✓ News EightViews are still slanted slightly against conservative views but of all the local networks, Eight is on the most even keel. The national morning and evening news casts however are horribly interpretive of their own views. What happened to just REPORTING the news and let the public form their own opinions?? ✓ My opinion as a blind person, using the News eight appMostly I enjoy using the app. I do enjoy the updates especially important breaking events occurring here in San Diego. Because I am partially blind. Are use a special application on my iPhone. This application helps me to navigate and use websites, and to read text. This application is called “voice over“. The voiceover app has a hard time navigating the news eight app. I sometimes cannot advance properly on News stories. And I cannot play the videos displayed on the News eight app. Because I am partially sighted I turn off the voice over app, and activate the videos without it’s benefit. This sometimes causes me to have more difficulty while trying to enjoy the articles, or stories offered. Overall I very much enjoy the convenience of being able to hear breaking news on the go. It’s also fantastic to be able to enjoy the great news eight coverage pretty much wherever I’m standing. Since downloading the News eight app I have also found myself watching more news eight on my own television at home. Thank you for your attention.
