basic to remedy and extremely low quality service..Version: 3
