✓ Can’t login in with new iPhone SEI had no problem with the eFax consumer app. Then I upgrade to corporate and can’t open the app. No one at IT can help. They just say we can login from our phones so it must be fine. Every other app works on my phone except yours. This is a terrible experience and needs to be addressed. ✓ CrashingI also spent an hour on the line with customer service trying to figure this app out. The corporate version crashes every time you log in and you have to download the corporate if you want the HIPPA compliant version. I tried restarting my phone, downloading and redownloading the app (10 times at least), updating my software to most current iOs and it STILLLL DOES NOT WORK. This feels like a scam for 35$/month. I will say that I can log in on a desk top and send that way without any trouble and their customer support team was patient and kind.
