✓ Customer support is not existing!You might be happy that you get cheaper prices, but it comes with a caveat. If something is wrong with the order and you want your money bank, you’re on your own. They can’t offer partial refunds, only credits that you might not want to use after that. They blamed the restaurant and said that they are not responsible for the restaurant mistake, while the restaurant said that they would be happy to refund me if they could, Bolt is responsible for payments. I can’t wait for 7 days to pass to raise a chargeback!.Version: 1.30

✓ WORST CUSTOMER SERVICEDO NOT RECOMMENT! I received faulty products and unsatisfactory response from bolt customer service, so I decided to contact the restaurant directly. The restaurant informed me that they also had a conversation with bolt customer service who told them not to worry as I am a customer that has had an issue with an order before. I must mention that I am a customer that has placed at least one order almost daily in the past 3 months and this was my second complaint. As if receiving lousy food and missing products is my fault and proving feedback about it makes me as a “thief” who tries to steal from bolt. TERRIBLE!!.Version: 0.58.0

I went back to order the same menu, order again, and my total price came to $72. ✓ Poor Payment Service!I’ve had this payment issue for over a month now, and I am not sure if "fraud" is the right word to describe it. I made a card payment, which was debited from my account and cleared on the app, but it later came back as negative. Despite escalating the issue to the customer service team, all they keep telling me is to use my card again and they will debit it and credit me. This doesn't make any sense to me because I have already made the payment and I shouldn't have to pay double for something I have already paid for. I provided evidence of payment, but the situation remains unresolved. To make matters worse, I am now unable to access the app, and I can still see a negative balance on the ride app. This is unacceptable and needs to be fixed immediately. Your payment service is poor! ✓ Food takes too long to arrive.Bolt send their drivers to do other deliveries and pick ups whilst your food is with them. My food was ready at 6.00. It was delivered at 6:30, after being taken all over Limassol. The customer service team are useless. Always have a problem when using bolt. Заказ был в McDonald’s- из 10 позиций привезли только 3 - за остальное - предложили вернуть на баланс Bolt, а не на мою карту , с которой оплачено . ✓ AwfulThis was one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve ever had. 30 minutes after I ordered I received a call saying that they no longer had the side dish left that I ordered and that they would have to replace it with something else, after waiting an HOUR I then received a message saying they couldn’t find a courier and I had to pick up the food myself from the store. Why am I using a food delivery app and paying a delivery fee if I have to go and pick up my food? I also complained to bolt yet I have not had any response. ✓ Food order stolenAfter waiting for over an hour for our food and I reached out to the restaurant and learnt the food was collected 30 mins ago. Given that it hasn't arrive at our place, 4 minutes away from the restaurant, something was up. I ended up driving to the restaurant and learnt that the Bolt platform allows drivers to cancel the order, once they have collected it. Our delivery man was waiting for our order, whilst someone else as per the security footage, already collected our food. As Bolt refunded as on the app, the restaurant had to remake our order which I paid for with the waiter. Despite my efforts to support the restaurant being reimbursed by Bolt, due to their poorly designed app, Bolt has opted to ignore my messages. I am sharing this as a warning to other Bolt users, that your food order could also be taken at the cost of the merchant. Be careful!!!.Version: 1.42.0

✓ HORRIBLE SERVICEThis garbage app tried to force me to pay for food that was delivered that was partially opened and had the wrong items. Instead of them resolving the issue they wanted to make me pay for the food when I refused the driver correctly took the food with him but then Bolt told me I have to pay a debt for the opened food and wrong items after they already took the food back!!! This is the absolute poorest delivery service I have ever encountered, they really don’t care about the customer nor the product they serve!.Version: 1.57.0
✓ Worst costumer serviceI've had bolt for months and it was great, it WAS. Recently i started receiving cold food sometimes and in my last 2 orders at the same place they forgot items, but can i report? Of course not! Because the report system doesn't work. ✓ No control over what is deliveredHad a few deliveries of the wrong stuff. Bolt can’t do anything apart from offer a credit for future use and it has to be claimed *after* placing another order. It seems like there is no control over the restaurants and no way to refund for items that are missing from the delivery. If restaurants know they can consistently get away with not supplying items they will do, right?.Version: 0.54.0
